They don't even deserve 1 star. I was working a deal on a 2011 RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 truck. They pulled my credit, got me terms and told me what I would have to put down. I was just waiting for them to get the final shipping costs to find out what the payment would be and if it was going to be something that was acceptable. I don't hear from anyone for almost a day so I text my salesman and he tells me he is out due to a family emergency and he would flow up with his sales manager. I am waiting and don't hear from anyone for almost 2 days total. I check their site this morning and the truck was sold. They were working a deal with me. I had first option and they sell the truck right from underneath me. No ethics, no morals in the way they do business. This is fair warning. The folks in service are very courteous and customer oriented. They went above and beyond to fix an issue with my 20-year-old Dakota. Kudos to Ryan who was always courteous and helpful, even though he is obviously very busy on any given day. He seemed genuinely excited to see such an old, high-mileage vehicle in the shop and offered advice on monitoring it to make sure I get the most out of it. These guys turned what was a frustrating experience in finding parts and getting the repairs done into a good outcome. Best experience I have ever had buying a car hands down. I drove all the way from Lawrenceburg Indiana because they had a Toyota Prius C that I had been looking months for and their price was drastically lower than any other place that had them. Ritchie my salesmen and Keith the Finance manager were so kind and courteous, and so helpful in every way. When I came down the next day to pick up my car they even waited 30 minutes passed closing time for me to pick it up. You know you are dealing with good people when you see that they have two office cats they took in that were strays living outside the dealership. read more

I planned on buying a 2008 Cherokee limited here. Setup the whole deal with salesman John Back. Told him I was a disabled veteran, he said he would help me out. He described the vehicle, said a little scratch and one small door ding. He read me the carfax which sounded good. I told him I would not buy a car with a dirty carfax or one that has been wrecked. I book a next day flight to kentucky, paid one of his buddies 75 bucks for a ride to the dealership. Arrived at the dealership and he told me he screwed up and read me the wrong carfax. Said the vehicle has been wrecked, but repaired. I checked out the whole vehicle, there was not 1 good panel on the whole vehicle. Bad paintwork, bad bodywork, cheap new tires, front bumper falling off, the list goes on and on. John said he did not see any of this each time he looked the vehicle over. They said they would not cover any of the expenses I incurred. I had to book a rental car and drive 500 miles back to raleigh. Now they are threatening me if I post reviews, but this is what reviews are for. I sent a formal letter to the owner describing the situation, but received a phone call from the same lying salesman. They tried to screw me, and thought I would buy the vehicle anyways since I was so far from home. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are liars, scammers, and are not very nice people. I never even received a simple apology from any of them for their screwup. Save yourself the hassle, go to a reputable place. read more
