    Lightbulbs at the pool area have been out for nearly a year.

    This is in reference to the Dolphin Marina properties in Marina Del Rey, CA. One would think that a management company with one star reviews would get its act together and at least attempt to see where they can improve. When people are crying out for help, this would be an indication that the current staff needs to go.... In the past 10 years, we have seen a revolving door of leasing agents/managers/maintenance personnel leaving or getting canned. The pandamic was a great excuse to perfect the inept employee character. When requesting repairs, it takes weeks if not months to get some action and nobody seems to take charge. Unless your apartment had an explosion, no help would be coming.... It's almost like a bad hospital... They triage your problems and since the building's condition is constantly deteriorating, they wait until you scream at someone due to your anger and disappointment that no one seems to give s $@$t. The logical conclusion out of all this is that they do want you to get out on your own. With rents adding to the current inflation, they would be happy to get new tenants paying double... From lower management to the top, everyone acts incompetent and they are very good at proving it. If this would be a Disney ride, you would get your money back plus free food... Not here. The more screwy they are, the more they stick their heads in the sand.... If you can avoid this place, make sure that you do that in a 5 mile radius. Email after email describing the issues will not get you anywhere. The current staff never walks around taking notes of issues that need to be addressed. That should be the bear minimum they do, instead of hauling up in the temporary leasing office and hiding from tenants....They are unable to get a simple lease agreement together for all parties to be executed in a timely fashion. They keep leaving off the next tenant in line to sign to the point that the lease document expires.... It's a shame that amid the increased fees they have the audacity to charge, they are unable to secure a staff that is professional and they are on top of their game.... Once the last drop of paint peels off the surface of this building, it may bee too late to act....

    A pipe broke causing a massive whole in a bredroom it has now been 25 days and they still have not fixed the hole. The onsite manager just keeps saying tomorrow. We had to move all our furniture to the living room due to asbestos but the management said its ok to live on the unit.

    This guy "Ofir" is a liar and horrible businessman. I rented a property on Airbnb and asked ahead…read moreof time if there was construction - to which he said no. Then arrived on site to a massive renovation happening next door. I called him to ask him to please refund since he was not honest about the situation and he told me to stay on site a night and we'd deal with it the next day, to which I said no. He then wrote a very nasty and misleading review on Airbnb about my stay even though I was only onsite 15 mins. AVOID! These are scammers only interested in making money, not honoring the guest. Throughout her stay, she expressed dissatisfaction with the property and, unfortunately, made repeated threats to leave a negative review. V mentioned that the scent of cleaning products was too strong, but we explained that we prioritize sanitization between each guest to ensure a safe and clean environment. This has never been an issue for previous guests. Additionally, she mentioned construction next door. We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. Despite our best efforts to accommodate V and address her concerns, she continued to insist on a full refund and threatened a bad review. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and are sorry that this stay did not meet her expectations.
