I have been to So Juicy a small handful of times, but most recently was to check out the smoothie and juice selection. I have always been put off by the pricing here. It's nearly $10 for a juice or a smoothie. Many other reviews mention the high pricing, and many reviews also mention that the portion sizes are mediocre. I agree with that. While the juices and smoothies are good, the high prices deter me from returning. Comparing So Juicy to another local shop that recently opened in Gardnerville, that place wins in both selection, taste, and pricing. The service here can also be iffy. Sometimes they are super fast and kind. Other times, it seems that they are irritated that you walked in. I have never been here when it's busy. It's almost always deserted when I visit. If you choose to hang out, they do have many large tables inside. So Juicy is 100% better than a chain shop like Keva or Jamba, but I think there is certainly room for improvement in both service and pricing.

What a cool place?…read more Whenever we are out and about and checking out new things, we always try to find some good local coffee. We took the kids to Genoa and after wanted to warm up a bit. This coffee place has always been one that we've seen whenever we've driven out of town to go to SoCal and always said "we need to check this place out someday". Super glad that we finally did, I got a peppermint latte and the wife got a toffee latte. They even have locally made ice cream and the kids enjoyed chocolate brownie, and cookies and cream. The lattes were both great flavored and really well made with beans brewed from Old World Coffee (Reno) beans. Which is our favorite roaster in the area. Honestly with our travels out of state and internationally, we found that Old World has the best roasted beans around. There's plenty of space in the main part of the coffee shop and a side room with a community table and even an area for kids to play and read books. I wish we had a good coffee place like this in the Sparks area. This will definitely be a staple when we're in town.

Carson St. (Business 395), Keva Juice neighbors a Starbucks and is just minutes away from major hotels and attractions such as the Nevada State Railroad Museum and for the outdoor adventure seekers, only a 10-minute drive to Kings Canyon Waterfalls. I came here with my lady during the afternoon on Friday 6/19/2026 at around 3:45pm. Since we ate lunch (in S. Lake Tahoe) around 1pm and wouldn't eat dinner (in Fernley) until 7:30pm, I figure this would be the perfect mid-afternoon snack to fill us up. Parking was very easy to find as this is a fairly quiet area; even with an extensive amount of eateries and businesses around here. Upon entry, we were the only customers inside which made the ordering process quite simple. The interior layout had a pistachio green/light purple which is their trademark colors. Additionally, there was ample seating throughout. As for the menu, they carry the traditional classic, functional, and performance smoothies as well as açai bowls, juice blends, coffee, chai, and matcha drinks. They also carry a small assortment of food items including healthy cookies, pretzels, and waffles. In comparison, their entire food/drink menu is quite similar to "Jamba" but different as they are a much smaller company with more of the mom-and-pop vibes. During our visit, I went with their "Ginger Berry Cooler" smoothie. This includes a generous amount of fresh ginger, honey, bananas, blueberries, mangos, and nonfat vanilla yogurt with my choice of oat milk. My lady went with their "Strawberry Squeezer" smoothie which offers apple & guava juice, bananas, strawberries, nonfat vanilla yogurt, and raspberry sherbet. Both of our smoothies were ready in less than 5 minutes. Since I had not been to any of their locations in nearly 3 years, I liked how the cups are now transparent as it gives it a fresh, modern look. As for my smoothie, I was very pleased but be warned that the ginger taste might be a bit overpowering for some. I liked the fusion of fruit as it brought a level of sweet and savory all wrapped into one tasty beverage. Her smoothie was way more of a traditional taste as I also sampled a few sips and was quite pleased. I will say that having been to several of their locations over the years in the Reno area, I prefer them over Jamba. Service was above average, prices were reasonable, and I left feeling quite satisfied. My rating for the Carson City "Keva Juice", a respectable four stars.

I saw pics of celebrities like Terrance Howard and Jeremy Renner sitting on the quaint little bar stools inside. Roasting House has officially entered the coffee chat room! On my first visit, I saw that the Iced Brew special was Carrot Cake. Um? Only my favorite cake! I had the best timing and hit the jackpot! Of course that's what I ordered. It was delicious! The decor is absolutely adorable. It's like a beautiful Victorian feel to it. It has beautiful furniture, pictures on the wall, and they have coffee, jewelry for sale and other items. Additionally, they roast their coffee beans on-site with a large vintage roasting machine towards the back of the shop. The place definitely has an elegant, antique-like ambience that fits perfectly with VC. They also serve various baked goods, bagel sandwiches and other breakfast items. You will have a great start to your day by coming here first. Service is impeccable and the staff is super friendly. As you go towards the rear of the shop, there is a beautiful patio that overlooks Virginia city and the streets below C Street.
