I have not had any issues with the work completed and it was a great value. Searched far a fence company that would do a great job in a timely manor along with superior customer service. Working with Julio and Dina (best office customer service ever) was great and communications flowed smoothly. Advance is a little on the higher side when it comes to price, but your going to get what your paying for in customer service and support which believe it or not is important than you'd think and getting the cheapest price isn't always what it's cut out to be when you need to deal with all of the hassles that can come along with a large, usually one time purchase which is how you need to look at things like a replacement fence that your going to have for the next 25+ years! When given the date for installation, they were on time, efficient and completely finished with 241' of new fence. Julio and the Advance Fence team did an outstanding job on our project! We needed to replace the old decrepit wooden fence with a new vinyl one, got the village construction permit ourselves and ordered the fence from Weatherables over the internet (most of the local contractors we interviewed were working with Bufftech fence brand, which is pricier and backed up on orders now, we were told the delivery times would have been 2-3 months, while Weatherables delivered in a couple of weeks and was more cost efficient with very comparable quality). We interviewed several contractors and decided to work with Advance Fence, thankfully, they were open to installing our fence for us (some contractors would rather install the fence ordered through their channels). Julio and his team were very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with, as well as very knowledgeable about the details and provided an invaluable assistance on the step of ordering our fence, and helping us out with so many questions when we needed to figure out how much materials to buy and how the whole process will work. The fence installation only took a couple of days, including the removal of the old fence, digging out the old concrete bases for the old posts, etc. They were professional on all the steps - marking the area for the new fence with posts & ropes, to make sure it won't go outside our property limits, dealing with sloping, evening out not a small amount of soil around the gate (the sockets for the gate posts of our fence appeared to have less tolerance to sloping than non-gate posts). They cleaned up the area after the installation, hauled away the old fence, the concrete bases that needed removing, and even washed the fence in the end (so it won't have soil stuck to it here and there). The difference on our backyard is night and day, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how much better it looks now! Also, when we found out one part of the fence gate was missing due to a shipping error, and the manufacturer had to resend it separately, Julio was kind enough to stop by and install it several days after the main job was done. To boot, the labor warranty they provide is 5 years (most of the other contractors we interviewed only claimed 1-2 years).
