I visit the store everyday and the coffee is never right, the employees are very rude and do not acknowledge when you enter the store. They even argue in front of the customers displaying very unprofessional behavior. I've been in retail for many years and they are the worst. The only reason why I visit this location is because of the convenience. I would recommend avoiding this store at all costs if possible as you will never receive appropriate costumer service. read more

I've been to Dunkin' a few times, the food and drinks are always well made and taste delicious. Not time consuming at all, its a nice place to go to eat with friends or just to get something fast and to go. I definitely recommend if you love coffee. The watermelon refresher is my personal favorite. read more

This Dunkin was not clean. when I got my coffees the lids were dirty. one even had a hair on it. on top of that all the drinks were terrible. the coffees (that we put into different cups) were somehow weak and bad and the refresher tasted like mildly flavored water. read more

Drive through Dunkin Donuts, I sing your praises. Almost. While heavily convenient for us roadtrippers, it posed a slight difficulty with the terrible PA system you got going for the orders. I'm never really gave a bad review for a Dunkin' Donuts because I like their coffee. But I ordered my coffee ahead of time. I went to the window outside so I had to stop and tell them that it was a mobile order. I couldn't hear a thing that they said and when I asked him to repeat it because there was a truck going by and it was noisy and the guy was nasty. I told up to the window and I mentioned that it was difficult to hear when the trucks going by and he never said anything. Both he and another young man working there were wearing masks but they were under their noses which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. So I am throwing out the coffee that I just paid for. This place sucks ass.. they can't ever get the order right and there clientele was horrible. their blasting music when you get to the window and they completely ignore you and when it comes time you get to the window aboit 5 minutes in they ask what u got again. read more

A few days ago I ordered a hot coffee in the afternoon in the drive thru and it was luke warm almost cold and tasted stale. I thought okay strike one. I went back today and ordered a latte and couldn't finish it because it tasted like burnt coffee. Strike two. Not sure if I will go back. read more

I travel throughout MA, RI, and CT for work. I live close by to this DD and it is the most consistent and makes the best coffee.

This is by far the best DD I've been to in the Westerly, RI area. The staff is nice, polite, helpful and courteous - all qualities which have been lacking at other similar establishments. I highly recommend this location to all. :) read more

bad customer service. if someone comes in 15 minutes before closing you typically finish a not even 3 minute drink. i work at a dunkin in CT and we are not allowed to shut our doors until we are truly closed. If the website says 9 and we walk in at 8:45 it's a bit disappointing to hear that you were closed, because very evidently, with the doors unlocked you are not. I am glad to now know that 9 means 8:45 for closing here. read more

I was visiting RI for the week and went to get my morning fruited tea from the westerly Dunkin and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I asked for a large green mango pineapple tea with five equal and a side order of black pepper bacon along with a side egg. The staff insisted she could not do a side and had to charge for for a sandwich. I explained that I don't eat bread and I order it this way quite often without a issue. She called a shift leader over to help her try to ring in my order. The shift supervisor said she couldn't do it and with a nasty tone "I don't know what to tell you" as she walked away. I decided to just get my tea. They moved me down to the pick up area where I waited for several minutes to receive a medium black tea. I explained it was wrong and showed the staff my receipt. I had ordered a large green mango pineapple tea. She took my receipt and returned with a large black tea. I gave up and left very disappointed. The worse Dunkin I've ever been to by far. read more
