Growing up as a Clarksville local, the Bagel Bin has been a family favorite for the last two decades. My husband and I moved out of state and we make the effort to visit this quaint restaurant during our visits back home. Today we ordered the veggie egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and we were not disappointed. The bagels were prepared quickly and stayed warm in their protective wrapping during our commute back to my parents home. The bagel was perfectly toasted, the egg and cheese ratio was perfect, and I loved the onion and tomato addition. The menu offers many options for bagel and sandwich lovers, and the store is well stocked with pastries and beverages. There is plentiful seating for those that choose to eat there including outdoor seating. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Bagel Bin. read more

I had no intention of leaving a bad review because mistakes happen. I ordered a $15 Reuben that was almost all sauerkraut and dressing with barely any corned beef (I have photos). I called right away, and Dylan apologized and said a replacement would be waiting for me. When I returned, the cashier was very nice, but the owner was rude and said they "don't just give away sandwiches." I wasn't asking for a free sandwich--I just wanted the one I paid for. I ordered an open face tuna melt today 5/22 @ aprox 11:50. Another order was up at the time of my order. I approached the counter and confirmed with an elderly man that it was in fact the correct order- it wasn't, and he began shouting at another patron she had picked up the wrong order and he switched them. When returning to my office I had the WRONG order. I called and informed them that I was given the wrong food, and I did not have the time (as my lunch break was over) to return to the establishment to be given what I actually ordered. I asked for a refund and the man just hung up on me? I called back asking to speak to a manger as I felt this issue was handed improperly. I was informed a manager was not in today. I asked if he was going to process a refund and his name and he hung up on me AGAIN! No wonder they have a posted sign that states they are hiring. This is like an everything store. Me and my friends loved it. Coffee? Burritos? Sandwiches? Boba? It's great for a group of people who like different things. We were passing by on our way to our Airbnb and this was such a gem to find. The service was actually great! This bagel shop sits in the shopping plaza across from the Ten Oaks Ballroom. I work in Clarksville so it's a convenient spot when I need a quick breakfast. Now I will caveat that I am from NJ so naturally my opinion on Bagels and Pizza is going to be very critical. Their bagels are ok. They have everything a standard bagel shop has, some lunch sandwich options, and the unique part is bubble tea. A lot of places in Clarksville have bubble tea so they aren't exactly cornering a market especially with a new Kokee Tea two doors down. In all the food is good, I like the Ceasers wrap. In a place with a lack of breakfast options it is probably one of your better choices for affordable breakfast. If you are hangry, need food fast, and are in the area I would pick this over commercial einsteins bagel which is the other bagel shop in the area. And certainly better than Starbucks "breakfast". read more

This place has good bagels but the customer service is awful. I called to place an order over the phone and the owner (woman) was rude to me. She was annoyed that I was asking questions about the menu and told me to go on the website. I asked two questions. Nevertheless, I went ahead and placed my order. When I asked to pay over the phone, she proceeded to tell me that I can pay when I pick up the food. When I explained that a relative was picking up my order, she asked me to hurry up while I was giving her my information. I then asked her to cancel my order and she simply hung up on me. I stopped by this deli with my mom. We were looking for a quick bite to eat. We were about to go to subway but noticed this deli right next door. So we decided to give it a try! And boy, do I not regret it. This place was worth the detour... It was melt in your mouth sandwiches. I went here at 1pm so it was not busy and there were only a handful of people. However, I can tell this place will be packed on the weekends and especially the morning time. So I would plan accordingly if I were to come here during their breakfast hours (Which I plan on doing). I ordered the Ruben. I love Rubens in general, so I loved the Ruben this place was serving. Their food is so clean and not muddled by extravagant sauces or flavors. Awesome place in Howard County, we got a breakfast burrito, Western omelette that came with a whole bagel, and coffee for just over $20. Both the burrito and omelette were filled with veggies and meat. The bagel was also spread with a ton of cream cheese, just as the other reviews mentioned. Unacceptable wait times. The food is good and well prepared, but is expensive relative to other choices. The single server model and depth of menu choices and options hamper their ability to provide timely service. I have frequented both the Wilde Lake and Columbia Restaurants and the Wilde Lake is superior in all respects except for parking availability. On more than one occasion, I have had to leave the Clarksville store before ordering due to excessive amounts of time spent waiting in line. The staff takes inordinate amounts of time taking customer orders. Communication issues also lead to incorrect orders sent to the kitchen staff. The owners should consider a Mobile app for mobile ordering as an alternative. Other lite fare restaurants have found this useful and a means to enhance revenues and the customer experience by removing this weak link in their business model, e.g. McDonalds. read more

