We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. This company is sneaky…read more We bought the firmer "green mattress" after trying it in the store, and it smells so bad, like a smoky barnyard. It's been two months and it still smells. Haven't been able to sleep on it. In store, the sales associates will say "we ask that you try the mattress for one month before returning" aka they will absolutely not accept a mattress being returned within in the first month. So we had to live with this incredibly stinky mattress for a month to wait to return. We bought the mattress protector but we were keeping it off the bed so that the bed could air out, and our toddler got a little food stain on it. I used the cleaning strategies it said to use on their website and it turned the area on the mattress white. Now they won't let us return the mattress. I will never recommend this company or mattress.
