Do not take your vehicle to Joe Hudson Collision Center. I took my car there for repair after being…read moreback ended. I was given an estimated date of approximately 3 weeks. I was not able to pick it up until 10 days past the estimated date. The repairs were covered by insurance. I filed paperwork for some other minor body repair and told them I would pay for that out of pocket. I was not billed for it, but It was not done. They never communicated with me about the repairs or delay and charged the insurance double the estimate I was given. The written report of the work submitted to the insurance included work that was not done nor needed to be done. Also my car was returned to me dirty and looked as though the windows had been left down during a rain storm. The seats were soiled as though the repair person/s had been sitting in them with work/ soiled clothes. I would never recommend them or take my vehicle there again.

Went to pick up when i got informed by calling that it was done, only part of the damage was fixed!?!? They tried to pull a fast one to get me to sign and pay before even checking the car. Also tried to blame the insurance but it was just negligence on their part. Car looked fine in the end but not worth all the trouble and headache it caused. Do not recommend!
