Not bad I have not been here for a while and I remember the sandwiches being a little bit bigger…read moreback in the day. this occasion I came in on a Saturday around lunchtime and it was pretty packed. The line was so long. I could barely get in the door. The line also moved very slowly. Once I finally made it to the counter, I placed my order. Just ordered three corn beef sandwiches on rye with Swiss and spicy mustard. I wanted to have them grilled so it took a little bit longer for them to be prepared. Once I was done there, I headed over to the cash register area. I grabbed a couple of bags of chips to go along with the sandwiches. I wanted to get a regular iced tea out of their refrigerator area. Unfortunately, the only kind they had was peach tea so even though it's not what I really wanted, I still got one. I decided to dine in to have my sandwich fresh and hot. Overall, the flavor was good. Was not piled high with corn beef like I've had at other places, but it was still pretty good.

I visited on 4.28.2026 for breakfast. I ordered a side of breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrapple. The breakfast potatoes tasted like the old lukewarm potatoes you get from a hotel lobby. Six bucks!! The bacon was ok. Just ok. The scrapple was good. The hot tea (Lipton Tea Bag)... chef's kiss!! I'm good on this place. I had a great run w them for many years.

Finding the restaurant itself was easy, but parking was another story -- the one‑way street and…read moresmall lot made it a challenge. When we walked in, the cashier immediately asked whether we were dining in or taking out. We chose to dine in. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and the pastrami sandwich, along with potato pancakes. They brought out a full assortment of pickles and pickled vegetables. Unfortunately, they only offer one diet option: Dr Pepper Zero, no other diet sodas from the fountain or in bottles. The potato pancakes were a disappointment -- mostly batter with very little shredded potato. The pickled vegetables also lacked flavor and didn't really taste pickled. Our table wasn't cleared at any point during the meal, and the waiter stood nearby waiting for us to finish, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full to try them. We also couldn't take anything to go since we had plans for the rest of the day and didn't want it sitting in the car. Next time, we'll come back specifically to try the desserts.

If you're looking for a top notch Jewish deli, The Essen Room will deliver and some!…read more They have a variety of sandwiches and combinations of meats you can stack to create your own if you. They also have a selection of sides as well as dessert! The best part if you are a pickle lover, that they have a pickle bar that you can get as many pickles as you want if you're dining in. They have a range of half hours to hot pickles as well as two pickled tomatoes. If you're carrying out, you can purchase a bag to grab as many pickles as you want. The only thing I was not a big fan of was their coddies as upon biting in to it the texture was very offputting as it seemed like it was more filler than it was actual cod. Inside the restaurant, there are many tables available but ideal for smaller groups between 2 to 4 . We stopped in for carryout around noon and it was fairly packed so I would plan to get here a little bit earlier or after the lunch rush.

You can never go wrong with a bagel and cream cheese, especially on a Friday! THB Bagelry and Deli…read moreservice was exceptionally good this morning and the lady taking order was beyond kind, hospitable, and accommodating. I got the bagel to go for a road trip and it was amazing. Packaged well and held up nice, making it easy to eat in the car. The bagel was chewy and crispy and the ratio of bagel to cream cheese was the best. The store was clean and smelled amazing. It was lively with loud music, putting a "pep in my step" this morning. I saw other people getting and ordering the mango smoothie, which I will have to go back asap and get. THB satisfied my craving for a bagel this morning!

One of those realizations was when I was stoked on two different days of cancelled morning work meetings, because it meant the opportunity for a solo weekday treat (large mocha coffee + egg and cheese on an egg bagel) in the past couple months. In the past year: - i took my oldest here for our last bagel sandwich brunch date before she left for college - my eclectic group of friends hailed from several states for a patio breakfast before a summer hike for my bachelorette - i scooped up some coffee and bagels to go, to cheer up a friend that was housebound after an operation - fueled up here several times before heading to various other weekend activities with my toddler Service at this location has consistently been on point, the folks working here are generally smiling and pleasant, clearly care about customer satisfaction, and keep the space clean and tidy. Anyone who's gone to the Towson or St Paul street locations would agree that the spacious parking lot is a bonus.

Though my grandmother used to love and shop at the long closed dundalk location, so I grew up with Santoni's. Oddly enough, if I look out my apartment window, I can see the building where the dundalk store once resided. We needed a pie, because it was pi day. In the past, Jeremy and I have visited much larger, chain grocery stores on pi day, we've come up empty-handed. Santoni's did not disappoint. We got a gorgeous lemon meringue pie, and it was discounted several dollars, which made it all the sweeter. The store is small, but clean with an air about it that suggests that the owners are proud of it. They should be.

If you are waiting, browse the aisles for excellent made-on-premises baked goods and a variety of pantry staples different and more upscale than found in conventional grocery stores. There is no place to sit down and eat; maybe Santoni's missing a bet through this decision? Yes, Santoni's will separate you from your money (an Oatmeal canister is double the cost found in a full-sized grocery), but you will be happy with anything they make here from scratch, and your stomach will be too. In the past they also have done a top-notch job with catering orders. If you are ordering an office lunch, look no further!

We ordered the khinkali, the eggplant with walnuts, and sacivi. Our favorite by far, was the khinkali. The flavor was awesome, there was plenty of broth, and they were huge (and just like we had in Georgia). The eggplant with walnuts was good as well (though honestly there's nothing like the eggplants (omg or tomatoes) in Georgia!) The savici was also really good, however the portion size was tiny. It was barely a thigh in an entire container and one of the small pieces was just fatty skin, while another piece was cartilage. Overall, we'll head back for the khinkali! We also want to go in person next time because we heard there was a great wine menu and Georgian wines are delicious!

They offer Georgian beer and sodas, and the food is incredible. I highly recommend both the adjarouli and khinkali. My own complaint would be that the servers aren't that personable. They almost act annoyed that you are there. We ordered drinks and when they were brought to the table I asked for some water and was brought an entire pitcher of water, but no glasses. So I guess we were expected to chug our drinks and then refill the glasses with water.
