I was very impressed with Backs. Nice clean place and the staff is very friendly. The cafe was busy and the way the locals were talking, it has some of the best eats you could ask for. When I went to pick up my car from mechanic I saw I had no plate they advised no plate on car when they received. Called Copart they indeed had .. I had to drive out there to get then they couldn't find almost gave me someone else's plate . Finally found sitting on someone else's desk. We were requesting access to the vehicle to obtain personal belongings within the vehicle some including my recently deceased mother. This POS rude dude began lecturing me on the law and that my daughter should do the right thing and pay their fee to gain access to the personal belongings and then hung up on me. At no point was I upset rude, demanding. . .was simply making a request. Oh before he hung up he said and I quote " just another person trying to get something for nothing". . .then he hung up. BTW, the vehicle is going up for auction BUYER BEWARE. Needs alternator, needs brakes, above 60 MPH vehicle stalls, torque converter and possibly entire transmission needs changed out.
