I was visiting for work and discovered this place. I had no Idea what medteranian fusion was but I knew it would be a mixture of something so I gave it a try. My server was friendly and helpful when I explained that I was not very familiar with the food. He suggested any of the chicken dishes but said all the burgers were amazing. I decided on the TLV burger. I found out this stands for Tel Aviv. This was a mixture of beef short rib and lamb. It had tahihi and eggplant on it. The flavors were popping and I really enjoyed it. It was served with sliced potatoes, like chips but not fried as long. I could take those or leave them but they were fine. The service was fine, I never saw the guy who took my order again but the young lady who came in his place was attentive and told me about the food and the owners and was genuinley happy I was there. I was in the neighborhood with my granny and we were hungry. My granny was craving her favorite lamb chops and I remember that someone recommended this place if I ever come to the area. So I put my GPS in and we made our way. The place was a small but cute and comfortable. The place was crowded for a Saturday but we were seated immediately. I waiter was friendly and attentive. She made some great recommendations and the food was very good and healthy drinks. I had the Paloma and it hit the spot. The sangria was a bit strong for my granny, but she did like the Paloma drink. The music was nice. It was like a house Middle Eastern style music definitely a vibe place even has a bar. If you don't want to sit down at the table. Meh. I've heard great things about this restaurant, so when my mom suggested taking my grandma there for her 91st bday lunch, I was excited. There were 5 of us. As soon as we sat, the waiter greeted us and took our drink orders, we also put in an order of their hummus. Probably one of the best hummus I've had. Onto the meals. 3 of the ladies ordered the shakshuka, my mom ordered the lamb kabob pita and I ordered the chicken shawarma pita. This is when we went downhill. When the waiter came with the food, he only brought 1 Shakshuka. I asked where the others were and he said, oh I thought they were all sharing 1?? Why though? We never once said that. So now, we had to wait another 15 minutes for their food to come out while half the table already having their food. So we ate separately. Weird. I did not enjoy mine. It was bland and missing something. My mom's kebab pita was definitely not kebab but a patty that looked like a hamburger. We were all pretty frustrated at this point and I asked for the check. Absolutely wonderful restaurant. From the gorgeous decor, friendly staff, and the delicious food. I'd highly recommend trying DVASH out. My wife is both a celiac and a vegan and they have multiple options for her. So if your either, you'll enjoy this restaurant. She got the Vegan Tofu Scramble on the brunch menu which she loved. I got their chicken schnitzel sandwich which was MASSIVE and very tasty. Will be coming back to try more of their menu. read more

Delicious food! We came in for lunch and they have beautiful patio outdoors. The prices are very high, in my opinion but everything (except the burger) was so delicious and worth the price! I loved the hummus with caramelized cherry tomatoes and garlic. I'm not sure but I think it was sweetened with honey or sugar, for some might be too sweet. But it added great touch and uniqueness to the dish. Also the brussel sprouts were very sweet. I assume they added honey sauce on top. It was delicious even though little bit burnt. My husband had a burger and he said it was just average. He expected more. Overall great service, great food, high prices. I think 16-18$ for hummus, 26-35$ for main dish is a bit steep. read more

As a former lover of Dvash and its predecessor in Coral Springs, I had not been here in a few months and we decided to come. I always thought that their Coral Springs operation was by far better than the Dvash in Boca but regardless still liked Dvash. Well tonight was a complete disaster. My order which was a greek chicken was inedible. It didn't even have chicken texture and the sauce that overlayed it was disgus****. Why overlay sauce when you are also serving it with tzatziki? This belies logic. But nevertheless it was the gro**ness of the chicken that was the first part of turning this dish away. My wife who normally loves their burgers also turned away the burger. We did have an appetizer - their chef cauliflower which was fine and their good house potatoes. To make things even stranger it took 50 minutes from seating to get our main course as we are watching other diners get their orders way after we were seated including burgers etc... Just bizarre. Over all a big 0 and not coming back and to be quite frank - I'm too polite here. I just don't get what happened.... Things have changed here ...and I hate writing a negative review but I have to tell it like it is. read more

