One of the most amazing Apple Farms in the area. This season we were able to pick from June to October. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the Apples. There are three different size bags you can purchase and so many different types of apples to pick. When you are done you can check out the store up front and you will some many different products. And they give a Military Discount. Then we enjoyed a hot cup of apple cider and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake.

This is going to be the pumpkin spice review cause I'm only covering that season of Larriland: I always try to come here once or twice a year, there's various things to do at various times of the year, so like strawberry season let's see pick strawberries, apples season let's pick apples type thing. Pumpkin season is our favorite. Speaking of which the pumpkins are reasonably priced. Lots of things for the kids to do. The store has a lot of cool local food related products. There's pumpkin patch on the weekends (sat/sun). Also, if you don't have kids, don't freak out, it's just a nice place to be/visit.

We love coming to Larriland for pick your own! We've come throughout the years for peaches, apples, pumpkins, and strawberries. Time and time again we have a good time. Staff are always so nice, and they have a good variety. I love the red barn market and the new shaded area.

What a cute farm for a nice morning family adventure. We came as 6 adults and 2 kids for strawberry picking. Parking was surprisingly easy for what appeared like high traffic season. There were helpful guides directing car and foot traffic. I was nervous that all the strawberries would be gone given the swarm of people I saw leaving with boatloads of fresh ripe red strawberries, but there were many fields left unpicked! As we were a party of six, we had to get the largest box for 48.50. It was worth it given the quality of the strawberries as well as insane amount we fit in a box. I can see how this is a popular destination. Depending on the season/month, there are a variety of fruits to pick! Looking forward to the next adventure here!

This is my second time at Larriland Farm, and both visits were so much fun. Last year, I picked peaches and, today, I picked sweet Rainier and Dark Sweet cherries. The Rainiers are my favorite. The line was long when I got there at 9:00am, so you really have to get there early to get the best selection. The quality of the cherries were great, and I'm so happy I was able to get to them before they were gone. Sweet cherry season is very short. I'll definitely be back!

Larriland has been a favorite of ours for years. Their fruit, berry, and veggie picking is the best in the area. Everything is healthy and full of flavor. The staff are friendly and make for a nice experience. The layout of the barn market makes browsing easy. From strawberries in May to their apples and harvest fest on fall, Larriland is a place to check out.

The grapes are infested with lattern flies. I'm not even going to eat the grapes I paid money for. Disgusting.

Found this on 21+ absolute best pumpkin patches in Maryland. This farm made it to #2 on the list and it was a 30 minute ride from the house. No entry fee and ample parking spaces throughout the farm. You can pick your own apples and vegetables but you can't use your own bag. They have designated shopping carts and baskets if you go to the store and designated Larriland Farm bag. They have a lot of fall festivities such as hay rides, corn maze, food trucks, and a boo barn for the kiddies. Unfortunately, dogs/pets or eating while picking is allowed on the field. Great for groups, great for families, and great date location

We had a great time picking berries. I think it's well worth the trip, time and the exercise. Not to mention the berries are so delicious!

Came here looking for sunflowers. However there are only a few rows and none of the big kind and not all all are in bloom. So not much of a sunflower destination. Plenty of other pretty small flowers for the picking However. Nice grassy area with picnic tables and farm store with some seasonal produce - peaches, peppers corn, tomatoes etc, and interesting granola, cheeses and salad dressings.

Ask the Community - Larriland Farm

    Is there bike parking?

Larriland Farm's road system both by the Big Red barn and throughout all of it's crop and orchard field parking areas are gravel or grass.

Is there seating, like picnic tables or anything?

Yes! There are about 20 tables give or take for people to sit and eat all under a tent

What is the volume of the large and medium bag for peaches? The large bag is $49 medium is $29 presently on the website, but that doesn't tell you much about the volume or weight of the peaches it holds.

Please call the Red barn mgr at 410-489-5455 who can give you approximations. TY!

    Are personal dogs allowed?

Unfortunately not. They allow service dogs, but they don't want dogs in the fields otherwise.

    Do we Need Reservation?

No. The many times I've been there we parked on the grass and went right to the fields after getting our boxes.

Also - do you have peaches?

As long as the weather is good to us, we have fabulous Blueberries, Cherries and Raspberries toward the latter part of June! Peaches generally begin in mid July. To get a feel for other crop harvest time frames for Pick Your Own, go to… Read more

Came here on Sunday for blueberry picking and because of the variety of other fruits they have for picking.

This is more my speed than Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I'm a glam country girl and will forever be. Flowers, plants, fruit, vegetables, farm fresh meats, dairy, bakery items, etc, etc, etc. High quality, always fresh. Store is always clean. They just did an expansion of the store making more space for product placement & customers to roam. I love the open market feel. Staff...always friendly professional. I could have a bad day and coming here instantly cheers me up. Prices... health costs money but copays cost more. You choose. Parking... decent. The turnover is quick and I've never had to wait to park. People are usually in & out. Issues... the only herbs they sell is cilantro. I'm ok with that (mostly). But I really wish they had mint & basil. They are closed during winter. Makes sense but... Those are the longest 4 months for me.

I love getting my seasonal produce from there because it is so fresh and flavorful. They also have locally sourced baked goods, jams, spices, and candies. The plant selection is also unreal. They have about 8 greenhouses all filled with different plants. Feels like walking through a local garden rather than a nursery. A plus is also that they usually have a food truck on the weekends. The day I went was Mikes Gelato.
