Girl who took my order was nice, everyone else... lackadaisical. This location likes to belittle old people by turning their backs to them mid convo. Messed up one of the items that I received and didn't even get another item I ordered. On the surface, it makes sense why there was such a miserable mood when the person in charge is barking orders instead of giving constructive criticism. Yesterday we stopped by this Dunkin' with our fam' and placed a fairly hefty drive-thru order. There are four of us, each ordering different drinks, different food, and some donuts. It was a bigger order, but this Dunkin' crew handled it all like champs! No mistakes, everything in the bag, didn't take too long, all handed out the window with very friendly masked smiles! :-D When out together, we always opt for Dunkin' over Tim Horton's. We have a vegan in the fam', and Dunkin has several vegan options. They offer both oat milk or almond milk non-dairy picks. And their cold Refreshers drinks use vegan syrups, no condensed milk or gelatin additives. I am SHOCKED that Tim's still doesn't offer even one non-dairy option! :-O Additionally, Dunkin' has recently upped their game on vegan food. They added avocado toast to the lineup, as well as a vegan meat'less sausage patty. Our vegan daughter really enjoyed the vegan sausage on a plain bagel with some ketchup, pretty good she said! As was the avocado toast. She said the toast was more a guacamole on toast than fresh smeared avocado, but still good, and it's wonderful that it is an option at all. The one vegan food still missing from Dunkin'? A vegan donut. Hopefully Dunkin's plant-based trends leads them to a vegan donut option someday. Until then, we appreciate what vegan offerings you do have, as well as the non-vegan foods. I like the egg and cheese wake-up wraps, and my son likes the same with bacon. The hubbs enjoyed the sausage, egg and cheese croissant. And we shared some of the grilled cheese melts to take advantage of the Dunkin' app double-points offer for those. It's all good! Absolutely DO NOT recommend. We go through Dunkin nearly every morning for our coffee on the way to work and, while some mornings they struggle to understand our order (caramel craze lattes with oatmilk - I don't know why its hard, but only a few people get it without issue), most of the time atleast they've been polite. Yesterday however, the person (a young man) taking our order kept interrupting and when we got to the window the woman leaned out and said "do you have the app? The espresso drinks take too long to make so if you're going to order them you need to order ahead." Pointed out the line behind us and said "I'm not saying this is your fault, but the line gets backed up because of you." Seriously? SERIOUSLY! I try very hard to be patient and empathetic - I've worked in the food industry and retail, I still work in customer service face to face with clients. I know how awful customers can be and how stressful the public is... but I was FLOORED that this person had the audacity to try to make ME feel bad for the service they are paid to provide. It's a coffee and donut chain... and this employee just told me I was holding up the line by ordering a coffee I will get my fat butt out of the car and walk inside Spot every morning for my coffee going forward until the Starbucks down the street opens. There are two young girls who work there who are absolutely wonderful to deal with but when it comes to the manager, he is an absolute nightmare. He's very rude. I have left a review before and thought I would never have to leave another because I chose not to eat at this Dunkin' Donuts anymore. Well, 10 months later and I end up needing to order from this location again. It never fails that they forget at least something substantial from the order. The only single beverage ordered was not given to me, but was OF COURSE charged and paid for. I was able to get the drink delivered since I was dealing with DoorDash, but the only good business that I have dealt with is DoorDash. This Dunkin is in the business of stealing your money and hoping you don't complain about your missing items. Anything they can get away with charging and not giving to you, they do. I have dealt with this firsthand for years since moving into the area and at this point, it's A LOT easier to use any other restaurant/ fast food establishment for any and everything since you don't lose all of your money using an alternative like you do with Dunkin. This location should be shut down. I should also add that at one point it took over TWO MONTHS for the owner to contact me to "resolve" the issue and he made me drive 30 minutes from my house, two months later, to get a cash refund... which he shorted me on. I just thought I should leave an updated review to show how terribly downhill this establishment continues to go. read more

