Ridiculous amount of time to get drinks. Only one worker taking orders and preparing. Took 1/2 to get 3 drinks.

First I must say this is one of my favorite places to go! Smoothies, fresh juices and…read moresandwiches..Oh my! Since they have moved locations I personally have noticed some great changes, including the juice bar! The staff has become more focused on greeting, serving and they are super helpful if you cant make up your mind. With out the staff I would be forever stuck on their treasure island smoothie (which is still amazing)! Also they have more retail items. They have a great selection of unique exotic gifts and hilarious cards! They are always kid friendly from what I have seen, in fact most of the staff adores when small children come in. With the board games and yummy stuff to drink and eat I'd say that this is a good place for a little family time:) Okay so I'll admit, I have tried to replicate the smoothies with my own combination of fruits at home. The quality and flavor just cant be matched. Yes, the smoothies are a bit pricey, but totally worth it . The coffee smoothies are delicious here as well. I love how they really cater to peoples needs, peanut free, added protein, vitamins and so much more. The juices taste great! The staff is always happy to adjust the juice by adding apple or lemon for me to make it taste sweeter. Now one of my favorite parts is the sandwiches. Good quality bread and ingredients, they offer things from black bean veggie burgers to a nice ham and swiss on a delicious roll ( my personal favorite). They are made right when you order them :) and come with a bag of chips. (yum) Anyways, this place is great. If you want friendly service and something delicious to drink or a small meal then come here. I am sure you'll enjoy the experience as much as I do!

Hard to get poke bowl around here, so I had to try this place. When I walked it, there were only…read moretwo other diners. It had a sort of fast-food type of feel to it, but it was clean and bright. Never been to a Pokemoto before, so I didn't know what their menu was. It's very customizable, but since it was my first time here, I just asked for their miso salmon bowl (I was tied between the Hawaiian bowl and the miso salmon, and the girl making it said she preferred the miso salmon). Along with it, I got a seaweed salad and a mango boba tea. The miso salmon bowl was pretty good. The rice was definitely a calrose variety. It's the closest we come to a Japanese short grain for a US variety...otherwise, more commonly referred to as "sushi rice" in the US. The salmon had good texture and flavor. The miso was pretty good. Enough to give it flavor, but not so much that it overpowers it (I think it was made with a shiro miso, but I could be wrong). The garlic and onion chips gave the flavor some depth and provided texture. I was worried the cilantro could overpower the flavor of the salmon, but it didn't. The mango pieces in it....I'm up in the air about that. It was a more sour mango, and poke bowls definitely need a bit of acid or sour to cut the fattiness, but I found the mango a bit distracting. That said, I'm not sure what I'd use in place of it. The seaweed salad... it was.............okay. I mean, I liked it, but I found it very, very sweet. I feel like a bit less sugar, and a bit more sesame oil. Oh, and some sesame seeds. The mango boba tea... After looking more closely at the menu, I may have just ordered wrong, but, in contrast to the seaweed salad being too sweet, the mango boba tea was not sweet enough. Look, mango is a super sweet fruit, and when you get a dry mango sweetness, it's............weird. It's like this...imagine if you got a cup of watermelon juice, and when you drink it, you get a dry watermelon sweetness to it; like you get with a dry wine. Odd. Additionally, the boba pearls didn't have much flavor, but I didn't request it with the brown sugar pearls, so that's actually probably my fault. The boba tended to clump together, though, which was a bit odd (they don't do that when I make it at home). Overall, I liked it. I'll be honest, it's not the cheapest, but dining out hasn't been cheap since 2019. Was it worth it? Will I dine there again? Definitely. If I still lived in the apartments at the Commons, I'd probably find myself there once a week.

First off, the spam musubi is not traditional Hawaiian style. We do not use sushi rice in Hawaii…read more It really ruined the flavor. The poke bowl wasn't bad though. The ingredients were quite fresh and it's nice to be able to choose what you want to mix together which means if you ate it every day, you could have something different each time. Bubble tea is very sweet, but they are good in moderation. I would try it again for anything but the spam musubi.

The focus here is ramen, with a small lineup of appetizers and a surprisingly good selection of sakes by the glass or bottle (not just the little cans you see elsewhere). We started with the salted potatoes and then moved on to ramens, which was rich, comforting, and exactly what you want on a cold night. And a BIG portion. They can prepare many items gluten free, and if you're unsure about your spice tolerance, you can get the chili oil on the side, which is a nice touch. Overall, a very nice meal and I'd definitely recommend it.

This was what ramen was made for. I walked in feeling (and looking) like Jack Frost. Only the brave were venturing about, so the restaurant was minimally packed and we were seated immediately. Szechuan cauliflower? Yes please. I would come back here for that cauliflower alone and order three servings of it. It was perfectly crispy and smothered in spicy sauce. The miso ramen broth was flavorful and spicy. Just what I was looking for. They used brown rice noodles which had a consistency that I would describe as slightly clumpy and with a different taste than traditional noodles. The rest of the toppings were as expected. The interior was very well decorated and felt upscale. It was a nice experience dining here.