Coming here today was the perfect choice for a post-Passover breakfast when all I wanted was a bagel. We got there at around 10am and it was very crowded and busy, but the space was big and we found a table. Unfortunately they don't have anyone wiping down the tables regularly, so they were all kind of gunky and gross. (Not sure why this is the case when I saw what I believe to be 3 employees a few seats down from us chatting.) The menu is expansive and actually pretty impressive. Some of the things don't make a ton of sense, like the "buttermatch" bagel, which I believe just means butter on a bagel, or the "well being sandwiches", which are just sandwiches, not to be confused with their healthier/lighter menu. They also have more iced frappe varieties than Starbucks. I ordered a supreme (everything) bagel toasted with light scallion cream cheese. At least I think it was light, because when I asked the cashier if this was available she said she didn't know but she thought so and that was that. My fiance ordered an asiago bagel with chicken salad. The chicken salad was really good, with pieces of celery and chunks of chicken. It's all on the expensive side (a bagel with flavored cream cheese is $3.39) and the bagels are good but actually pretty small (you can get bigger bagels at the bakery at Giant). I also ordered a cappuccino, which I think was fine. I don't know enough about coffee to make a real assessment. Overall: good for a quick breakfast at a cute local joint. If you're looking for something comparable to a NY bagel this is not the place. But if you're just hungry for a carb filled nosh, it's a safe bet. read more

Disclaimer: This review is in response to a messed up order Ordered a custom cream cheese bagel w/ cinnamon raisin bagel to go. Waited 10-15 minutes just to get my order (what???) and then ended up getting two bagels. Was in a rush so I left, but after I got settled down i noticed one was plain and one was raisin. Okay i thought, that's why they charged me for a custom bagel and a regular bagel. Since that was the case youd expect regular bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and a cinn raisin with plain. I ordered the blueberry, garlic, and cranberry apple bagel and added the honey walnut cream cheese and it was mouth watering mannnn. I stopped into Bagel Bin really quickly because I was in the area for a short while. I walked in to grab something to eat on Saturday morning. It was pretty busy at 9:30 or so and I was having a hard time making up my mind. I noticed that their special of the day was a "River Hill chicken salad wrap", which sounded great to me so I ditched my bagel plans and asked for one. The cashier was really friendly, but I guess people don't order that often so when she checked what the code was to write down, it was the same as the code for the chicken caesar wrap. I emphasized to her that I did NOT want a chicken caesar wrap. I got a chicken caesar wrap. Sigh. Everyone was really nice and the place is obviously good, because there was maybe one empty table and people were going in and out with their breakfasts, but I am a little peeved about what happened with my wrap. =/ Maybe I should've stuck with a bagel. read more

Regularly purchase their eggel on toasted bagel twist with egg, pepper jack cheese, and abundant sausage. Always excellent. Enjoy their twists, black Russian bagels, everything bagels, etc. Their service is fast and friendly. For a bagel, sandwich, and breakfast shop, it hits all my notrs. The quest for a good bagel continues. This place was very promising walking in the door and then such a let down. Everything bagel was about as bland as bland can be. I asked for 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 butter, and they had trouble understanding that and put butter literally on the left half and cream cheese on the right half. When you cut a bagel in half there's a top and a bottom. C'mon man! Should have went to the grocery store instead. Nice touch: While some places give you a chintzy schmear of cream cheese, Bagel Bin gives you enough to use on a second bagel. The coffee is good too. read more

The Bagel Bin chain is the best place for bagels in Howard County, but the River Hill store in Clarksville also bakes delicious challah on Fridays. Challah is a light, egg bread often baked for the Jewish Shabbat, which starts on Friday nights. I stumbled on the distinctive braided loaves when I went in for bagels on a late Saturday breakfast. They bake challah on Fridays, and they would be delicious with any dinner if you can pick them up before Bagel Bin closes at 5 pm. By Saturday afternoon, the $5 loves were a dollar off as "day old" bread, but they're equally delicious. The bread stays fresh several days in a plastic bag, and it can be the base for a weekend of projects. Saturday night -- bread pudding. I'm still working on a recipe, but you can't go wrong soaking torn up challah in a mix of milk, eggs and sugar. Scatter dried cherries and some pieces of a broken chocolate bar. I was very very disappointed with my experience here on many levels. I decided to randomly try this place out on my commute to school. I showed up around 7 am, with no one in line in front of me. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Now I am used to expensive prices living in the DC area... but almost $3 for a bagel with cream cheese? So it took me about 10 mins to get my toasted bagel which ended up being barely toasted and barely having any cream cheese on it (literally cream cheese on about 1/4 of the bagel). It was too slow of service, poor value, poor quality, and way below my average expectations. If you like true New York style bagels, this is NOT the place for you. I would've rather settled for a McDonald's breakfast sandwich. read more
