Came back today to try to give them a second shot and it was even worse. Gave our order at the drive thru and she repeated everything back BUT our correct order, like she was just making stuff up. Tucked away in a quiet strip mall next to High's gas station, this Dunkin' Donuts is visible from the street on the right side as soon as you get off at exit 80 from I-70 East. This Dunkin' has a drive-thru but I needed to stretch my legs so I went in. There was no one dining in and only one person in line. One cashier only. She was friendly. I ordered an iced coffee first but received a hot coffee; the cashier apologized and happily made the correct drink after I pointed it out. I also got a donut: The chocolate frosted cake ring donut was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Not too many selections left this late in the day, but I got my fix. Good to know this one exists in case I need to stop in on the way down from Baltimore or Frederick via 70. read more

Flies on the food! I walked into this Dunkin today and noticed the cash register area had flies swarming around it. Then I saw that all the donuts were just sitting on open shelves with flies everywhere. I immediately left after seeing the disgusting conditions. Not sure why this location is rated so low, I had a great experience. This is not too far off of 70, and probably the oddest Dunkin store I've ever been to in terms of layout. It's at the end of a shopping strip and you have to drive around the back past some dumpsters to get to the drive thru. The person who took my order was extremely friendly. Perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went here Sunday afternoon during their normal business hours but the door was locked. I saw someone inside but no one behind the counter. I walked over to the drive through window and the employee was glued to his phone even after noticing me. Eventually he opened the window and asked for my order. He laughed at me when I asked about a particular flavor since I didn't have the menu in front of me. He was clearly high or intoxicated. He took 15 minutes to make an iced latte and only after he saw me looking at him through the window while he was on his phone. After I walked to my car, a group of his friends came to the store.
