The drink is all oatmilk and unshaken and has no flavor, I have been going to this location for years and this is the 3rd time my drink was half assed and not done correctly. Came here yesterday, bad experience at drive thru (couldn't get order right, kinda rude) actually did end up giving us the wrong food. Came back today to try to give them a second shot and it was even worse. Gave our order at the drive thru and she repeated everything back BUT our correct order, like she was just making stuff up. It was bizarre. My husband said "no, no, that's not it" and she said in a very mean tone "then what did you say?" Noah- gave great customer service at this location. He really went above and beyond. He made Sure that my Matcha was well stirred, he came out to the car to make sure that we had enough straws. Tucked away in a quiet strip mall next to High's gas station, this Dunkin' Donuts is visible from the street on the right side as soon as you get off at exit 80 from I-70 East. This Dunkin' has a drive-thru but I needed to stretch my legs so I went in. There was no one dining in and only one person in line. One cashier only. She was friendly. I ordered an iced coffee first but received a hot coffee; the cashier apologized and happily made the correct drink after I pointed it out. I also got a donut: The chocolate frosted cake ring donut was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Not too many selections left this late in the day, but I got my fix. Good to know this one exists in case I need to stop in on the way down from Baltimore or Frederick via 70. read more

Absolutly disgusting. First of all, the hash browns tasted disgusting. I cannot even explain the taste. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, bacon egg and cheese. No cream cheese and no cheese. It was dry and actually tasted like cilantro. This is not the first time my food was awful, but it will the last for sure! I am very concerned I will get sick. Reasons to avoid this place: 1) You get less beverage than you ordered. 2) Person taking order in drive thru who may make your drink is NOT wearing a mask or gloves. Flies on the food! I walked into this Dunkin today and noticed the cash register area had flies swarming around it. Then I saw that all the donuts were just sitting on open shelves with flies everywhere. I immediately left after seeing the disgusting conditions. Normally I wouldn't take time to write a review about a chain restaurant but this place is clearly unclean and should not be serving food. Not sure why this location is rated so low, I had a great experience. This is not too far off of 70, and probably the oddest Dunkin store I've ever been to in terms of layout. It's at the end of a shopping strip and you have to drive around the back past some dumpsters to get to the drive thru. The person who took my order was extremely friendly. Both workers at the window were very kind and my order was accurate. The coffee was perfect too. I say give this place a chance! read more

Perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went here Sunday afternoon during their normal business hours but the door was locked. I saw someone inside but no one behind the counter. I walked over to the drive through window and the employee was glued to his phone even after noticing me. Eventually he opened the window and asked for my order. He laughed at me when I asked about a particular flavor since I didn't have the menu in front of me. He was clearly high or intoxicated. He took 15 minutes to make an iced latte and only after he saw me looking at him through the window while he was on his phone. After I walked to my car, a group of his friends came to the store. He opened the door for them then locked the door behind them. When he noticed an older lady coming to the door, he quickly ran to unlock it again. Extremely odd experience. They make you wait a long time before coming over to take your order. They are talking to the other employees when they are handing you your order and they don't engage with the customer. The parking lot is awful, same way in as out. Delivery trucks blocking the parking spaces. read more

Normally I do not bother writting a review. I just won't go back. Twice this week I stopped in here for the first time. Each time the staff was involved in a heated argument. Ignoring myself and the other customers. Once the cashier took my order they walked away to continue the argument and I was left standing there holding my money. When they finally did, they walked away again to continue. I then waited several more minutes at that pickup counter. When someone else finally asked what I wanted. My Coffee! This is the second or third time I have gone there a little after 6 AM and the store isn't even open yet, store hours show they open at 4:30 AM during the week and 5:30 Sundays. They always will mess up my order, make me wait, and are always on the phone. The people who work here always tell me "one minute please" at the window and then make me wait longer sometimes. They will put syrup in my drink and not sugar. They will give me my order without talking to me or greeting me. Highly dislike this location. read more
