We are from Colorado and come in every day we are her because the crew is so amazing, always friendly and make it and personal experience! Kudos to all the employees at this amazing location read more

We're in Phoenix visiting family but are from California. We don't have a Dutch Bros there however , our daughter made us try it for the first time today. Not only was the customer service amazing , but the coffee was great. Better than Starbucks or Peet's for sure. 10/10 would recommend to family or anyone that asks. read more

This was our first time, and it was amazing! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful! Everyone greeted us with smiles and welcomed us. James was very kind and patient in helping us decide what to order. All the employees were detail oriented and accurate in communicating orders and executing them. Their positive attitudes and energy radiates to everyone around them. On top of all that, the coffee was DELICIOUS! Truly AMAZING COFFEE & BARISTAS! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Iced Vanilla Latte! So creamy! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This was our first time here and the level of service was over the top. Kenzie greeted us in the drive thru line and offered suggestions that we did not see on the menu. She was very outgoing and offered amazing service. The drinks were really good but the service alone would have me coming back again and again. read more

I love this particular location because the staff is amazing and they ROCK! We always get phenomenal service no matter how busy they are. Drinks are better than Starbucks and whenever we pull up, our dog gets excited because she knows she's getting a puppercinno. This is the only location we've been to that even has little dog treats to put in the cup. You guys make our day as well as you make our drinks---which is to say you always make us smile! Thank you for being so awesome read more

Hate waiting in line, but the coffee makes it worth the while. Staff is always friendly and very energetic! Come here and get your day started right! You won't go wrong with Dutch unless you only drink Starbucks then come find out why Dutch is better ;) read more

Great coffee, fast, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable Staff. Menu has Large variety of choices , but easy to read and order I definitely recommend Dutch Bro's read more

Omg great coffee and the staff there is always awesome!!! Great work guys and girls. I'm so glad this place is so close to our home. We always have a good time coming here read more

Great coffee, and the drive through is a nice touch. I usually don't have trouble as I seem to be the only person in the drive through or perhaps one other person, although it could get pretty slow with even 3 or 4. The staff are ridiculously nice...ridiculously! I'm not sure if they have some magic air in there that makes them all so happy, but I've never left Dutch Bros. without a HUGE smile plastered on my face...kindness is infectious! Great coffee, always made EXACTLY how I want/expect...no surprises here. They also ALWAYS have a treat for the dogs as well (for free). read more

Love this place. The only thing I don't understand is how everyone working here is so happy at 7 am standing outside and taking the drink orders of hundreds of people. They always greet you with a smile, always ask how your day is going, and never disappoint. It's the same experience any location that you go. I'd pick Dutch Bros over any other coffee place every time. read more

Paten & Kelsey & Ian we're above and beyond with service yesterday and today!!! They are SUPER friendly and welcomed us to Arizona with good conversation laughs and open arms. Because of this we came back the following morning! thank you for your A+ service & making our day bright. read more

This was the longest and worst drive through line I've ever been in. I know Dutch bros usually has a line but it usually moves quickly. This was so extremely slow and then none of the employees I encountered even apologized! Usually if you have to wait they give you and an extra stamp or at least apologize but these people did nothing. It was my worst Dutch Bros experience yet. Not going back to this one. read more

The staff is very professional and generous. My family and I absolutely love their customer service.

Ok so this Dutch is so amazing there are great workers and awesome drinks/food.this place is packed all the time every day there is a line.but the line is fast.there are a lot of high schoolers there every day of the week at all times. So if you need your drink fast go to the other Dutch bros down the street. read more

What amazing service! This place is always busy and is so popular, I wanted one of their "death before decaf" mugs and they sent one of their employees from the corporate office over with the last one they had! No other locations had them but they tracked it down and a guy drive it over! Doesn't get much better than that for service! It helps when their drinks are fantastic too! Thanks all! read more

Just had a terrible experience at this Dutch location. We waited for over 10 minutes for the conversation between a customer and the barista to end. If the order was a large one the wait would have been understandable but the customer only received a cup of water after 10 minutes. I've never written a Yelp review before and we honestly really liked Dutch Bros before today, but the time it took to acknowledge our presence and still ignore waiting customers is very disappointing. We took our business somewhere else. read more

