Usually I love Dutch Bros, but my last two visits have steered me away from them. While passing through Carson, I pre-ordered a mid-day pick me up and service was disappointingly slow. I instantly regretted stopping here almost 12 minutes after I got the notification that my drink was ready. Both guys in front of me left the line out of frustration. There was one girl in the window helping a group of 5 guys. My drink was tasty, but if I had just gone to Starbucks, I would have been able to just walk in and pick up my drink without a long unnecessary wait. I don't feel my time is important when visiting this Dutch Bros. I wish Dutch Bros had a better pick up system in place for those of us on a time crunch that don't have 15 minutes to waste and prepaid through the app. The app has had many glitches while trying to pre-order. When these errors occur I'll skip Dutch as a whole. read more

I pretty much always go to the one in south Carson but decided that I would try this one in the area. I had an appointment at 7 am and got in line at 6:40am thinking that would be me plenty of time. There was only 6 or 7 cars in front of me.... I didn't get my medium drink until 7:12am. Most Dutch bros are fast, I will not be going here again. I would have left but was in my car and stuck in the line so I couldn't. read more

After an upsetting trip to the Reno Dutch we drove to this location that we've never been to and it was a pleasant experience. From the kind greeting from the employee, the quick line and the delicious coffee- it was the way a Dutch bros visit should be! I even got a Mother's Day sticker for free with my drink! Next time I am in Carson I will be coming back to this location! read more

5 years later. This location is still terrible. 30 minute waits are ridiculous. Glad there are other locations in Carson.

I visited this morning shortly after 5 a.m. There was nobody in line ahead. When I pulled up to the window it was closed. The two young men in there saw me but continued doing whatever. I waited for a couple of minutes for at least a "Be right with you.". Nothing. Completely ignored so I left. I got to this particular location because it is usually a quick in and out. Mondays are the worst I have noticed. After this, I won't be going to this location on a Monday. Be better at customer service and at acknowledge people and let them know you will be right with them. read more

I've never been to Dutch Bros before; my first time fisting was on 2.12.26, but the staff there made my day! The girls working were incredibly helpful. I asked them to whip up something to give me a boost of energy, and with Red Bull, it was fantastic! They listened carefully and did an amazing job. I definitely plan to return to this location again. read more

Today 5/17/25 at 0553 am, one of the staff on a white tshirt had a bit of sarcasm towards me. I ordered online for coffee at home hoping to have it ready when I pick up and it wasn't. I had to wait another two minutes she says and there was just 1 car in drive thru when I arrived. Of course, it was a bit annoying and it's cold and windy outside. After she handed the hot coffee, I didn't say anything and the white shirt girl sarcastically said, "oh well have a good day". A bit of shock but didn't say a word and I figured I'll just give my honest review here on yelp. Add-On. Dear Business Manager: Your response to me was futile. The message you sent and for me to send a message to your customer service team regarding my concern today couldn't go through via email. I don't know how else to respond. In the future, please send a correct email address or don't comment at all. Lisa read more

This location is usually my favorite, but today when I went I cut thru the cone because there was a gap and I know I shouldn't have done that but then the worker working give me a talk about how heads next time don't do that ok I would do it if there were more cones blocking it the service was terrible the drink was Really good read more

This Location has always been a good, high quality Dutch Bros. We have been coming here since it opened. They always get my order right and the runners make it a short wait. No runner on Christmas Eve and you could tell the difference. I wish there were a way to add space in the drive-thru. Once your in line, you're there for good. My big fear is someone running out of gas or breaking down while in line. Pro Tip: If your not using cash, ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT and ALWAYS GET YOUR GIFT CARD BACK. I'm not sure how to handle this situation from last week. A runner took my gift card payment back into the store with him (this typically doesn't happen. Normally, the runner has us use the gift card at the window). He never came back. When we asked at the window he said the card had the exact balance due and we were go-to-go. Since we usually only get large Iced teas @ $3.25 and load cards in increments of $10, how is that possible? I don't know if there was less than the amount due on the card and he let the balance slide or there's a gift card with $10-$15 in his pocket. We were in a hurry to get to Reno for work and there was a long line waiting behind us, so like a simp I didn't pursue the matter. From this point forward: plastic=receipt. Always return my gift card. I'll throw it out if it's empty. 12/19 read more

