Best Coffee House and Huts!! Best customer service a person could possibly ask for!! Get the App and earn free drinks! They don't just offer coffee either, they have Energy drinks called Rebels, Smoothies, and drinks for kids. The ambiance is fun cultured with teens and young adults working the shops. What can I say but that I officially have made the switch from SB and going Dutch! Im relatively new to GP and had never been to a Dutch bros before moving here. The last three years I would go a few times and each time they were always so upbeat and well, excited to be alive, and I like that in a person! So each time I've gone it's a pleasure. They also get my orders correct! For some reason the SB in town couldn't get my orders right, (drinks wrong like giving me a latte instead of chai tea or used dairy in friends drink who is anaphylactic on multiple occasions). Whenever I would let a Dutch bros barista aware of the allergy they were always super careful and I really appreciate that! The brand is very 90s neon colorful and fun. Drink flavors are fun and unique! They do charitable donations to the study of ALS in respect for the founders brother (the brother in Dutch). Multiple locations near the 5 freeway as well as throughout town. I wish they would open back up the store. read more

Fabulous! What great customer service! I am from out of town and had never heard of Dutch Bros. The coffee was great, but even better was the service. We heard a rumor that you receive free coffee on your first visit to a Dutch Bros. We had a van full of out-of-towners and we all received free coffee. Not only was it free, but we got to pick what ever drink we wanted and got it in the large size! The barrister was so friendly and accommodating. Wish we had these in Indiana! read more

Great service, friendly greetings, positive attitudes. Coffee is always top notch and they have alternate non-dairy products as well. I like the fact they have someone come out and take your order when the lines start to get long also. If there is one thing they could work on is the volume of the music at the stands. Sometimes it is so loud, you can't hear the barista or have a conversation in your vehicle. I have always been a supporter from the days of the cart on the street corner. You know you love a place when you go out of town and are excited that It has expanded to the area! I was in Oklahoma and was happy to see a new stand in Midwest City! I love getting iced Paris tea with a pinch of honey! So refreshing for this warmer weather we are having! In the winter I love the cinnamon spice tea!! I get a large (gives you 2 bags) and then I refill it later at home with hot water and have tea again!! And both are low to no sugar naturally! read more

Been coming to grants pass Oregon for years now and we always stop by at the Dutch Bros. I must have at least 3 of these a day while on vacation in Oregon. 9 out of 10 times the person taking your order is very polite and up beat. This is the reason we love it. Not to mention the coffee is very good. The kids get their smoothies and the parents get their coffee. I just wish they had these in SOCAL because Starbucks would be out of business. read more

I grew up in Southern Oregon, and my Mom still lives there. Several times a year I take a trip down to Merlin, OR for a visit. It sure is relaxing. fresh air, lots of trees, few cars, no sirens, and lots of trees. Gotta love (moments of) the semi-rustic life (after all... There is pluming there.). After a few days of country living I start to jones for some city living. Then it hits me. I JUST NEED SOME COFFEE!!! A quick drive down the road and I can have me a tasty mocha! I agree with all the other reviews in that the staff and customer service are fabulous. 5 But today I wanted a blended chai. It unfortunately tasted a little better than flavored water. This coffee was awesome. Driving from San Diego to Seattle was murdering me and my girlfriend refuses to drive in the rain (probably a good thing for everyone) so I had to stop. Just had the greatest experience at Dutch Bros Coffee on Merlin road! The young man serving me and my family struck up conversation with us and we shared that it was our first time trying their coffee but had heard great things about it. We also told him they were a stop on our road trip from Seattle to Los Angeles. He was very kind and wished us well and when he brought us our 4 large drinks, he said they were going to pay for our drinks because we've come from a long way and had a long drive ahead of us.
