This place has spectacular flowers, healthy vegetables and lots of them! The service is excellent. The prices are reasonable for the beautiful plants. We bought a hanging pot of petunias, etc that takes your breath away & weighs more than 35lbs for $65. It is in a nice deep container so the roots will have room to grow. I've paid $75 for a hanging basket not half as amazing in a shallow little container. I can't wait to go back!! read more

Beautiful nursery out in the middle of nowhere. Owed and operated by a Mennonite family on the premises. You'll see ladies wearing their traditional outfits which is nice. Top quality selection of of plants, perinnals, annuals, vegetables starts, succulent starts and a big selection of roses. They also have wooden planters and wooden yard furniture. They provide wagons and carts for your shopping convenience. They have non GMO seeds and seed potatoes available. They have the best price for their own honey in the area. They also have a farm stand in Susanville during the summer where they sell vegetables and their farm products. read more

I was invited to go with relatives in the area and am glad I did. As other folks have said, the plants for my vegetable garden are great. The trees they sell are strong and priced way better than Home Depot or Lowes. We are going back in the next week or two and get flowers and Veg. plants for this year. 4/10/23. Now called Country Gardens. It is a vast greenhouse collection of everything. We were there pre grand opening so a lot of construction going on. Trees and many shrubs haven't made it there yet. 4 star simply because prices were a little hard to find and I was under the impression that they grew all that they sold. Not the case. It's a mix. They buy from many larger companies but their prices are very good. read more

This is one of the best Greenhouse/Garden shops I've seen. Fabulous selections of flowers in baskets (hanging),or (pick from all the other flowers to make your own), herbs, vegetables plants, there is so much to see it's really unbelievable. Love going there for my yearly summer flower baskets(Mother's Day weekend). they are hardy plants well established. The staff are knowledgeable, and friendly. It a hidden little gem. Best yet there's this table outside with this wonderful home made treats, breads, and pies you won't be able to pass this by. read more

They have the best selection of plants at the most reasonable prices that I have found anywhere close to where I live in Reno, NV. It's about an hour and 1/2 drive from my house but definitely worth the trip. It's a very popular spot even though it seems to be in the middle of nowhere. read more
