They stuck us with a bid that we didn't give and forced us to take a junk vehicle and came up with every excuse to take our $200. There was transmission problems that was making a whining sound when down shifting. We even offered for them to take it for a test drive but they were rude instead of handling the situation in a professional manner.

Beware! Absolute be the worst company ever had to deal with customer service is absolutely…read morehorrible. They refuse to let you speak with the general manager either he's never there or they just won't let you speak with him. They tell you they'll have your call returned and no one ever call you back. Had a simple issue that could've been easily fixed their system kept kicking the payment back it was on their end instead of dealing with it, they charged me fees for not paying and also storage fees. Even made a special trip to my bank just to make sure that everything was good on our end it was. However, I will say that the people they have working in the yard are very helpful.
