luke was very helpful and friendly and even added my special request for two sour shoots

I cannot believe I haven't shared a review before now on this location. My husband and I literally come here everyday for iced teas. When we moved to Oregon, I developed a daily Dutch bros habit, with a large of the Cookie Dough Iced Mocha. Before long, the pants were a little snug and I realized I needed to make a change, but I enjoyed getting out of the house after working from home all day so I started ordering zero sugar teas. After a long time of trying to coerce my husband into trying we found a tea he liked and now it's our post work, post workout outing everyday! The staff at this location is simply fantastic - they are engaging, get to know customers, remember our order and what we have going on - it's so nice to have this quick, light and airy experience at the end of a long day! I even get a drink with a little sugar on Saturday and Sunday as a treat and they remember that. These folks rock - we look forward to our daily little outing to this Dutch bros read more

This location always gets our drink order correct and is usually pretty fast about it! Fast and friendly service just what everyone wants. The only draw back is its location that is inconvenient to get in and out of. It's a bit quirky but if you know you are heading there you make the necessary adjustments to your route. read more

A short jaunt from our sons house we have visited this Dutch Bros many times. Our grandkids love to plant the Dutch Bros seed in Grandma's head on every visit. It has become a tradition for us. Choices are only limited to your imagination. They have a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. You can even get them blended like a shake. They have lemonade drinks and energy drinks. They have sugary drinks, drinks without sugar and drinks with sugar free syrups. Customer service is always friendly and engaging. The young work here and all we have met possess huge personalities. No shrinking violet's work at Dutch Bro's. Drinks are outstanding and therefore the tradition continues. read more

This location has been our goto ever since we moved into the nearby neighborhood less than 1/2 mile away almost 3 years ago. We like how close it is to our home and how convenient the location is which is on the corner of Scholls Ferry and SW Barrows Rd. The location has two drive thru's on opposite directions but we always see one side of it opened. All the young workers here have always been pleasant and respectful to my family and I and we've always been welcomed with a smile. I think the kids that work here work hard in all weather conditions rain or shine and we've always drove away satisfied with our orders. We always leave a tip because these kids probably need the extra money and I am always a firm believer in hard work being rewarded. My favorite drink here has always been Kokomo and hot drinks in the winter while cold blended in the summer always hits the spot. read more

I'm going to start this by saying that I really really don't like Dutch Bros coffee. I know I know then how can I give them 5 stars? Well everyone else I bought for LOVED their drinks. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and I like my coffee exactly as I make it. But they just make buying from them SO easy. The staff has ALWAYS been nice on all three visits I've made to this location. I appreciate how when you're in the drive thru, someone will come and take your order. They're ALWAYS so nice. The drive through experience is SO nice because they keep the lines moving when there are lots of customers and you can order and pay while you wait to pickup your drinks. They nailed customer service. Good job. No wonder they have a cult like following in the PNW. read more

The service is always great. They have a lot of delicious drinks and not all of them are coffee. Some of the drinks are uniquely theres

This Dutch Bros is an absolute disgrace. I've been a loyal customer for over five years, but after today, I will never be coming back. I ordered a LARGE green tea and politely asked for no ice because I get headaches from cold drinks. I also asked for a separate cup of ice for my pregnant sister, who just wanted to cool down her water. And what did these pathetic employees do? They handed me a large cup that was barely even HALF FULL--not even close to what I paid for. This wasn't just a little less than expected; it was an absolute ripoff. I literally paid almost five dollars for a joke of a drink that wouldn't even fill a medium cup. Meanwhile, they had no problem giving me a full cup of ice. So you're telling me your drinks are always this empty and the only reason they look full is because you drown them in ice? That is straight-up scamming customers. On top of that, the employees were rude, didn't greet me, didn't say thank you, didn't wish me a good day--nothing. Their attitudes were just as bad as their service. This was beyond petty and embarrassing, and the fact that they didn't even try to hide how spiteful they were is unbelievable. This location is a joke, the employees are rude as hell, and the way they do business is pathetic. DO BETTER. read more

definitely won't recommend. i'm not sure if it's the teenagers not knowing how to make decent coffee but every time i go there they always mess up on my drink. i'll admit they are welcoming but the coffee ain't coffeeing . smh ‍ spent way to much in tipping just for them to continuing running my coffee . read more

