I cannot believe I haven't shared a review before now on this location. My husband and I literally come here everyday for iced teas. When we moved to Oregon, I developed a daily Dutch bros habit, with a large of the Cookie Dough Iced Mocha. Before long, the pants were a little snug and I realized I needed to make a change, but I enjoyed getting out of the house after working from home all day so I started ordering zero sugar teas. After a long time of trying to coerce my husband into trying we found a tea he liked and now it's our post work, post workout outing everyday! The staff at this location is simply fantastic - they are engaging, get to know customers, remember our order and what we have going on - it's so nice to have this quick, light and airy experience at the end of a long day! This location always gets our drink order correct and is usually pretty fast about it! Fast and friendly service just what everyone wants. The only draw back is its location that is inconvenient to get in and out of. It's a bit quirky but if you know you are heading there you make the necessary adjustments to your route. read more

A short jaunt from our sons house we have visited this Dutch Bros many times. Our grandkids love to plant the Dutch Bros seed in Grandma's head on every visit. It has become a tradition for us. Choices are only limited to your imagination. They have a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. You can even get them blended like a shake. They have lemonade drinks and energy drinks. They have sugary drinks, drinks without sugar and drinks with sugar free syrups. Customer service is always friendly and engaging. The young work here and all we have met possess huge personalities. No shrinking violet's work at Dutch Bro's. Drinks are outstanding and therefore the tradition continues. read more

This location has been our goto ever since we moved into the nearby neighborhood less than 1/2 mile away almost 3 years ago. We like how close it is to our home and how convenient the location is which is on the corner of Scholls Ferry and SW Barrows Rd. The location has two drive thru's on opposite directions but we always see one side of it opened. All the young workers here have always been pleasant and respectful to my family and I and we've always been welcomed with a smile. I think the kids that work here work hard in all weather conditions rain or shine and we've always drove away satisfied with our orders. We always leave a tip because these kids probably need the extra money and I am always a firm believer in hard work being rewarded. I'm going to start this by saying that I really really don't like Dutch Bros coffee. I know I know then how can I give them 5 stars? Well everyone else I bought for LOVED their drinks. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and I like my coffee exactly as I make it. But they just make buying from them SO easy. The staff has ALWAYS been nice on all three visits I've made to this location. I appreciate how when you're in the drive thru, someone will come and take your order. They're ALWAYS so nice. The drive through experience is SO nice because they keep the lines moving when there are lots of customers and you can order and pay while you wait to pickup your drinks. This Dutch Bros is an absolute disgrace. I've been a loyal customer for over five years, but after today, I will never be coming back. I ordered a LARGE green tea and politely asked for no ice because I get headaches from cold drinks. I also asked for a separate cup of ice for my pregnant sister, who just wanted to cool down her water. And what did these pathetic employees do? They handed me a large cup that was barely even HALF FULL--not even close to what I paid for. This wasn't just a little less than expected; it was an absolute ripoff. I literally paid almost five dollars for a joke of a drink that wouldn't even fill a medium cup. Meanwhile, they had no problem giving me a full cup of ice. So you're telling me your drinks are always this empty and the only reason they look full is because you drown them in ice? That is straight-up scamming customers. On top of that, the employees were rude, didn't greet me, didn't say thank you, didn't wish me a good day--nothing. Their attitudes were just as bad as their service. This was beyond petty and embarrassing, and the fact that they didn't even try to hide how spiteful they were is unbelievable. I heard tons if great things from central Cali about Dutch Bros so I decided to try it! I tried both the Vanilla shake and the birthday cake shake. I wasn't too big of a fan of the vanilla shake since the hazelnut made it taste like candy but it was still pretty good. However, birthday cake slaps, especially if you replace the white chocolate flavoring with vanilla ( just my personal preference)! I loved the sprinkles too on it! Honestly, Dutch bros is so amazing, and I will definitely be returning until my trip is over. The service is also amazing! All the workers there are super sweet and I like the order taking way, since it feels alot more personable than speaking through an average drive through mic. They're fast, sweet and awesome! However all of their drinks are over priced and lines are always long so I try to limit how often I come. I am beyond annoyed, around 9:15 we arrived at Dutch, there was two cars in front of us. And 1 car behind us. When the 2nd car approached, they were handed the iPad? 1) enabling the spread of potential Covid!!! They ordered 1 small drink! During the 10 minutes, the girl taking the order from inside the stand was able to run out and give the car behind us a drink! But wasn't able to get my order as she was running back in to talk to her friends. Finally!!! It was my turn to order my drink! I asked her how come there wasn't a runner outside? Her response was: " after a certain period we don't do runners" but remember she was able to run out and give the car behind me a drink, but not take MY order. Then I asked her how come the other two girls who were laughing with the girl at the window while talking to the car for 10 minutes, couldn't run the cars? She said they are doing stock?? The service there from the girl outside taking orders to the girl inside the stand were very friendly and helpful with recommending drinks. This coffee shop has been appearing in a lot of locations across Oregon, but I believe that this one might be one of the best, their intricate position that's so close to Mountainside and elementary schools, this is the most viable place to get so much business. This is probably the worst Dutch Bros I've been to. I hardly ever go, but my loved ones were craving it so I went to this one hoping it would be fun and a great experience. This could be the best Dutch Bros I have visited!!! The staff is always so friendly and on top of it. I love the location right outside of my development so I walk my dogs there quite often and love the walk up window. Not sure who the franchisee or owner is but they have done a great job hiring top notch staff. I also love the fact they always have enough people working and spend on payroll unlike other coffee shops where you just stand around and wait forever for your drink. That's my retail management side kicking in. I'm a pretty basic guy when it comes to coffee a triple shot almond milk latte and they are always delicious. I went to get coffee this morning and ordered a large hot americano with cream. They even repeated my order. Then I went to dollar tree on Scholls only to realize there was no cream in my coffee. I went ALL the way back to ask for cream. I also asked if I could get my card stamped since they messed up and I drove all the way back. They said NO. Wtf are you serious? They did not offer to make me a new one and my coffee was already cold when I got there. The added cream, didn't mix it or put the lid on correctly. So it spilled in my car...They had ONE job. Okay so I basically only gave this amount of stars because of one specific time. All other times I've been to this location it has been a great experience. So, anyway, I'm walking up to the window with my friend and I see that all the workers are blondes, so already I know this is gonna go weird. But I ask for a medium iced rebel, but I asked them to put it in my hydro flask and I pass it to them through the window. My friend then orders a small blended rebel separately. (Keep in mind before they took our order it took like 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge we were there and after they took my order took another 4 minutes to get to my friend) Okay so like another 6 minutes go by and they pass me my rebel, in a Dutch cup and I'm like umm okay I guess. Then I'm standing there with a Dutch cup waiting for them to pass my hydro back so I can just pour it in myself but when they pass it back, I see that they had actually put my friends rebel in my hydro. I really don't see how you could've made this mistake when you literally took the orders at least 5 minutes apart, but I guess blondes can mess up anything amirite lol.
