Great company that did great work. Julio and Dina made sure everything was done right and Miguel the installer did incredible work. Would recommend them to anyone. All the five star reviews are well deserved.

Searched far a fence company that would do a great job in a timely manor along with superior customer service. Working with Julio and Dina (best office customer service ever) was great and communications flowed smoothly. Advance is a little on the higher side when it comes to price, but your going to get what your paying for in customer service and support which believe it or not is important than you'd think and getting the cheapest price isn't always what it's cut out to be when you need to deal with all of the hassles that can come along with a large, usually one time purchase which is how you need to look at things like a replacement fence that your going to have for the next 25+ years! When given the date for installation, they were on time, efficient and completely finished with 241' of new fence. Job well done and hopefully this fence will last 25+ years as the previous one did.

Couldn't be happier with our new fence!

Julio and the Advance Fence team did an outstanding job on our project! We needed to replace the old decrepit wooden fence with a new vinyl one, got the village construction permit ourselves and ordered the fence from Weatherables over the internet (most of the local contractors we interviewed were working with Bufftech fence brand, which is pricier and backed up on orders now, we were told the delivery times would have been 2-3 months, while Weatherables delivered in a couple of weeks and was more cost efficient with very comparable quality). We interviewed several contractors and decided to work with Advance Fence, thankfully, they were open to installing our fence for us (some contractors would rather install the fence ordered through their channels). Julio and his team were very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with, as well as very knowledgeable about the details and provided an invaluable assistance on the step of ordering our fence, and helping us out with so many questions when we needed to figure out how much materials to buy and how the whole process will work. The fence installation only took a couple of days, including the removal of the old fence, digging out the old concrete bases for the old posts, etc. They were professional on all the steps - marking the area for the new fence with posts & ropes, to make sure it won't go outside our property limits, dealing with sloping, evening out not a small amount of soil around the gate (the sockets for the gate posts of our fence appeared to have less tolerance to sloping than non-gate posts). They cleaned up the area after the installation, hauled away the old fence, the concrete bases that needed removing, and even washed the fence in the end (so it won't have soil stuck to it here and there). The difference on our backyard is night and day, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how much better it looks now! Also, when we found out one part of the fence gate was missing due to a shipping error, and the manufacturer had to resend it separately, Julio was kind enough to stop by and install it several days after the main job was done. To boot, the labor warranty they provide is 5 years (most of the other contractors we interviewed only claimed 1-2 years). A huge thank you to the Advance Fence team for this incredible experience and a marvellous job they've done!

Fabulous job! Very pleased

Fabulous company Julio was a joy to deal with, his communication was excellent We chose a more expensive composite fence due to wind resistance & lifetime warranty. Posted photos of gray composite fence that looks like stone) Their price was very competitive. The installation was very professional. This particular type of fence had to be measured & posts installed precisely as the panels slid into the posts from the top. Our installation was on a slope. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Dependable, great communication, perfect installation & cleaned up afterwards. Awesome job Advanced Fence! Highly recommend these guys

Great fence

Needed part of our backyard fenced in and a gate installed. Got the quote about a week after the initial measurements. It was by far the least expensive, but after reading previous 5-star reviews, it was silly not to go with them. True to the contract, they came and did the job 4 weeks from receipt of the deposit. Installed in one day, and the fence looks beautiful. They sent an invoice a couple days later and I paid them right from the link. So easy and seamless. I highly recommend Advance Fence!!

Their quote…read moreactually came up a little higher than other competitors that we got quoted for but because of all the 5 star reviews, we wanted to go with them. If you carefully read all the 5 star reviews on here, they are pretty much the same. It makes me wonder how many of these are family/ friends/ relative reviews. lol.. Yes, Carol and her husband were easy to work with and helpful in the beginning. They were able to come out for a quote on a Saturday and by Monday, i received the quote. Yes, they also took care of permits and whatever that needed to get the project going. Yes, they finished in two days like how they estimated it would take. We wanted a complete privacy fence so we picked the dog-ear 6ft cedar. No one mentioned to me that because of how the backyard is, some of the boards that are next to the posts will need to be split in half to create a bigger sized board to fit. I have attached pictures. When I spoke with them after the fact, they told me this is a common thing to do with privacy fences. I wish i had been told this is what they were going to do beforehand. Had i known this, i would've asked if there is anyway to customize some of the boards to make it fit instead of splitting it. (which, there is..i've asked other people who does fences) And sadly, it looks ugly and that was what people noticed when they came over. From the pictures, you can see some of the boards are so small, i'm sure if there are any problems (like rotting, insects, moisture etc..), those will be the ones that might take a bigger hit. Yes, the workers did a great job cleaning up the yard after all the work was done. I was impressed they didn't leave anything behind and the yard looked like how it was before they started construction. But what I didn't appreciate was they blasted the radio on so loud at 7AM for two days straight. I had a couple neighbors complaining about this to me as well. I understand the job can be boring and you need something to listen to but 7 was a bit early and THAT LOUD. Especially since i remember Carol mentioning they usually start work around 8AM ish. So in case you have kids at home or work 2nd shift etc... heads up. I also noticed a couple nails/screws that were missed on the fence boards. We let Jeff know and he came out and fixed it. We were also thinking about staining/painting the fences in the spring time but when I emailed them for suggestions, no one got back to me about it after I made my last payment with them. **I also want to make a note regarding my package that went missing. They came over to my house on a Tuesday and finished late Wednesday. I had a package that i was waiting for a few days which was scheduled to arrive Tuesday afternoon. After checking tracking and confirming it had been delivered, i went home, looked everywhere on my front porch and my package was missing. I called the security company, who i ordered the stuff from, about the product that was not delivered and also FedEx. The driver came out the next day and said he delivered it and dropped it off in my front porch. Anyway, long story short, I have filed a report/claim. I've lived at this location for 25+ years and never in a day had ANY of my packages gone missing from my house. Coincidentally, it happened on the day we had people over. Anyway, I would just be careful if you have packages that happen to be arriving on the same day where any kind of work is being done with any company. Luckily, because the device that went missing is logged, whoever decides to use this will alert the security company. We also had 2 more packages that were delivered Thursday and Friday of the same week and they were fine. Right where the delivery guy left it; on the front porch. My fence looks good. I don't have much to complain about other than the things I mentioned in my review.

We didn't get very far with Link-n-wood fence. Their customer service and communication isn't the…read morebest. I reached out to Link-n-fence because they were recommended by a neighbor who had used them in the past. I messaged them through Yelp, only to find out they are the same company as peerless fencing. To be honest, this was strike one for me as I often find it strange that a company would operate under two names. Peerless fencing is a company I reached out to on Angie's List before trying Yelp. They have an OK rating and figured it couldn't hurt - the issue is their communication isn't the best. My messages went unanswered from their peerless affiliate, and they only started messaging me after I contacted them through Yelp. They requested photos and more information on what I was hoping to do, so I immediately took photos and explained my situation... Crickets (no response)... for just over a week. To be fair, Monday was a holiday so I don't blame them for that. Finally after giving up and already writing them off, I get a phone call, which I missed and a voicemail from their company as well as an email explaining their pricing. Now - I'm thrifty guy, If I can save money I will, but I'm also reasonable and understand the value of labor... I also work closely with a sales team and I understand the idea behind 'killing a lead' - which is what this quote felt like. 'Adam - We only install our products, that said the first post is $350, and each post after is $150 each'. I have quite a few, so my total would have come to well over $5000, for a company to come in pull and reinstall posts. No Thanks. I'd be a fool to do that. So... Bad communications skills. Long wait times between those communications, and holy hell the pricing is outrageous.
