This has been how it's been the last few times. We also don't prefer to sit back in the dark bar area. Like I said, we love supporting this place but the customer service has gone down a bit. Coffee should be the first thing. It used to be. The server slides the check towards me at the end and says "Here this is so you don't have to wait on me. " WOW . Where's the friendliness. They even had almond milk since I can't do regular milk. And the breakfast sandwiches are made to order and were hot when delivered to our table. They even have a drive thru! Safeway, Subway, a gas station, a car wash and the DMV are all "right there" too in that 1 block area. Plus, they are freeway close!

I stopped eating there because it's too cold, (even with a sweater on) no music, and it's an empty shell of a building, maximized for profit. Food was pretty good though. Started ordering out. Now They can't complete orders on time. Often I will go in and wait 15-20 min (after the order is supposed to be ready). Now the orders are not being made correctly, so I'm overspending, and tipping in advance (would t recommend it). Last order was 50 min. Food quality is now starting to decline. The remaining waitresses are trying to keep the ship from sinking.