First time going to Dutch bros on a Sunday morning at 8am but the line was wrapped around the other building just like the line for in and out. So we decided to park and order at the window. There was few other people waiting for drinks. The menu is overwhelming for a first timer. So I ordered ice double chocolate mocha and waited for 20min. Then I noticed the drive thru line had 2 staff people taking their orders so it made the line go fast. My drink was soo delicious. I wished there is one on Los Angeles. read more

The order came out good. The worker taking our order was the rudest worker I've ever came in counter with. Not polite at all, complains about having to do her job?? I'm from California and I would expect people to be more rude there but this Nevada girl was horrible. She ruined Dutch bros reputation of having sweet and kind workers. Do better. read more

The best staff works here! They take the time to learn their customers orders and they make the best coffee. I have a pain in the butt order and they 9/10 get it perfect. I always order a medium sugar free hazelnut oat milk blended latte. It's a mouthful to say lol. No other coffee place compares to Dutch! They have soo many different sugar free flavors whereas Starbucks has 1 and it's vanilla! Can we say boring! I think I need a 12 step program because I'm addicted to coffee now thx to Dutch and their awesome staff! read more

Dude this place was intense and that's a compliment! The drive through sign was a bit confusing (says drive through starts around the corner, I'm beginning to think it means corner of the blue cones they have set up and not corner of the building) so I just parked and walked up. I had a gift card I'd found cleaning my car, so he checked it and it covered my whole drink with only $5! Plus the employees were super friendly and the drink I got is amazing! Will def be back with a huge tip cause I thought there was enough left on the gift card, but it was early and intense like I said and I'm realizing it may not have been enough, so I'm gonna be back with cash haha read more

I absolutely love the service I always get at Dutch Bros. Their drinks are not expensive and so good! This was my first time at a Dutch Bros. My sister and I went to to the walk up window and received quick and friendly service. Our drinks were so delicious! Dutch Bros Coffee - Best customer service I've had in a long time!! Breath of fresh air!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Carson City, Nevada

I love my Dutch coffee and depending on the time I leave my house, I choose the Carson City location I think will be the least busy. (Not always easy, but they always get us through quickly anyway.) Today I went to this location and to my surprise, there were no cars in line. Two lovely team members were outside waiting for me to pull up so they could take my order. We discussed a mutual acquaintance and pondered the question "what mythical creature would you be and why" (I chose Pegasus because he's pretty and can fly.). Moments later, another team member brought my coffee out to me. All of this took less than 4 minutes, yet it made my whole day. I will always choose Dutch because I like their employees, their coffee and the way they interact with customers. Thank you for the Good Vibes! read more

Stopped by the William Street Dutch Bros on my way through Carson City today as I'm STILL waiting for a Reno location to open!! Until then I get my fix for delicious coffee and smoothies whenever I can. My favorite coffee is a large hot yeti (white coffee) 911 (6 shots) with almond milk. It's mild, nutty and absolutely essential for long trips over the pass. All the smoothies I've tried have been delicious but my go-to is peach/mango! The service is always exemplary, but today the crew even wrote sweet little messages on the top of my cups! They are always enthusiastic and positively delightful to chat with! Thanks for another wonderful treat today Dutch Bros staff! YOU ROCK!! read more

Delicious. I absolutely love Dutch bros. Always get a large iced irie rebel and I love it!!

Always good. Always done correctly. Not always fast, but that's because there is a line that can be quite extensive. Andy and Jill, the owners, are a couple of young people who understand what good service and good quality are all about. I lost my stamp card (where you buy ten and get one free) and when I explained it to the girl at the window, I told her I had about 4 stamps. She gave me a new one with four stamps. Now...I'm not a scammer, but sometimes, people think others are trying to pull one over on them. Not even a question as to my integrity. I always go there and in fact, when my girls were younger, they would always insist on going to Dutch Bros. read more

