This location has just stepped up its game. They now have pup cups, but they can sprinkle cat food on the top. My cat is super happy. I'm glad I brought her today and the other three when we get home will be very excited. Drink is delicious as always I pre-ordered it but waited in drive-through for maybe 10 minutes maybe more but worth it for that cat cup. Thank you !! It's average at best. Sure, staff was nice but the whole attempt to emulate CFA with someone coming up to take your order is just a bit weird. The line tends to move slowly... and it's not like their prices are any cheaper. Out of all the coffee chains we have, this is definitely not the one for me. Their pup cups are great tho. read more

When I asked for the drink to be fixed, the employee asked several unnecessary questions and handled the situation unprofessionally. She also commented that I was "loud," which I found inappropriate -- that's simply my natural tone of voice. As someone who also works in customer service at 7Brew, I understand how important it is to communicate respectfully and resolve mistakes efficiently. This experience really impacted our trip to Tulsa, and unfortunately, it's made us hesitant to return. If possible, I'd appreciate being contacted by a manager. They are very friendly staff but the line is forever long. I never have an issue omw to work @ 6am, but if I try before work @ 8am, the line takes over 30 minutes to get through. They don't have staff come out to take orders most days and when they do, they don't stagger the line. Once I waited 20 minutes in the outer lane and when they finally came to take orders, they tended to cars that had just pulled up in the inner lane, sending me to the back of the line again. read more

I love the employees at the window, always friendly and even my fur baby gets a treat...the Pup Cup...which she devours before I drive away from the pull up window!! I LOVE dutch bros!!! Like I'm a hype girl. But this poor location is under staffed and it doesn't seem like they've been trained properly. They've messed up my drinks several times (they don't taste right) and they are so busy at peak hours, they have trouble keeping the line moving. I went to the window today which helped cut time but then they made my drink hot instead of iced and I didn't have time for them to fix it. If you're trying to DB for they first time, don't try this location. Dutch Bros higher ups --- please help this location because it's conveniently located next to my daycare. We went through the drive-through, had our order taken in line by an employee with a tablet. Then, other cars in the outside lane started merging into our line. We assumed they had already ordered with someone. Nope- cars were getting to the window and ordering there which added a ton of time. The lane wasn't blocked off so I guess that's our mistake for not cutting the line too. When we got to the window, the guy actually asked if we were letting people cut in front of us. Maybe they should consider actually directing the traffic for their OWN store. Drinks were completely melted- no offer to remake them or even an apology for how long it took. 45 minutes for watered down drinks and the guy at the window blaming us for other cars cutting the line... will not be back. read more

I have never been in my whole life for so long in a line for a simple drink! 1 coffee and I waited more than 35 min in the drive thru! Absolutely ridiculous! Yet there should be employees servicing outside but not one came out to help deliver drinks. I am never making this mistake. Shame on the managers seriously they need more staff and organization. EVERYTHING BUT HUSTLE I first tried DB when we lived in another state and it became our favorite coffee place. There's no lounge or dining area at DB. No food. Just good fast and fresh coffee, and that's perfectly okay. It's refreshing to see a business that does one thing really well and doesn't get too far out of their lane. There's virtually nothing different here in Tulsa about DB coffee products from the ones in other states. The only noticeable difference is the lack of hustle and the lack of motivation to be the absolute best in Tulsa. Their speed of service sucks here. Their mechanics are chaotic. It's costing customers time and costing Dutch Brothers money. Here's a good question the owners should consider: "Why don't we have a traditional drive thru setup where we can be taking orders in line BEFORE the customer arrives to the window for the first time, like every other successful chain uses?" When you pull up to a DB in other cities, there's always a long line. All day. But it usually moves very fast, like Chick Fil A does - and for the same reasons. You don't have to wait in line for a long time to get to the window before somebody takes your order at DB in other states. They usually have at least two people working the car lines and keeping them moving fast, like Chik Fil A does with "carhops" using the handheld order devices to stay ahead of the line when taking customer orders. It doesn't matter how short or long the lines are. The line never gets longer than two cars before somebody comes out with a handheld to get your order, and often they'll bring your coffee to your car before you ever get to the window if the lines are long. Doesn't matter if it's 15* outside, or if it's 115* outside. Those girls hustle for their tips out in the sweltering heat, in the rain, cold - and they make BANK in tips! It's part of the customer service process. I'll bet you can compare the sales and productivity between the Tulsa locations and DB franchises in other states. They're not being trained to hustle here. It's a team state of mind. It's got to be instilled from the beginning. If these kids were trained to hustle, DB Tulsa would increase their sales by a minimum of 20% and their employees would DOUBLE their tips. If customers have to wait until they pull up to the window to start their orders, after waiting in line, they might as well install a traditional drive thru setup so their "broistas" can at least have customers orders working when they get to the end of the line. I've never seen anything quite as inefficient, and I was in the hospitality industry for 30 years. Case in point, I was at DB in midtown, long line. The employees briefly came out to the car line to take orders, but would only take orders from one car at a time before going back in, instead of working the car line down and greeting everyone. Only one person went out to get orders. The line was slow. I stopped at the Bixby location, there was a line. Only one person came out to take handheld orders, but would only take one car at a time instead of working the entire line. After about several minutes of waiting in line with only two cars moving through, I pulled out of the long line and went home. Didn't have time to wait. The Bixby location has a sign up that says "due to extreme weather please place your order at the window." This is their mentality 365 in Tulsa, and they're blaming their slow and chaotic service on the weather, now? This is standard operating procedure for DB Tulsa from what I've experienced. I've seen DB girls work long lines in AZ in extreme heat. I don't buy it. I visit one of these locations once a week. Neither of them knocks out the lines with two "car-hops" like they do in other states. They're supposed to go take all the orders, come in and help make all those orders, then take them to the cars. Neither location delivers the coffee to your car before you get the the window. Neither location has a habit of working the car line when it gets long. So much potential to build sales here. Or lose sales. Dutch Brothers has a good product. Their people are friendly. Their value is competitive. If they can establish a superior customer service program, there's no limit to what they can do here. But if they don't get these customer service numbers up soon, they're going to earn a bad reputation here. read more

But the young, energetic staff showed a great attitude and kept the drive-through moving, even politely explaining to me that one of the customers ahead of me had ordered 14 drinks (!!!), and that this would affect my wait time. read more