25 minutes in the drive through on a Wednesday morning. The building is the size of a dog house the employees work so hard but have no room in my opinion. I think they need a bigger building and two drive through. Not the employees fault at all. It's like a one lane road when you obviously need two lanesI!! Poor ownership! read more

Love love lovvvvvveee Dutch Bros. I would choose them over Starbucks any day. Their coffee is delicious and the service they offer is great! I love that even when it's busy they get you thru the line quick. Them coming and taking orders at the cars is genius and the fact they have the credit card app on their phones makes it so much easier. I recommend the carmelizer or a raspberry Italian soda. You will not be disappointed! read more

The people who work there are all awesome and extremly friendly. But unfortunately who ever makes the business decisions has alot to learn. It consistently has the longest waits I've ever experienced to just purchase a drink. I have to much stuff to do everyday to wait 40 min everytime. There drive through typically backs up 180 degrees into the parking lot. I've almost been in four car accidents now in this parking lot, not sure if everyone is just in a huge hurry after waiting a half hour to get a simple coffee lol. They are obviously long overdue for either a remodel or moving to a larger location all together. As delicious as the drinks may be the hastle and inconvenience is definetly not worth it. Especially at the prices your paying. More often then not I have just turned around and left this last month. Im currently looking for a new place to start my day. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - This is the typical line you can expect. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

My boys and I went to Dutch Bros for the first time yesterday. It was such a good experience. When the guy approached the car to take our order he didn't have a menu, we didn't know what types of coffee they had available. We told him it was our first time and welcomed us gave us a brief history the company. He recommended the Kicker and Annihilator and a Jr. Mafia for my little one that wanted a smoothie. When we reached the window to pay, they knew it was our first time and again welcomed us. We got a free drink and a card stamped 8 times... the 11th cup will be free. The iced coffee was delicious, I definitely wasn't expecting such a good drink. The smoothie has whipped cream on the actual straw ( kid loved it). the very young staff was super friendly and very energetic. Thank you Dutch Bros. read more

The only line that is never discouraging to wait in! The customer service is awesome and the girls are super fast! The line goes by so fast! Not to mention the coffee drinks are AMAZING!! read more

I love Dutch Bros, I do. This location though always gives me more ice than coffee and has given me the wrong milk before which if you don't drink dairy is a big deal. I purposely drive further out to go to a different location because this one just doesn't deliver the same quality. The staff here is lovely but their coffee is subpar. read more

This is my go to location. The employees are so sweet and try their best to remember your face so they can catch up with you at the window or know your drink combo already. Yes the lines are long, but that's Dutch bros for ya. That's literally what you should expect when you are going to dutch bros. It's so worth it though! I usually get Sweet Sunrise green teas without the banana, or Pink Flamingo blended Rebels! Even their chocolate milk is outstanding. I love DB! read more

I am not often in this area as a general rule... but my daughter live pretty close, so I always make a detour into Dutch Bros Coffee! I just filled up my first punch card so now I get a FREE coffee next visit! Yay! I always get the hot Latte Breve... so much BETTER than Starbucks! Highly Recommended! read more

Our first visit to Dutch Bros. They sell really good coffee and marble cakes. But to us customer service is huge and these guys delivered. Our barista was super interactive and described everything well. Service is fast as well and they don't over charge imo. We will definitely be stopping by when we come back to Arizona. read more

I moved to phoenix from northern California where I would get my Dutch Bros. fix almost every day! Either I was spoiled by the great customer service in my area or the service here is really that horrible. I've gone a handful of times and they have all been extremely shallow and inattentive. Not to mention they've all charged me different prices for the same drink! One person charges me $3.50 and someone else charges me $5.25?? Get your act together and be a bit more friendly and real with your customers. read more

I love coming here. Everyone is so nice and really accommodating when it comes to getting drinks perfect. I also love that they know my name when I pull up to the window: (They know who they are and they rock). I always go back there when it's the closest location to me. read more

I gave up Starbucks for lent, mostly to save money, and I decided to try this place, after passing it by several times. I've been here 3 times now and the staff are consistently friendly and they have hooked me up every time with some sort of discount! They have everything in a fat free, sugar free version also! It's my new favorite place! read more