I heard tons if great things from central Cali about Dutch Bros so I decided to try it! I tried both the Vanilla shake and the birthday cake shake. I wasn't too big of a fan of the vanilla shake since the hazelnut made it taste like candy but it was still pretty good. However, birthday cake slaps, especially if you replace the white chocolate flavoring with vanilla ( just my personal preference)! I loved the sprinkles too on it! Honestly, Dutch bros is so amazing, and I will definitely be returning until my trip is over. The service is also amazing! All the workers there are super sweet and I like the order taking way, since it feels alot more personable than speaking through an average drive through mic. They're fast, sweet and awesome! Even the ice here tastes good. read more

Dutch Bros has an amazing energy and vibe that keeps me coming back. Despite the packed drive-thru, the wait is always manageable and worth it. Their drink selection is amazing. Lots of different drinks to try out. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't speak to their coffee here but I will say it's my favorite place to get a hot chocolate in the winter. Likely because it has so much sugar in it. However all of their drinks are over priced and lines are always long so I try to limit how often I come. All the employees were really kind and did their best to keep the line moving though! read more

Still great coffee and great service. This location isn't as bad as some of the others to get Into, so bonus for this location! Friendly service. Love the app. One of the quickest Dutch experiences we have had. read more

A friend of mine in Northern California posted about getting her usual "double torture". Being the 1st day of 2019, good time to try this place for the first time! I had the "peach cobbler" latte and my husband had the "trifecta" latte. My "peach cobbler" had a unique taste. After you take a sip, the peach flavor is subtle and not overwhelming l. I liked it! My husband like his as well. Service was quick and staff were friendly. We even got a limited time sticker, that glows in the dark. Next flavor that I'm going to tryi will be the "German Chocolate" in a latte. read more

Excellent coffee, excellent service, very cheerful employees. However, the dutch brothers app is totally problematic. It made me renew the app, and refuses to take my information. So, basically, I don't go back. read more

I am beyond annoyed, around 9:15 we arrived at Dutch, there was two cars in front of us. And 1 car behind us. When the 2nd car approached, they were handed the iPad? 1) enabling the spread of potential Covid!!! They ordered 1 small drink! During the 10 minutes, the girl taking the order from inside the stand was able to run out and give the car behind us a drink! But wasn't able to get my order as she was running back in to talk to her friends. Finally!!! It was my turn to order my drink! I asked her how come there wasn't a runner outside? Her response was: " after a certain period we don't do runners" but remember she was able to run out and give the car behind me a drink, but not take MY order. Then I asked her how come the other two girls who were laughing with the girl at the window while talking to the car for 10 minutes, couldn't run the cars? She said they are doing stock?? LOL crazy.... Then proceeded to tell me they used oat milk in the customers drink so that's why it took longer? LOL! Anyways probably should hire some new employees! read more

I feel like the culture of Dutch bros especially this location has changed a lot! Customer service has always been the #1 priority. Unfortunately with my recent visit, I had a young man assist me and was absolutely rude as well as the lady at the window. The drinks are not the same quality either. Definitely not coming back, completely ruined the "so called" dutch bros experience. read more

Great coffee selections and every single member is always really nice to me. The coffee is always brewed to perfection and there are always lines but they work fast. I would kept a full star if they had Apple Pay.. but that's a tiny tech blip that employees can't change. Overall very good. read more

