I think this store in Fernley is a bit smaller, but they have the same cool stuff, such as housewares, clothing (mainly Western wear), boots, animal feed and veterinary supplies, cookware and hardware. Some items were sold out, probably due to Black Friday sales. Very friendly staff. Smaller store. Can be a bit of a "squeeze" getting around the clothes.

I was told the mop had been use so they would not return it. I used it once and found it would not suit my needs. Ok, bummer, I just learned their customer service was weak with a policy like that. Live and learn. But they wouldn't return the sprayer because I used it! How would I know it's defective before using it? I didn't even want a refund. I was going to exchange these items for items that were way more expensive. For seven years now, I've been going to them first, even though I know I can get the items cheaper at Lowes, Walmart, and defiantly Amazon. But I wanted to support local business. Well today I learned what my loyalty is worth to them. I will never shop there again and save myself some money in the process.

We got an Oklahoma Joes smoker here in September 2023 and it broke (manufacturer is slow at sending replacement parts) and after the year had hit we reached out to the protection plan through Lowe's. But so much more than that. There are unique items you won't find in typical mall locations. My "oooh and ahhh meter" (usually reserved for fireworks) was off the scale. Price range is affordable but they also have the absurdly high end range. When they are not displaying Holiday, they are showing lawn and garden items. This store is a keeper. I love it.

Amanda's recommendations were extremely helpful, and the whole process went smoothly. I really appreciated the knowledgeable service and support, and I'm very happy with how everything looks. You'll find everything you're looking for to plant in your Reno garden, with plants that are grown for Reno's climate. I also find Old Stone House to have better options for food producing plants and trees than other nurseries in the area. Old Stone House is larger than it looks and you can easily get lost in the maze of wonderful plants and garden decor and supplies. I could easily spend hours here. They offer a one year guarantee on their trees, a 10% military discount, and have extremely helpful and friendly staff. We've bought white lavender, an apricot tree, a peach tree, and a beautiful Ash tree from here. I can't wait to see them in the spring and in the years to come.

Everything! they had a blank slate for this installation and they were not the cheapest bed they…read morewere in the middle . If you're gonna hire them to put in basic drip rock and a few plants, they're probably fine although where they lay the irrigation lines makes no sense at all, and makes it very difficult to plant after the fact which I had to do because 30% of what they planted died the first winter . They installed the water feature that has some type of leak underneath it because it is killing the evergreen trees behind it because they are getting overwatered. One of the drains for the water feature is a pipe that was 3 feet from the French drain that goes to the street so it was constantly a lake filled with water. The the irrigation pipes and electrical were run after the trees were planted right down the center section of that planting area which made it impossible to dig and replace the dead trees. I had to hire someone else to come out and reroute the irrigation line and the low-voltage lighting so that Moana could come out and plant replacement trees. Nothing they did make sense or was logical. It seemed to be the down and dirty quickest and cheapest way to get it done.
