This was my husband and my first time trying Dutch Bros Coffee. We were greeted with respect by a friendly employee with an eagle tattoo on his left forearm. We didn't get his name but he gave us compliments on the drinks we picked and wished us a great day. I have been going to Dutch Bros since moving to Oregon in 2011. Was happy to see something other than Starbucks. I had several "Stamp Cards" at home I kept forgetting to take with me. Well, the other day I grabbed em all and went to Dutch Bros for a "Free Coffie"! Then I was told "we don't take stamp cards because we have an App". Really? So, I don't use "Apps" so I'm screwed. This is very poor Customer Service. This is wrong. So I'll be going to the Human Bean from now on. They could have taken my cards; said we don't issue these anymore, but we'll take these that you already have! This is wrong. read more

I am a huge Dutch Bros fan, like huge, and I had to stop in here for an Americano, the land where my beloved Bros was born, while on a visit here to be with an ill family member. This, "Bros" as I call it, didn't disappoint. The staff was super friendly, great music, and a good conversation. As of this review, I have been twice-- I may get one more out of my visit. This one is in a large parking lot, on a one-way street. Ample parking if you wanted to get out of your car, and has two sides. I know I visit too often and spend too much money, but hey... I have an addiction... I know I need to break it, but it's oh-so-good and the staff is super duper! Here is what I post on most of my Dutch Bros reviews: I get a medium Iced Americano (black coffee) add cream (2 oz. half-and-half) and three sweet-n-low and it's only $2.25 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!! My brother in law gets a sugar free blended soda, which is very similar to a coffee without the calories. He also makes lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie. Oh and Google Dutch Bros secrete menu-- lots more fun stuff like the BOB Marley, Ninja Turtle and much more! Keep up the GREAT job Dutch! read more

Came here tonight while on a long road trip from Portland down to San Diego for Comic Con. We needed some late night coffee to stay awake and were nothing short of satisfied. We pulled up to the window and only one worker was working. Man, he sure was kicking ass! The wait wasn't as long as the other Dutch's we've been to. Impressed! Ordered a Golden Eagle and a Cold Brew. Super good! A+ on the skill. He made sure we liked the cold brew before we pulled out (first timers), ensuring us he'd make something else if it didn't fit out taste. It was perfect! Considering he was working alone, he never fell short of going out of his way to serve up some great customer service. read more

On our road trip up to Portland, we decided to stop at Dutch Bros so I could try out their coffee and WOW I have never had such fantastic customer service at a coffee shop before. They have an extensive menu and I wanted to try something they are known for so the associate suggested the Kicker which has Irish cream (which was amazing btw). We told them we were on a road trip from Orange County so had never been to a Dutch Bros before but I know they are quite popular up in the northern areas and I wanted to be sure to try it out. When we got to the window, they said my coffee was on the house since we were first timers passing through. Aww! If anyone from Dutch Bros is reading this.. That 5 minute interaction totally made our day and we will be sure to pay it forward. My parents and I came up from Southern California to visit family. One main thing I wanted to try was this coffee place we'd seen so many in the area. So my mom took me there. I didn't catch any names, but seriously couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service we received. Not only was everyone super nice, but asked what we should try and suggested a blended drink that was delicious. Great work on making us feel welcomed, and great tasting coffee.
