The steak consisted of high quality beef, onions and hot peppers cooked in with just the right amount of cheese. You have your choice of seeded or non seeded roll and the roll did not disappoint. It was hearty without having to gnaw your way through it. Edited to add that I am generally not a fan of steak fries but these were absolutely delicious The bar menu at chubby's rocks !!! This is the return of the original Chubby's that longtime locals remember from nearby (1933 by Joseph "Chubby" Stafford), and it absolutely lives up to the legacy. The food is classic steakhouse done right--excellent cuts, cooked perfectly, with that old-school steakhouse flavor you just don't find everywhere anymore. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Service was outstanding as well: attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing.