Stopped by here yesterday morning on my way to Glendale for the Fiesta Bowl events. It was New Year's Day and very early in the morning. The employees all have high energies greeting everyone from the drive-thru window. All the prices you see from the menu will be what you are paying for, all prices included taxes already so you won't have to worry about what the final prices will be. I thought the wait will be long since there were few cars right in front of me, but no, once I pulled up to the window and got my drink, it was less than 90 seconds and I was out of there. One thing I don't like is if you pay for your drinks by credit card, they don't give you the receipt, you'll have to ask for it yourself. Not sure about if they'll give you a receipt or not if you pay by cash. Overall services definitely deserved all 5 stars. read more

The coffee here was so amazing I enjoyed it and it was definitely a good day to come in and get an iced coffee here there were so many choices to choose from I definitely will be going back there to try other selected items . I wish there was one in San Diego read more

Visited for my 1st time this afternoon after seeing multiple locations on and popping whenever I'd pass by. I'm new to the area, recently relocated from out of state, and OMG am I glad I stoped by today!! The drive thru was packed when we pulled up, but they had someone outside running down the line (similar to Chick Fil A) so I tried pulling up the menu on Yelp... holy moly was not expecting so many choices... thank goodness DrewBy was outside... he got to our car and was AWESOME in recommending some drinks for our first visit (came by with my dad and my husband). Told him it was our first visit and he was easily able to recommend drinks to our cravings by asking what is usually our go-to. Not to mention he's got an awesome personality, easy to talk to and I would drive all the way back to this area just to say what's up to this dude ha! I totally trusted his recommendation and it did NOT disappoint!! I'm a caramel macchiato type gal and I wanted something more unique. He recommended the Golden Eagle which has a English toffee taste ... sooo god! My dad was craving a smoothie and chose a Blueberry Pomegranate for the ones recommended... he says is flavorful. My husband is a mocha man and couldn't resist the iced Sugar Cooke Mocha. He says it's great (as evident from the half drunken cup by the time I could snag a ic. Overall, I'm IMPRESSED. They blew Starbucks out of the water! I also got their membership stamp card... it'll be full soon, I know it. Definitely going to be back, and can't lie, I feel much better knowing my money is not going to a corporation. Two thumbs up, Dutch Bros. 5 atars read more

I absolutely love this place. I visit this locale about twice a week. While I do my share to support AZ businesses, I can't resist stopping by Dutch Bros. They are the perfect early AM team and always deliver my morning beverage with a smile and friendly banter. Some days the team has giveaways which add to the experience. This place even has a wide array of non-coffee drinks, what's not to love?? Enjoy! read more

What does one say about a coffee giant that rules the neighborhood?! Haha! The employees are very friendly and helpful, the drinks were spot on and the price per drink is well worth the money paid. My only reason for 4-stars, is that for a newbie like myself, I have no way of knowing what's on the menu because the website doesn't have any drinks on it and the drive-thru line is so long that you don't get to order off the board, instead an employee walks up to your window to take your order. The only options I had after waiting in the 15-car deep line, was to take recommendations from the employee on some of their "secret drink menu" items. I was not disappointed with what we got, just wish I could make my own decision and find something that I really enjoy, for the next time I come back... because there will DEFINITELY be a next time!! read more

This Dutch Bros had some of the best customer service I've ever seen from a young guy working on a holiday (Memorial Day). I ordered an Americano which was excellent and just the right proportions. My wife had a soy chai latte which was just a little too sweet, but still good. Overall, it was an experience I would recommend, and it's staying on our list of go-to places as we explore our new neighborhood. read more

We come here often and there are long lines always but they move them through very quickly. I am always pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. read more

I love dutch bros! The service is exceptional and the coffee drinks are great and we'll priced!

If you like sweet starbucks drinks you will LOVE this place. They have a great selection of drinks you can order either hot, iced, or blended. And they are cheaper than starbucks too! Even if the line is a little bit long they are quick. And the staff is beyond friendly. I swear they must seriously love their job! I would recommend the annihilator. read more

Every since my 1st trip to Oregon's Dutch Bros, I was hooked. I was so happy they started to franchise out here. The coffee and service is always awesome!!! Flavors & whip cream are free. My favorite is Dutch Freeze & Annihilator....so strong & satisfying. The drive thru is a plus with kids in tow. Love the ongoing promotions. Make sure to sign up! read more

I am generally against going and spending so much money on coffee but this morning I decided to treat myself. I will say that the girls genuinely put a smile on my face. Being in Customer Relations, if I could get my staff to be half as excited and cheerful I would be delighted. The coffee was good but the staff was great. read more