Came here looking for some coffee so I ordered their iced caramel mochiato equivalent drink at Dutch Bros. Very similar taste to the Starbucks version. I would definitely come through here again because they have an awesome drive thru or front window ordering system. Saw the Dutch flag flying and had to stop. When I was in the Netherlands, they had the best coffee I have ever had. ik hou van de Nederland, means I love the Netherlands. Kids working here are super sweet. I told him it was my first time here and they gave me a stamp card and some air freshners for the car. I just got an Americano with cream and stevia. Nice smooth but bold flavor. I am not a really A Starbucks fan, because their brews to me always taste dirty. Tried my daughters Carmel Machiato with floating shot on top. Wooo! Good stuff! I hope they build one in Reno. If your in Carson City, a must. Also, noticed that the company just raised close to over 970, 000, for the ALS. I love companies like this. I will always support companies that give back to the communities. Way to go Dutch Bros. read more

I always struggle with reviewing the Carson City Dutch Bros locations, simply because I know the owners (Andy and Jill) and want them to do well. I'll give this stand a solid 4 out of 5 stars, and the main reason I can't give the 5th star is solely based on the location of the stand. If you're coming in from the Dayton area, it's almost impossible to make the left hand turn into the stand's driveway without getting crunched. It's a serious leap of faith to get into the joint by turning left - and even more so going out. I try to make U-turns getting in and out, as I've found that doing anything less is a suicide mission at best. Also, with this place being next to the high school, the walk-up line can get obscenely long - longer than the original stand on Carson Street. The line does seem to move faster, however, if you're coming in the morning - prepare to wait. read more

Drive-through. Met this guy and told him I didn't know what the menu was. I told him, iced (confirmed to be on the rocks), sweet, and has coffee. That's it and he was like I got you. $4 only and I got this giant cup of awesomeness. Wait time was probably 3 minutes? Literally the fastest drive through and quality is a bit better than other drive-throughs for coffee. Turns out I got something called the Iced Ninja. It's like mocha greatness. Loved it and would recommend anyone traveling through Carson City to visit this spot. Customer service was fire and I'd love to get another random recommendation again. read more

We were in the neighborhood last night and decided to swing by the Dutch Bros in Carson City because the new one in Reno was stupid busy on their grand opening. Jessica was AMAZING at explaining the differences between all of the different frozen drinks and offering suggestions. My daughter changed her order after they'd already started making it - and they graciously accepted her change and made her drink as ordered. Everyone was friendly and engaging, but not in a fake way. In addition to "wow" customer service, their beverage selection accommodating to just about EVERY taste palette. They offer hot, cold, iced, frozen, teas, energy drinks, and the flavor options are out of this world - fruity, nutty, chocolate, caramels, etc... Check out their menu online or ask the employees when you arrive. There are so many options!! We had a truly amazing experience with our beverage order and will definitely be back to our new favorite coffee chain! Move over competitor that I will not name but rhymes with Schmarluxx! Even though this location in particular seems to be getting busier and busier, the coffee is just as delicious, the music is just as loud and the baristas are just as caffeinated. A perpetual stop anytime I pass through Carson. Can't get enough Dutch Bros! read more

It was the same quality as the original dutch bros, my only complaint is that it's a struggle to see the menu until you're already at the window. Which increases the drive thru time. The other complaint I have is the music is STUPID loud that the person at the window had to make us repeat our order 3 times. Loud is fine, but there's got to be a reasonable level when you're in a drive thru. Other than that, I'm happy there's one closer to where I live. :) read more

So I moved to Nevada from Pennsylvania about 3 and half years ago, and had never heard of a Dutch Brothers Coffee. I kept to Starbucks and Dunkin, until someone did a coffee run and I was desperate. I asked for something hazlenutty. They got my the "Nutty Irishman"- it was absolutely delicious. So delicious, that THE NEXT DAY I went back to try something for myself. I got the Iced Cinnamon Dulce Mocha and have never looked back. The coffees are rich, flavorful, and just well composed- just the right amount of cinnamon, etc. I've probably been back at least 30 more times since the summer and the consistency is just incredible- it always tastes like the first one I fell in love with. I will be back many many many times, and I don't think I'll be visiting Starbucks or Dunkin anytime soon....not when there's a Dutch Bros around! #converted #coffeeaddict read more
