The vibe? Loud, kind of messy, and definitely not what you'd call cozy. We ordered quickly, thinking we were being proactive. But drinks took a while, and the appetizer took about 30 minutes--which really set the tone for the 45-minute wait that followed for our shared entree. Apparently, it was "kids night," but I didn't see a single child. Also, the bathroom? Let's just say in gas station style clean. BUT--and this is a big but--the food was excellent. Big portions, full of flavor, and even better as leftovers the next day. So the kitchen is clearly doing something right. Unfortunately, the overall vibe just isn't my cup of tea. I like to unwind with a good meal and a cocktail--not feel like I'm in a live-action game of restaurant hide-and-seek.
