The donuts seem like they are always old. Do not recommend this location. Others in the area are much better.

How can a donut shop have no donuts, but offer me stale muffins in which there were 2 options? Coffee also tasted like coffee grounds.

Wanted to try something better than Dunkin for my Friday morning commute. A friend of mine had…read morebought me a pastry from them before, and it was great, so I thought I'd give it a shot seeing it was local and on my way to work. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back for a while, and here's why... I ordered about 15 minutes ahead. Website said it would take 20-25 minutes before it was ready. So I expected at max to wait 5-10 minutes when I got there. Instead it was a standstill at the drive thru with only two cars in front of me with one or two people in each. Let me tell you, I can usually arrive to work a half hour early on Fridays -that's including a stop at Dunkin WITHOUT ordering ahead. This place? I barely got to work on time!!! It took them an extra HALF HOUR from when I pulled up to the drive thru just to hand me ONE sandwich and ONE small latte!!! And my latte was literally just coffee, milk, and a pump of sugar!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I've worked these kinds of places before; I'm not making it up when I say I could've walked behind the counter and made it myself in half that time! I will say the staff was very friendly and apologetic, but EXTREMELY disorganized. The sandwich and coffee were good, but a little expensive and not worth the ridiculous wait time. Until management can find a better system, I will not be back here on my Friday morning commutes. Such a shame for a local spot with good food!

The lists start with store signature tea blends, continues with White Tea, Green Tea, Black Tea, Black Tea Blends, Oolongs, Mate, Herbal Infusions, Red Tea. All selections of tea are served with bottomless pots. For pastry menu, there's a lot of selections from Royal Tea, Full afternoon tea, Light afternoon tea, Kate's tea, Cream Tea, Dessert tea, Children's tea. On our visit, we got the Just Pear-fect, Autumn Blend, Black tea blend, Strawberry Kiwi that's perfect for children, and hot chocolate. For the savory bites we love the scones, turkey sandwich, quiche, cucumber sandwich, and ending it with homemade sorbet as sweet bites. It was really nice…read morethat they offered four types of teas, mostly fruit based and two were caffeinated and two were not. You were encouraged to switch between the flavors vs stay with the same type of tea. This was the first afternoon tea where received a fruit and cheese board, salad, chilled fruit-yogurt soup before receiving the warm, lovely scone and the three tiers of sandwiches and sweets. Many of the sandwiches had some fruit like a slice of strawberry or peach in addition to the meat for spread. The tea china and presentation were wonderful as was our waitress. I thought it was a great value for the price. There was one bathroom on the level. Parking was around the corner or we parked farther down the street.

Good: food is decent Bad: nasty owner…read moreI visit Concettas maybe once a year. This time was really unfortunate, and I hope for the owner's sake my experience was just a fluke. Now for the story... I was taking my 93 year old mother to lunch, and parked in the lot to the left side of the door. That side only has a few spaces but chose it because it's close to the door. My mother can't walk far; she has to use a rollator. Before I got out of the car to help her get out, she started complaining about feeling tired and hurting from her leg problem, so I asked her if she'd rather get take-out instead, and she was fine with that. A gentleman walking past my car must have misheard me and questioned why I was there, asking "Are you going to be eating here?". I was a little confused, but answered him quickly and perhaps incorrectly saying, "No". No sooner did I say that and he was all over me complaining that I couldn't stay there because he has to pay for those parking spaces. After his rant I got to explain that I was just going to get take-out... if that was OK with him. He seemed to agree, and walked away. My mother asked, "What was his problem?" I didn't have a good answer for her, but instead of leaving right away in disappointment I went ahead and walked in, apparently after he went in. I ordered from the nice girl that was at the register. As I was waiting for my order, the man was in the kitchen, never looked at me again, didn't bother apologizing for any miscommunication or attitude, just stuck to his work. OK, fine, let him do what he needs to do. As I was driving home my mother insistantly asking me, "What was wrong with that guy?". I responded, "Well, I'm not sure. Maybe he just had a bad day". I further explained that I've always liked that place. But I'm never going back there after that experience." Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. By the way, the sub rolls are rather dry and stale... for both of us. I'd give four stars for the food in the past, but would only give one star to the man who sounded like he was the owner. So three stars is an overall score, not a one-time score. This time was two stars... as I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.