Lovely casual place with easy parking. Service was attentive and food came at a perfect pace for drinking with appetizers and mains. Started with a glass of sangria which was perfectly balanced. The whipped feta appetizer was a textural sensation - airy cheese and crunchy chickpeas. One was salty and the other sweet. Ask to get it with the fresh bagel. Our two entrees included the smash burger and the schnitzel. The latter had the best fry and seasoning. It's huge too. I would give this place 6 stars if allowed. Owners Lauren and Ilan greeted us with open arms and our waitress Alex was fabulous. The place is small but has indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is nicely decorated and spotless. Started off with Burrata appt and humus with roasted tomato and we all loved it. I had a lamb burger which was fantastic, wife loved her tofu sandwich, and our kids had the Greek chicken and Shrimp. Make reservations as it gets crowded. Great Mediterranean restaurant. It is a bit difficult to get a reservation, especially inside, but the outdoor patio is fine. Both times I have been, the food has been very good. However, during my most recent visit, the food came out way too fast. The restaurant is pricey, but most of the food is worth it. The Lentil Soup and Portobello Hummus were great appetizers, and the Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower was good as well. I was disappointed with the Mahi Mahi Shawarma -- for the price, the piece of fish was very tiny and the quinoa had no flavor. The Chicken Jerusalem Mix was very good. This is one of my favorite places to eat. It is an incredible Israeli restaurant with a fun vibe. The star of the show is the hummus, hands down one of the best since I had visited Israel. They have a few varieties and all have the right balance of garlic, tahini and lemons. Just depends on your taste for the topping. It comes with warm , soft pita and it makes every bite even more heavenly. The menu is packed with a variety of mouthwatering dishes that are great examples of Israeli cuisine. We stumbled upon DVASH today for lunch. Got there at around 11:30 and the hostess asked us if we had a reservation. I looked at my wife a little perplexed as there were maybe only 1 or 2 other tables seated and plenty of tables open...but we quickly saw exactly why she had asked. Place got BUSY quickly. Clearly a sign of how amazing the food is. We both enjoyed one of the pita lunch specials. My wife got the falafel pita and it was some of the best falafel I've ever had. Not dry and perfectly seasoned. I got the chicken shawarma and it was also perfectly seasoned. Very flavorful. Note: Had to ask for tzatziki on the side! The outdoor patio is a great spot to enjoy the great Florida weather and the inside is also beautifully decorated. Very modern and chic. Also note that if you were a fan of Falafel Bistro in Parkland, this is IT. New and improved. So mourn no more. The lunch special is a great deal with a soft drink, house wine or beer included. I had the merlot, not the best wine obviously...but can't complain for the price of the pita and a glass. We are definitely going back, with a reservation this time ;) read more

This classy upscale middle eastern/Mediterranean restaurant had only been open for one week when we visited for lunch. It's clean lines and decor are perfect for tony Boca; but don't fret -- it's casual and there's no need to dress up. They were still in a bit of a learning curve, but we had great service none the less. Can't resist saying that we had a "honey" of a time there (d'vash translates to honey). We decided to order a couple things and share. We started with their Israeli salad which came with pita and hummus. They brought the fluffy pita (2 rounds) and a very small dish of creamy hummus out first. I would have liked a bit more hummus. We also ordered a lamb burger and it came with a cup of lentil soup (which we brought home) -- they brought the soup also out first with the above mentioned pita and hummus. The Israeli salad was refreshing -- lightly dressed and the veggies (tomatoes, cukes, red onions, etc.) were crunchy. It was a nice sized bowlful -- and perfect to share. The beef and lamb burger was topped with tender sautéed eggplant and an herb tehina sauce. The whole combo was very flavorful. Along side the burger were "fries" which were more like home made thick potato chips -- and delicious. Prices were a bit high, but we figured it is Boca... Once this restaurant is discovered, they will do exceedingly well here. read more

What a great dining experience at Dvash tonight. Great service, fantastic menu. Overall warm and welcoming feel. I saw so many roasted cauliflower heads coming out but was drawn to some other apps and I was delighted with what we chose. I highly recommend the warm Haifa hummus, and if you don't order the arayes, you are really missing out!!! They were the highlight for me. The shiitake dumplings with peanut dipping sauce were also amazing. Our lamb chops were pretty good but honestly after all the delicious and generous appetizers, I was kinda full (it didn't stop my mom and hubby from finishing them!) we had the bread pudding dessert. It was so comforting and delicious. Perfect end to a perfect meal. 10 out of 10 for this place and I can't wait to come back on my next visit to Boca! read more

I was shopping in the center in the evening, and walked by Dvash. From the outside it smelled delicious, so I decided to go inside, rather than sit outside. I didn't know it was Israeli, but in talking to the waitress, and looking at the menu ,,,I quickly found out. It felt like I was back in Israel, where I had been a few weeks prior, and loving it! I loved the food even more. Probably the best hamburger I've ever had, along with hand made delicious sweet potato fries. I had a lovely conversation with one of the waitresses. Your food is truly delicious and the service is always so friendly and commendable! We love the wait staff! Every time we come, however, no matter what time of day or eve, when we open the front door we are met with a very strong plume of Fabuloso cleanser, or some other really strong chemical that you must be using to clean the restaurant and it is a complete TURN OFF...sadly we have walked back out a few times now....PLEEEEASE YOU MUST take the air quality seriously!!!! Your food deserves it, and there are plenty of organic non-toxic commercial cleansers on the market where there is absolutely no odor...the hotels use them and many other restaurants in the area. just do your homework . From the team that brought us Falafel Bistro that used to be in Coral Springs, this restaurant is beyond amazing! If you like Mediterranean food, this is the place for you! I've had several of their dishes, and never been disappointed. Our most recent server, Brianda, was so lovely and accommodating! My dinner guest ordered the hummus with mushrooms, and I ordered a burger, because it was very late. Both of them were excellent, and my counterpart actually went around and interviewed a variety of guests asking about their dinners.. He's always fun to go out with! He wants everyone else to tell him what's good before he orders...
