We gave this person a chance to fix our vehicle. He didn't fix the issue at all, he just kept guessing what was wrong and having us buy parts. After buying 2 parts and him having our car for four days and nothing being fixed we decided to just go get our car. He told us it was fixed, the next morning when we went to pick it up it's actually in worse shape then when we took it to him. We called around and took it elsewhere. We still gave him $100 for his troubles and were very understanding even though we need our car for important appts. But then he contacted us asking for more money.
