Do not recommend. Paid almost $200 for a simple diagnostic on a 2020 Ford Mustang. Check Engine code was PO496. The mechanic stated the evap purge valve needed replaced and it would cost $1645.00. The part itself is about $71 and he stated labor was $160/hour. It takes less than 10 min to replace this part, not 10 hours. Ended up replacing it ourselves for the price of part and about 5 min. Ford quotes the amount of hours dealerships are allowed to charge for labor so I'm confused how this simple fix totaled over $1600 here but will definitely not return to this dealership. read more

Took my truck twice for an alignment only for it to come out worse and still be charged both times. Took it to another dealership and within 30 minutes it was fixed. Never will get my business read more

Two words: Never Again! I bought a car from them and also sent another to Dutch's for a car purchase; so I am saddened to give a local company such low marks. Their service after the sale is deplorable. Really, they have been sliding for some time. They don't honor their commitments, such as living up to the promises they make on the warranties they sell. Really, the term that comes to mind for their service is an old derogatory mechanic's term: parts hangers. The like to nickel and dime you for things other than what you asked for. Throw in the fact that the Ford brand has now claimed the acronym of Found On Road Dead, and mix in a low class dealership and you have a recipe for disappointment. That is a shame. The old management as well as the former Cole's would never have treated customers so shabbily after the sale. This is coming from someone who was a Ford customer for more than 30 years! My car has been at Dutch's Ford since August for a repair. I finally picked it up today, and it has three huge cracks across the windshield. They wouldn't even come look at it. The manager told the person at the desk they were going to do anything about it and didn't even bother coming to speak to me. I was so thankful for a loaner car, I didn't even complain about how nasty it was. They gave it to me with chewed up lollipop sticks, trash, and cigarettes on the floorboards. There were cigarette ashes all over it, and it smelled horrible. Thankfully insurance will cover the windshield. Will most definitely never go back there and don't recommend you do either. read more

Very disappointed customer!! We bought and had installed a computer for our Ford Explorer and when we got it back the technician Barry (who we found out later has "20 years experience") admitted he wasn't sure where he had to go to install the computer. He said "i was looking on top for it, they are usually there". Which if anybody who works on fords know it's down in the right kick panel. So that's why it took longer than the regular hour. That WE ended up paying for. THEN, when we get in the vehicle the wood grain dash panel was popped out AND chipped!! So we went right back in and talked to them about the situation. The dealership manager looked at it (but he never actually spoke to us) so the guy he sent to speak to us (service dept manager) told us that the mechanic Barry was never in the stereo dash trim panel. So after pretty much being called a liar they then send the mechanic, Barry to confront us. So it's his word over the customer. Unlike some people we take care of our vehicles and wouldn't lie about 2 chips in the dash panel. We asked if they had cameras in the bay and they said no. We never would have even brought it to a dealer if the computer didn't need to be flashed. I've been a loyal Ford owner and mechanic for 30 years. This is exactly why I do my own work!! read more

I have been to multiple Ford dealerships for service on my explorer and my new F-150. This place has been by far the easiest to work with. I had a check engine light come on, and other dealerships would bother looking at it for a week. I called the service department at Dutch's Ford and was told to bring it in and they will look at it. 10 minutes and they were able to tell me what the issue was and that they didn't have time to dig into it, but it was ok to drive (which was all I was wanting to make sure). I will go back to the service department and recommend others to go. read more

Drove an hour to here to look at a specific used car, called the previous owner for info who said they gave her 100$ trade in thinking I could get a good deal (wrong)! They were asking 1200$ for her 100$ trade in and after multiple offers declined even 1000$ I left. The general manager Greg told me that they knew they could make more if they waited and he would call me if nobody outbid me. I also notified the previous owner of the car about the situation and like myself she was very dissatisfied with our experience! Money isn't everything except if your this dealership then it is! read more
