They were quick to address any questions or issues. Their pricing is great -- some of the other larger places were way more expensive. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They arrived right on time, which is rare these days, and got straight to work with a level of professionalism and precision that immediately impressed me. The craftsmanship is top-tier -- every post is perfectly aligned, every board secure and straight. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What really blew me away was how clean and organized the job site stayed throughout. No mess, no debris, just a beautiful new fence that looks like it came out of a showroom. Advance Fence is the real deal: punctual, skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely easy to work with. Five stars across the board -- I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

I have not had any issues with the work completed and it was a great value. They cared about the clean up as much as the everything else.

Their quote…read moreactually came up a little higher than other competitors that we got quoted for but because of all the 5 star reviews, we wanted to go with them. If you carefully read all the 5 star reviews on here, they are pretty much the same. It makes me wonder how many of these are family/ friends/ relative reviews. lol.. Yes, Carol and her husband were easy to work with and helpful in the beginning. They were able to come out for a quote on a Saturday and by Monday, i received the quote. Yes, they also took care of permits and whatever that needed to get the project going. Yes, they finished in two days like how they estimated it would take. We wanted a complete privacy fence so we picked the dog-ear 6ft cedar. No one mentioned to me that because of how the backyard is, some of the boards that are next to the posts will need to be split in half to create a bigger sized board to fit. I have attached pictures. When I spoke with them after the fact, they told me this is a common thing to do with privacy fences. I wish i had been told this is what they were going to do beforehand. Had i known this, i would've asked if there is anyway to customize some of the boards to make it fit instead of splitting it. (which, there is..i've asked other people who does fences) And sadly, it looks ugly and that was what people noticed when they came over. From the pictures, you can see some of the boards are so small, i'm sure if there are any problems (like rotting, insects, moisture etc..), those will be the ones that might take a bigger hit. Yes, the workers did a great job cleaning up the yard after all the work was done. I was impressed they didn't leave anything behind and the yard looked like how it was before they started construction. But what I didn't appreciate was they blasted the radio on so loud at 7AM for two days straight. I had a couple neighbors complaining about this to me as well. I understand the job can be boring and you need something to listen to but 7 was a bit early and THAT LOUD. Especially since i remember Carol mentioning they usually start work around 8AM ish. So in case you have kids at home or work 2nd shift etc... heads up. I also noticed a couple nails/screws that were missed on the fence boards. We let Jeff know and he came out and fixed it. We were also thinking about staining/painting the fences in the spring time but when I emailed them for suggestions, no one got back to me about it after I made my last payment with them. **I also want to make a note regarding my package that went missing. They came over to my house on a Tuesday and finished late Wednesday. I had a package that i was waiting for a few days which was scheduled to arrive Tuesday afternoon. After checking tracking and confirming it had been delivered, i went home, looked everywhere on my front porch and my package was missing. I called the security company, who i ordered the stuff from, about the product that was not delivered and also FedEx. The driver came out the next day and said he delivered it and dropped it off in my front porch. Anyway, long story short, I have filed a report/claim. I've lived at this location for 25+ years and never in a day had ANY of my packages gone missing from my house. Coincidentally, it happened on the day we had people over. Anyway, I would just be careful if you have packages that happen to be arriving on the same day where any kind of work is being done with any company. Luckily, because the device that went missing is logged, whoever decides to use this will alert the security company. We also had 2 more packages that were delivered Thursday and Friday of the same week and they were fine. Right where the delivery guy left it; on the front porch. My fence looks good. I don't have much to complain about other than the things I mentioned in my review.

Unlike other reviewers, we actually used Pro Fence. We called several fence places in the city and…read moreran into people not calling back, estimates on scraps of notebook paper (seriously) and ridiculous quotes. It makes me wonder who all the condo buildings in the city are going to. Anyway, the guy who came out was very professional and well spoken. He called us back right away and was prompt. He knew what he was talking about and quoted us a fair price. However, that's where this story takes a turn... Luckily we only got a run of fence in the back. Because it looks like crap. It almost seems like some people from a welding 101 class did the work. We also had some mesh installed around all the door handles. When you gently pushed on them, they came off. I'm guessing they spot welded 3 or 4 points rather than the 20 or so each one needed. They were also going to fix a few bent finnials on the front and attach another piece to a front gate. This wasn't done. I figured that we'd never see them again, but I called and complained and got some people out the very next day to re-do the mesh welds. Perhaps it was because I let him know that the crew left a large sheet of metal mesh at our house that was probably pretty pricey? After all of this, I'd still probably give them two stars because at least dealing with the office was fine. However, once we had a locksmith come out to install locks, he pointed out that not only was the piece of metal that goes in front of the lock to prevent break-ins on the wrong side of the fence, the area around each lock is so jacked up that the doors only stay closed if you lock the gate using an extra long dead bolt. I wish we would have never gotten an estimate...

Wow. My experience with Pro Fence is completely different than that of the other reviewers…read more My husband and I needed to have our wrought iron fence painted as it was looking pretty rough. In addition, our gangway gate was crooked, so it would not close and lock. I called for a quote and Rodrigo came out (If I remember correctly) the same day. I had gotten a total of 3 quotes for this work, and although Pro Fence was not the least expensive, I went with their company and am very happy. Due to bad weather, had to reschedule a couple times, but Rodrigo kept in good contact and was easily reachable when necessary. The rescheduling was necessary due to the dry time needed for the paint (so it wouldn't bubble from the rain). I appreciated their concern with doing the job correctly, and didn't mind the rescheduling. The fence was sanded and painted and looks great! I am very pleased with the job. I only wish others had had a similar experience to mine.

Now that I got how awesome these people are, I just have to say that we had a Goaliath Ignite basketball hoop for 4 years and we played on it every week. From the start it had a lot of shake to it that would luckily go away after the rim 'settled in'. However, because my son and I play on it weekly with plenty of hour long sessions, the wear and tear started to become very visible. From rust spots, to the net itself not 'wanting to give our ball back' every time it went into the hoop. We also noticed a forward lean on the rim and as my son got older... So did his friends! So safety started to become a concern of mine now that he was having hoop sessions with friends and I didn't want anything to happen to anybody on our watch. So naturally, we were looking to upgrade which led us to the awesome people at FENCEWORKS. They went over step by step how the process was going to go and it was as easy as pick a rim, and they handled the rest. When it came to buying from Dick's Sporting goods... That was not the case. I had to open a Julie ticket on my own, find an installer while having big heavy boxes sitting around waiting for all of that to be taken care of. Fence Works does all of that for you and they even removed my old rim........ ALL ON THE SAME DAY! Can't recommend them enough not just for basketball hoops but if you're looking to buy a play set for your young family or even setting up an awesome fence around your property... Their white glove professional approach to every conversation and moments to educate you is sure to make you feel confident in making these investments into your home or property.
