As a first-time car owner, I always have questions about the maintenance timeline, so I really appreciate that the owner is easy to communicate with and he is ready to help and answer my questions. On top of all, I like that I am within a walking distance to my work on UK campus after I drop off my car.. One thing I found very helpful was to call them 1-2 days before bringing in my car , as they can get pretty busy during certain times of the year. In most cases though, 1-day notice is enough.. This is a drive through place, which means that you don't have to get out of your car. The first time I came was for my car. I am a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to oil changes. They check all of the other fluids as well. They are very efficient. I was out within 10 min. It only cost me about $35.
