They addressed my situation immediately. I was immediately reassured by their sense of urgency. They did not have exactly the right tire for my trailer, but instead of trying to fit me with one 'close enough' (which was what I expected), they made a call and found me a match. I was myself calculating how I could drop the trailer off and still be productive with my downtime. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman explained that they would rather I didn't leave the trailer there, as they would have it ready in a half an hour. Sure enough, I was leaving LESS than half an hour from the time I arrived. THAT is amazing. These guys are great. Go buy tires from them. As a side note, I had a nice conversation with, I assume, the owner. Super guy.

Disconnected. I call again to make sure it's not my phone. Disconnected. I use another persons phone. Disconnected. I try a different number online. Not working. It takes me knocking on this guy's front door 4 different times and leaving a note on it to finally get a hold of him and my car. If he didn't happen to walk out of his house the last time I pulled out of his driveway I would have gone to the Sherrifs office. Also this was 30 min away from where I live and 5 min from where the accident was. He was gonna charge me 125 bucks for the tow and threatened 150 after I told him he should give me a discount after waiting two weeks to get a hold of him. I ended up just getting my stuff out of my car and left. Told him we're even and you can do whatever you want with the car. An insane creepy old man who (learning after the fact) has always been trouble to the people using his business
