I get home and open it up to see that there was only milk, and zero oats. Just milk. In my opinion that is a ridiculously egregious mistake to make. I paid $6 for a cup of milk. Two weeks with mistakes happening is also ridiculous, I will be asking every time (even though I feel bad) for a thorough double check on my order because this just should not happen. No oats in an oatmeal order is just another level of insanity and something needs to happen to fix these mistakes. Just a cherry on top I waited close to about 7 minutes for them to fill and heat up a cup of milk. And I was the only one waiting for the majority of the time. I cannot stress the level of ridiculousness that I experienced today.
