Made an appointment for 2pm and arrived 5 minutes early. At 3pm I ask how much longer it would be and was told 35 minutes. It's now 5 till 4pm. Two hours and my wheels are still sitting on the floor. Techs appear to be occupied with talking and smoking. 3 other customers came in after me and are already back on the road. I guess I'll continue to wait and then look for another tire shop.

I thanked her profusely and headed for Bingham Tire, as was on the way home and being as I had just bought some cold items, needed to get them in a fridge as soon as possible, but didn't dare try to drive far on that tire. I stopped and after giving my information to the girls at the desk, the guys in the shop got right on it after pulling another car out of the shop. I was so very thankful. They removed the tire and finding a nail to be the culprit, plugged the tire and replaced it for me while I went in to pay. $21. Wow! Has been some time, but that much to have a tire plugged, no way! Jesse James used a gun to rob people! I appreciate their tending to my car so quickly, but will find another garage with which to do business in the future! Not good!

My life would not have been possible had they not gone so far out of their way to protect not only my investment with them, but also my ability to get to work and even football practice mattered to them. Trust your sales guy, buy the best warranty for you, honor the maintenance requirements for their power train warranty, and you can't go wrong with this team. Kyle sold me, Justin managed my case, and Ray moved mountains. Thank you, gentlemen. I love driving your vehicles and trusting your service. My vehicle is no longer a point of stress in the back of my mind. God Bless.

We drive like old people because we are old people ... we never have mechanical issues with anything, but we bought the Alpha Priority One warranty they offered because we are retired on a fixed income. In about 2K miles it developed a serious vibration requiring a Torque Tube. The Dealer service department handled everything under warranty at no charge to me. This is a known problem with these C7 Corvettes. The new one failed right away, evidently having the same problem common to so many. The Service Department explained that the part was OEM new, but must have been older stock with the same problem. The Service Department contacted Chevy and obtained a new Torque Tube with the issue corrected. Shortly thereafter, the car developed another problem and both rear axle shafts were replaced with new OEM parts at no charge to me. At that point, the repairs would have been more than $10K if I was paying for them. At 65, I've had more warranty issues with this car than all the other cars I have owned in my life combined, but that's fine. Anything mechanical can have issues, but the car drives like brand new now, They way we drive, it averages more than 35MPG on the highway ... pic attached since I know that is hard to believe if you haven't owned late model Corvettes. My son and Don Franklin are closing on the identical 2019 version of this car this weekend.