First time visiting a Dutch Bros. Was overwhelmed by the many options. The service there from the girl outside taking orders to the girl inside the stand were very friendly and helpful with recommending drinks. We got a golden eagle breve and asked for it to be half sweet. The staff asked me to try it to make sure I liked it before driving away. She also gave us a stamp card. It was still on the sweet side but will return the next time were in Oregon to try another drink. Impressed by the service. read more

This coffee shop has been appearing in a lot of locations across Oregon, but I believe that this one might be one of the best, their intricate position that's so close to Mountainside and elementary schools, this is the most viable place to get so much business. It's drinks are very exotic and very sweet and nice, perfect for the teenager and occasional adult, the only downside to this establishment is the outbreak of bees. Since syrup is abundant in this place, these bees have been appearing so much, while they haven't stung me yet, they do distract people from their drinks as some people are scared of insects. Overall it's a wonderful establishment, but Bee mindful read more

Always has the friendliest staff that quickly gets you in and out of this small drive thru location! It's nice that they have electronic pads that they can place your orders thru as you wait in line - they come out and take your order and you can either pay there or when you get to the front. By the time you get to the window, your order has just been finished being made and your ready to go! It's great read more

This is probably the worst Dutch Bros I've been to. I hardly ever go, but my loved ones were craving it so I went to this one hoping it would be fun and a great experience. The customer service wasn't great at all. I was only asked questions about my drink and not about how I was doing. It was like they were just so ready for me to leave I really didn't feel welcomed. I was smiling and just waiting to be interacted with the whole time. Definitely not coming back here. I recommend the one on hall. read more

My all time favorite Dutch Bros. The employees are on top of it, always getting orders in and having it ready once you get to their window. I refuse to go to any other Dutch Bros after having such an amazing experience at this one! I don't know what I will do once I move ): read more

This could be the best Dutch Bros I have visited!!! The staff is always so friendly and on top of it. I love the location right outside of my development so I walk my dogs there quite often and love the walk up window. Not sure who the franchisee or owner is but they have done a great job hiring top notch staff. I also love the fact they always have enough people working and spend on payroll unlike other coffee shops where you just stand around and wait forever for your drink. That's my retail management side kicking in. I'm a pretty basic guy when it comes to coffee a triple shot almond milk latte and they are always delicious. I know they have lots more drinks which I'm sure are yummy as well. My frenchies love the staff as well since they get lots of love when they aren't swamped with customers. read more

It's so good! Best drinks you'll ever have. Mostly the Rebels. They're so good!! The service is so nice. Would for sure recommend it!

I went to get coffee this morning and ordered a large hot americano with cream. They even repeated my order. Then I went to dollar tree on Scholls only to realize there was no cream in my coffee. I went ALL the way back to ask for cream. I also asked if I could get my card stamped since they messed up and I drove all the way back. They said NO. Wtf are you serious? They did not offer to make me a new one and my coffee was already cold when I got there. The added cream, didn't mix it or put the lid on correctly. So it spilled in my car...They had ONE job. Never coming back again. read more

Okay so I basically only gave this amount of stars because of one specific time. All other times I've been to this location it has been a great experience. So, anyway, I'm walking up to the window with my friend and I see that all the workers are blondes, so already I know this is gonna go weird. But I ask for a medium iced rebel, but I asked them to put it in my hydro flask and I pass it to them through the window. My friend then orders a small blended rebel separately. (Keep in mind before they took our order it took like 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge we were there and after they took my order took another 4 minutes to get to my friend) Okay so like another 6 minutes go by and they pass me my rebel, in a Dutch cup and I'm like umm okay I guess. Then I'm standing there with a Dutch cup waiting for them to pass my hydro back so I can just pour it in myself but when they pass it back, I see that they had actually put my friends rebel in my hydro. I really don't see how you could've made this mistake when you literally took the orders at least 5 minutes apart, but I guess blondes can mess up anything amirite lol. (Also I'm a blonde so I don't wanna hear it) read more
