The mechanic stated the evap purge valve needed replaced and it would cost $1645.00. The part itself is about $71 and he stated labor was $160/hour. It takes less than 10 min to replace this part, not 10 hours. Ended up replacing it ourselves for the price of part and about 5 min. Ford quotes the amount of hours dealerships are allowed to charge for labor so I'm confused how this simple fix totaled over $1600 here but will definitely not return to this dealership.

I don't hear from anyone for almost a day so I text my salesman and he tells me he is out due to a family emergency and he would flow up with his sales manager. I am waiting and don't hear from anyone for almost 2 days total. I check their site this morning and the truck was sold. They were working a deal with me. I had first option and they sell the truck right from underneath me. No ethics, no morals in the way they do business. This is fair warning. They did it to me and they will do it to you, or maybe worse! Be wise and stay away!