I went against my better judgement and stopped in this am at 5.10am. Oddly enough, this location was indeed open. I stopped in for donuts for my grand-daughter. Six donuts. Simple order, 1-2 minutes counter time. I get behind a woman who is stacking change on the counter. According to value. Counter help arrives and this lady(?) announces that she has a rather large order to go. All different freaking, flavored coffees. Her list resembled Santa's. She is placing her extensive order for these nauseating fruity coffees which has already surpassed 10 minutes and constantly asked for a recap. THERE IS A SCREEN SHOWING YOUR ORDER IN TOTAL!!! Second DD person comes on scene, I'm thinking to crank up that second register to get me out the door, and then abruptly leaves. At this point, Fruity Coffee Lady experiences a bout of extreme, machine gun style flatulence. I'm guessing it was because the raspberry flavor has been discontinued. She asks for a moment of solitude to attempt to reach the not so lucky recipient of said discontinued flavor. PERFECT time for the young lady to switch registers and take my humble order. NOPE!!! Not my lucky day. She just leaves. HELLO!!! Is there any training involved at this location??? Is common sense checked at the door for all employees? I left. I had a receipt from Dunkin' Donuts that showed I earned a reward for a free drink. When I went to use it I was told I couldn't due to the fact it didn't have a bar code on it. This was their receipt that printed without one. I didn't have anything to do with the receipt printing out that way. The receipt does have a series of numbers on it that I'd think could have been entered in some way. Terrible employee. Girl named "Cali" or "Kali" had an extreme attitude. I don't know how she still works there with that attitude. My sister pre-ordered a donut with her drink and once we get there, Kali tells us they don't have the donut. We ask if we can get a refund for it and get a snippy answer saying "there's not a manager here right now, I don't know how to do it, you can call and talk to a manager in the morning". Like we inconvenienced her somehow? Simply asking what we can do to get our money back was bothering her. They probably didn't have the donuts because she was too lazy to prep them. As someone who works in customer service, I know that this is simply unacceptable and if you can't handle the industry find a different job. Does anyone know why this location was closed today at 7:30 am? Buffalo did have a weather event but this location has NEVER been closed before for weather. I've started my day with the warm, friendly faces of this location for the last 6 years! I called the phone number and it says the line is disconnected. Please don' tell me that they've closed this location. I am so sad if this is indeed the case. I went to Dunkin Donuts to try a Vanilla Chai that my relatives were raving about. Unfortunately, I did not like it. This is nothing against Dunkin Donuts, I just dont like that taste. I don't usually come here for coffee or donuts because they are not my favorite. I prefer Tim Horton's coffee and Paula's or Donut Kraze's donuts. I have ordered their grilled cheese which was delicious and also their iced tea was really good. Their bagels are very good and are a good size. I have never been inside because I use the drive thru, so I can't comment on cleanliness. I would like to try some of their specialty coffee drinks in the future and update my review read more

This location has really been lacking the past few months. Drive thru time can be as long as 10-15 minutes and the quality of food/drink has been awful. Today my breakfast sandwich was put in a clear deli bag and my coffee was decaf ... Won't be visiting again for a very long time. read more

I just wanted a cup of coffee I go to DD everyday I order the same thing - everyday However- this was my first visit to this location so I order my Dark Roast coffee - at the drive thru Mistake #1 they gave me regular coffee ( specifically asked for DR) Mistake #2 they gave me 1 sugar /4 creams (specifically asked for 3creams/3sugar) drive away- taste coffee - realize mistake - Go back thru drive thru - the guy was very pleasant - re-ordered coffee- while I'm at it - throw in a Bavarian cream doughnut - ok got my coffee - Once again - still regular coffee (rolling my eyes)- take bite of doughnut - No Bavarian Cream inside - Turn around - go back - ask for Bavarian cream doughnut - cashier says "we don't carry that type of doughnut" - why didn't he say that when I ordered it in the first place ??? - Cashier then tells me - for OUR mistake we will give you any two free doughnuts - So I order chocolate glaze & regular glaze - drive away - look in the bag - NO CHOCOLATE GLAZE & NO REGULAR GLAZE . read more
