They addressed my situation immediately. I was immediately reassured by their sense of urgency. They did not have exactly the right tire for my trailer, but instead of trying to fit me with one 'close enough' (which was what I expected), they made a call and found me a match. I was myself calculating how I could drop the trailer off and still be productive with my downtime. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman explained that they would rather I didn't leave the trailer there, as they would have it ready in a half an hour. Sure enough, I was leaving LESS than half an hour from the time I arrived. THAT is amazing. These guys are great. Go buy tires from them. As a side note, I had a nice conversation with, I assume, the owner. Super guy.

The job always gets done within the quoted timeframe and at a reasonable price. I'm not sure about all of the services they perform since we've only had to have regular maintenance and tire changes. I would highly recommend this store.
