If anything- go here for the breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin sandwiches always disappoint with their 2 half slices of see-thru bacon and weird tasting eggs. Here at Bess Eaton they give you a mound of real bacon that has some crunch to it. And the eggs taste better here. Dunkin eggs have a crap ton of ingredients in them and I get a coconutty after taste. I don't care that they've tried to replicate the egg white and egg yolk portion- the taste and texture is so weird. Bread options are bagel, croissant, English muffin, and flat bread. Staff is more experienced here as they seem to hold on to them a lot longer than the big chains. A lot nicer service too! read more

It's magical. Bess Eaton is one of those drive-thru shacks that sell: coffee, crullers, donuts, bagels and more. It has a small steeple on top. The staff at this location are fantastic. They seem to always be in a good mood and 99 out of 100 times your order will be exactly the way you ordered it. Their coffee offer is a far better taste than many of the other coffee shops in the area. As someone who was not a normal coffee drinker but has become a coffee drinker I have begun to notice the difference between coffees that are bitter coffee's that are sweet tasting. I often order a black iced coffee with a sugar-free flavor shot and occasionally will order some of their bess bites which is the equivalent of a Dunkin' Donuts munchkin. Finally got a chance to go on 3/6/21, this place is kind of hidden if you don't know about it already, but the smoothies are good I can't speak for all of the flavors, but I got Strawberry Blueberry (it's not on the menu, but they will combine flavors)! I really liked it, but it's pretty sweet which I don't mind. My friend got Mango-Strawberry and she wasn't a fan. But, the staff was great, and I'm definitely going to try other stuff too. The women working know my order by now. I stop almost every morning. Just a typical coffee place. I like the crushed ice to be honest. i was frequenting this bess eaton once or twice a month specifically for one bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and one hash brown. i share the sandwich with my 1 year old and my 3 year old gets the hash brown. i've worked at a chain coffee shop for almost 10 years so i know the job. i also have always been a "good tipper" and am polite to the workers. more than once have i been told "we have no hashbrowns" in the store. normally they tell me at the speaker so i have time to get something else for my kid. today i pull up and the worker opens the window and says verbatim "i don't have any hash browns right now so i took it off youre total is 4.31" she did not offer an apology or something else. then i asked if she meant she didn't have any at all in the store, thinking maybe we could wait for it. she gave me a huge attitude and repeated "i don't have any in the store they take 30 minutes to make." the attitude was so unnecessary. it's 8:30 in the morning, it takes 30 mins to make hash browns and you don't have any ready , or even in the oven? you can't have the decency to offer me something else? how hard is it to say "we're out of hashbrowns would you like a donut instead" not "we're out i took it off here's your new total" not everyone is meant for customer service and this bess eaton clearly has no problem hiring people who don't fit the bill. i will not return. read more

Will not be returning to this location again. Some of the staff are very friendly but a few of them shouldn't be in customer service. Went there this morning to get my usual iced coffee and donut before work. The women was extremely rude right off the bat. I guess she couldn't hear me well as I was trying to order and she just said "speak up". I was thrown off guard by how abrupt she was about it. I decided to just continue on and finish my order. Once I got to the window, I paid for my order and she handed me my iced coffee but not the donut so I asked about it. She said "well all we have on here is the medium iced coffee" and she walked off before I could even say anything. Didn't offer to get me one or anything! I would have been more than willing to pay for it separately. Ended up having to go to Honey Dew for my donut. Will be going there from now on. read more
