Besides being jam-packed full of meat, the sandwiches taste like if you just made a sandwich at home. Nothing super special, but a great cheap lunch stop option. Service: 5/5 kind cashier and quick service. Efficient even with a long line of people. Ambiance: booth seating available to dine in, seating about 4 people per table. Probably around 8 booths available. I park in one of the large lots close by, but there is also street parking.

It was a good recommendation and the beef was piping hot with just the right amount of toppings. It was so hot though it may be better served open vs. wrapped in paper if you're dining in. My sandwich rye bread was toasted but steamed too making the bread doughy. Still a great sammich. My buddy had the shrimp salad and that roll look good. Cream of crab was decent and could have used more crab in my opinion. Hospitality was awesome and there's a side entrance for seating with maybe 10 tables. Great deli!

The line was so long. I could barely get in the door. The line also moved very slowly. Once I finally made it to the counter, I placed my order. Just ordered three corn beef sandwiches on rye with Swiss and spicy mustard. I wanted to have them grilled so it took a little bit longer for them to be prepared. Once I was done there, I headed over to the cash register area. I grabbed a couple of bags of chips to go along with the sandwiches. I wanted to get a regular iced tea out of their refrigerator area. Unfortunately, the only kind they had was peach tea so even though it's not what I really wanted, I still got one. I decided to dine in to have my sandwich fresh and hot. Overall, the flavor was good. Was not piled high with corn beef like I've had at other places, but it was still pretty good.

I visited on 4.28.2026 for breakfast. I ordered a side of breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrapple. The breakfast potatoes tasted like the old lukewarm potatoes you get from a hotel lobby. Six bucks!! The bacon was ok. Just ok. The scrapple was good. The hot tea (Lipton Tea Bag)... chef's kiss!! I'm good on this place. I had a great run w them for many years.

When we walked in, the cashier immediately asked whether we were dining in or taking out. We chose to dine in. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and the pastrami sandwich, along with potato pancakes. They brought out a full assortment of pickles and pickled vegetables. Unfortunately, they only offer one diet option: Dr Pepper Zero, no other diet sodas from the fountain or in bottles. The potato pancakes were a disappointment -- mostly batter with very little shredded potato. The pickled vegetables also lacked flavor and didn't really taste pickled. Our table wasn't cleared at any point during the meal, and the waiter stood nearby waiting for us to finish, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full to try them. We also couldn't take anything to go since we had plans for the rest of the day and didn't want it sitting in the car. Next time, we'll come back specifically to try the desserts.

They also have a selection of sides as well as dessert! The best part if you are a pickle lover, that they have a pickle bar that you can get as many pickles as you want if you're dining in. They have a range of half hours to hot pickles as well as two pickled tomatoes. If you're carrying out, you can purchase a bag to grab as many pickles as you want. The only thing I was not a big fan of was their coddies as upon biting in to it the texture was very offputting as it seemed like it was more filler than it was actual cod. Inside the restaurant, there are many tables available but ideal for smaller groups between 2 to 4 . We stopped in for carryout around noon and it was fairly packed so I would plan to get here a little bit earlier or after the lunch rush.

I confirmed it when ordering and it was confirmed by the cashier when paying. But the kitchen screwed up. They either didn't read or ignored it. Yes the shrimp salad had mayonnaise but the sandwich didn't need more mayo than what was in the shrimp salad itself. This was a carryout order and I didn't think I would need to check the sandwich before leaving, but next time I will have to. I didn't expect to have to modify my sandwich by removing the messed up sandwich. Kitchen staff, do better by reading and making sure what is listed on the order is correct. The sandwich, once rid of mayo was very good and flavorful. The crab cake, shrimp salad, bacon and tomato were delicious. The crab soup I had also was good, flavorful with minimal spice. The food was good, however the kitchen staff needs to do better.
