READ WHOLE REVIEW! Food was exactly what I expected other than being wrong in a few spots but they identified that before they gave me our order. They get a 4. They were busy. And I felt that they handled the rush fantastic other than the employee I'm about to get to they get a four. General cleanliness they get a floor. The place looked clean. And now the 1... The bearded gentleman who was running the ovens next to a very nice Indian woman needs to be reprimanded or fired. He was not wearing any gloves at all. I felt he was rude to the Indian woman with snide comments under his breath. She was direct and blunt telling him what she needed. I don't feel she was rude whatsoever. The whole no gloves thing really bugged me. But I didn't see him touch his face or touch anything that would require him to wash his hands so if you sanitize his hands before preparing the food I can kind of let that slide. At 1.1 preparing a sandwich, come to find out it's mine, he makes a snarky voice comment, but I hope this customer realizes he's not getting an everything bagel. And then continues on with these customers keep ordering everything bagels don't they know we haven't had them in quite a while. so I proceeded to walk to the front of the line and say you know customers don't know your inventory level but your responsibility to update that in your POS app and inventory. And instead of apologizing or just shutting his mouth, he continues to say it's not my job to update the app. The app doesn't care whether or not we have inventory. The woman looks mortified as she comes over to me and says sir is it OK if you get a plain bagel instead. I said yes absolutely as long as it's a bagel and not substituted for a croissant I'm OK with that. I run my own business and deal with employee issues all the time. they need to address the issues with this employee or their inventory problem. A poison pill like this can really take its toll on other employees and in the end could cause them to lose a good employee like the Indian woman ,who for 10 minutes I watched nonstop, making sandwiches and preparing orders and didn't complain. she was like a machine. read more

Wouldn't even give this a one star if I could go lower. So disappointed in my drink that I had to download this app to address this issue. The lack of care that this Dunkin put into their products is ridiculous, something needs to be done. read more

If you go through the drive-through, there's trash everywhere. It was 8 o'clock in the morning so it definitely wasn't same day trash. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, and the drive-through guy handed me the bagel and then wanted to know why I was still sitting there. He finally handed me my coffee, and I drove away. After taking a sip, the guy didn't put the lid on correctly and the hot coffee spilled all over me and my car, I will not be going to this location ever again read more

Rude employee! I ran in to order a few hot drinks and a dozen donuts. There were multiple employees in the store, but only two customers in line. I placed my order and was treated like I was bothering her by having to choose my donut selection. I then waited for my beverages to be prepared. While trying to balance a dozen donuts she placed the beverages on the counter for me to pick up. I asked if she had a holder and she pointed to the other counter and said "they're over there". She never offered to go get me one as I was holding other products and had my hands full. I don't understand why she thinks she can treat customers this way and get away with it. Honestly idk how they're still open. They can never get an order right. They always mess up my bagels, always burn my egg and cheese on croissant to the point where the bread is hard as a rock and I personally gave up on ordering coffee. They can never get your iced coffee or even hot correctly even when you send it back and give exact directions so I go the safe way and only order water here. Placed an order here for first time tonight. Only the drive thru was open. The guy taking the order was an older guy and was impossible to understand over the drive thru speaker. It was as if he was having trouble pronouncing words correctly and was not speaking in complete sentences. When I got to the windows, there was a horrible stench coming from the store. Horrible customer service. I asked for a coffee with almond milk & two raw sugar packets (the brown packets) & they put brown sugar in the coffee . I also asked for turkey egg & cheese on an English muffin minus the cheese. She actually repeated what I said. But There's cheese on it. Plus the attitudes weren't friendly AT ALL. This is the worst place ever! I don't know how they are still in business. My husband goes there almost everyday for an ice coffee and when he tries to order a glazed doughnut they tell him they don't have them. Who doesn't have glazed doughnuts, It's the most popular doughnut. Then when he ordered a strawberry glazed (since that's all they had ) when he got home it was stale. Like how are they still in business. My husband will start to go someone else for his ice coffee because I'm sure they will be out of coffeee one day since they run out of EVERYTHiNG! read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all the woman rushed us in the drive through "okay pull around" when we were talking. Then we pull up and she said I need you to repeat your whole order. Rude. And then she had the audacity to question if I really wanted my chicken biscuit. It's absurd, I am the customer, you are the worker. The customer is always right. I purchased a plain bagel toasted with butter, it was so gross couldn't eat it. The bagel taste like it was previously frozen, the butter had a weird taste. Provided lukewarm coffee. Not hot at all. This location cuts corners and provides far below par quality.
