ALERT- Terrible Customer Service! We bought a king sized mattress at this store. That experience was great but when it came time for delivery they really failed. We were moving and said we couldn't receive the mattress until we took the keys to our new home. A week before the move we emailed them to confirm 3 times without a response. I then called the store and they said it was going to arrive over a week after we moved in which was less than ideal and then when they looked into it further they said that it already shipped and was delivered. We have zero contact with the current residence and Casper said that they would look I to it and have a manager call me back the next day. I never received a call. EVER. read more

A bed and 2 pillows later, I'm still happy with my purchase! Furniture and appliances shopping is perhaps my absolute least favorite things to shop for, it's just not fun and it's expensive, but you need it. After my client convince me that if you're asleep for 8 hours of your day, that's 33% of your life right there and how important it is to invest in a good bed for quality sleep. Well, after turning 30, I realized that having a good bed reduces back pain and body aches, I can't believe that's a thing now. I actually found out about Casper when I was checking out Purple bed at Macy's but ended up not liking it at all and was browsing around and really liked the Casper model they had there, they only had 2 models for me to try and I assume the staff at the official Casper store would know more about Casper than at Macy's, good thing there's a location also here in Bellevue Square. The pillows have been wonderful also, I get the original and the down model to switch back and forth. Delivery was really easy, they took my old mattress so I didn't have to worry about putting it up on OfferUp and have random people stopping by my home. We went in to buy a mattress for my son (age 11). The saleswoman, Evy, greeted us and asked if she could help. When I said we were buying a mattress for my son, she turned to him and started asking him questions. She showed him mattresses tailored for his desire (soft mattress) and treated him like he was the customer. We bought a mattress and picked it up the next day. Once we unboxed it, placed it on the frame and cut the plastic, it inflated in minutes. The process could not have been easier and my son loves his new mattress. But the best part of the process was Evy. For those of us with kids, we are well aware when salespeople treat them like babies or even ignore them. The fact that she spent extra attention on the true "customer" made this experience all the better. read more

My husband and I were not actively shopping for a new mattress, but the one we had was terrible and squeaky and maybe a decade old. We walked in to just take a look and Chelsey was so friendly and let us try everything out. She asked us about how we slept and gave recommendations, and was just overall sooo kind and down-to-earth. She spent maybe an hour with us answering all of our questions and being totally fine with us wanting to go back and forth because we were torn between two of the mattresses. In the end we went with the hybrid wave and also got the frame thing to go under it. Not going to lie it was a lot of money (even with the President's Day discount), but the experience in the store gave us a lot of confidence. Seeing the other reviews here, the negative ones are all about how long the delivery takes. I think I happened to have a good experience because Chelsey set realistic expectations for us when she said it takes 7-10 business days for the service to contact you, THEN set the date for delivery. Also note that we weren't particularly in a rush to receive the mattress because we still had our old one. We placed the order with Chelsey on 2/15/2020 and the first day of available delivery was 2/25/2020 but we chose the date 3/2/2020 instead. The delivery service was called XPO, they were super quick and set everything up for us and took the our old mattress + box spring + frame away. They also wore shoe covers in our apartment so the carpet didn't get dirty, it was a nice touch. Overall we had a really great experience with the purchase (thanks again Chelsey!) and delivery of the mattress, and we're super excited to sleep on a mattress that doesn't have rusty squeaky springs. read more

Now I must admit I was sceptical at first but the Casper mattress and pillow has changed my sleep dramatically for the better. The mattress we got (memory foam) is fantastic and has really helped our lower back pain. I also got the pillow (double layered) from this store and so far I'm really loving it. The employees were very nice and allowed me to to lie down in one of their pods to check out all of their pillows before I made my choice. Casper - I have never had a customer experience like buying from you all. The entire process was a debacle. Look up my order to see how horrendous this has been. I would recommend you buy from any other mattress store in the greater Seattle area than Casper in downtown Bellevue. Not a single part of the process went right. The shopping experience at this store was one of the best I've ever had. We ended up buying their mattress, sheets and pillows due to the stellar customer support that Kelly, one of the store supervisors, provided to us during our shopping trip. We recently moved and are having a kid and were in the market for a new mattress and were overwhelmed by all the options. We were going to go with a much more expensive mattress option but decided to stop by the Casper store on whim. Kelly was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, never made us feel pressured, was personable and very responsive when we had follow-up questions via email and phone after we left the store to make a decision. I bought a Casper Wave mattress from the store in Bellevue Square. I think this is about the best customer service I've ever had. Sure, you say, but this is my second Casper mattress and the first experience, online only, was not this good. Andrew and his crew at the store did an excellent job of helping me choose the right mattress and organizing the delivery. The first Casper I got was a queen and it's great to sleep on, but it's too small for me. This time at Andrew's suggestion, I went with the Cal King and I couldn't be happier with the choice. On 8/25/2019 my partner and I visited the store and tried out the three models. We ordered the hybrid along with a pad and sheets that were on sale, order #R473199758. Then the fun started! When they presented the invoice, it was obviously much higher than it should have been by several hundred dollars. While we stood around for two hours (there is no place to sit), the person who seemed to be the most knowledgeable tried to make make corrections including several calls to their New York "Customer Service". We finally left with a promise that they would correct the error when the Manager arrived the next day. Also, she promised that he would provide free delivery as compensation for the problems (she did not have the authority to do so). She assured us he would call the next day. After not hearing from him, we called him the following day. He was very apologetic and promised to fix the billing, comp the delivery, and in addition, was sending us two free pillows (never happened). After a few go-arounds with NY the billing was eventually straightened out. We are happy with the mattress, but the administrative problems and lack of follow-through on the promised pillows leave us cold. The staff is under-trained and the store has no ability to make local decisions to correct problems. I see they are advertising for a new store "supervisor" and maybe that will help. read more

If I could give less then one star I would. The customer service is horrible. I bought my bed in the store due to them stating they would be able to give better service and it was actually worse. The beds might be great but not worth the customer service nightmare. I am incredibly disappointed and would recommend everyone to go elsewhere to get a bed. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a bed and am being told I need to wait another week if I want to receive it. When I talked to customer service they completely lied to me about what actions they took and are going to take. I am extremely frustrated and will never buy anything from casper. read more

After a terrible experience at mattress firm, I was relieved to grab a last-minute appointment at the Casper store. Definitely worth the trek across town after the 18 hour drive in from Colorado. Vanessa was particularly wonderful and knowledgeable. They were much more relaxed than the pushy salesmen I've dealt with at other mattress stores. Ten minutes (and a small nap) later, my partner and I are sold! The service the day I bought my new bed was good. The follow up was awful. They had just come off their Labor Day sale. I was promised my delivery on a Saturday. I received a confirmation text from the delivery company. Everything failed after that. The delivery company blamed Casper, Casper blamed the delivery company. I called Casper customer service, two people on two different days promised follow up the next day. No calls came. I called and cancelled the bed. Meanwhile Mattress Depot was exceptional. I love my new bed from Mattress Depot, the Totem Lake location was great!!!! 5 Stars for them. read more
