Worst Dunkin Donuts around. Obviously very poorly managed. This is the 3rd (and last now) time they've been out of boxes for the Box of Joe on a Saturday morning. Only reason I come here is because they are close to my office. This time I was here @ 9:15. Waited in line for 20 plus minutes before being helped. During which time 2 female employees came running in, obviously running late, one actually putting her belt on while she was going behind the counter. Of course this time they took my payment until afterwards as I was waiting for my order. Their excuse?? They had a big order this morning. This was only 9:15 on a Saturday morning! ZERO STARS. I go to this Dunkin' more often than most and EVERY TIME they forget to put swirl in my iced coffee even though I ask for extra EVERY SINGLE TIME. The ONLY time that they actually put swirl in it was when I pointed out "hey I asked for extra please make sure there is actually extra". I have even had to ask for cream and swirl on the side to ensure it actually goes into my coffee. On another occasion I ordered an almond milk iced coffee for my friend and they put regular cream and the entire drink went to waste because she's vegan. Today was the last straw, I asked for light ice and not only got EXTRA ice, I once again had NO sweetener in my coffee. I would have done the receipt survey, had I actually gotten a receipt. Forget this place, they can't get anything right. Oh and good luck getting them to answer their phone! Let me start by saying I'm a coffee addict and DnD is my preferred fix. However, this place is always such a disappointment. The service isn't bad but they never have what I want. Seriously, 8 times out of 10 they don't have caramel. I don't get it, stock up on something if you always run out!!! Especially a coffee staple. It's a no-brainer. I live near this location and frequent it a lot. I find they are out of certain donuts often. Drive thru line can get long and then lingers out into traffic, service slower than other DD. Wish they would offer coconut milk. My son likes the egg and cheese wraps. read more

Awful parking, bad location- the drive thru traffic blocks the intersection of cars trying to enter the plaza, so if there's more than 3 cars in the intersection, the whole plaza is clogged. And there's ALWAYS more than 3 cars there because this location is SO SLOW. It takes forever to make a simple order, and then they give it to the wrong person so you have to wait all over again. The staff simply does not care. Then there's also the issue that they seem not to have a lot of ingredients. A crispy chicken croissant sandwich I ordered- I got a grilled piece of chicken on flatbread. This is an extremely poorly managed location, I'm so glad there's a new one down the street. Every time I come here, they either mess up my order, take three times longer to make than it should or both. The service is not at all friendly except for one young guy who works there and appears to be a shift lead/manager. All other managers act like they don't care, and don't speed up the team or reprimand them for their bad attitude. The only good thing I can say about this place is that when they get my order right, the coffee does come out good in comparison to some other Dunkins' that either have watered down/stale/or just bad tasting. Either way, if there were another Dunkin' that wasn't so far away, I would never visit this location again. Worst DD by far. They never get the order right and we aren't talking about anything complicated. Chocolate chip muffin is always given to me as a blueberry, wrong bagel when I ask for plain and ice tea with two sweet and low and they never put it in. Hell I have been given coffee instead. I always have to check. All the staff is always outside smoking so all the food smells and tastes like smoke. And they are soooo slow probably because everyone has to check their order and send it back. Never a good experience. read more

I used to come to this DD a lot. I came in today hoping for a change, but unfortunately not. I always receive the worst customer service every single time I come here. I work in customer service so I know how to smile and properly treat customers. I started going to their competition and pay a little more for my coffee just because they treat their customers with a little more respect. read more

I wouldn't mind the slow service if they would get the order correct. I've given this DD 2 months of patronage and have decided enough is enough. Between watered-down iced coffee, burnt hot coffee, and just plain wrong orders, this is a Dunkin to avoid. The service is painfully slow and they always seem to be training new people. This is the closest Dunkin out of Wellington on the way to the Turnpike - you would think that they could retain people. But I guess it being the only one nearby is what keeps it in business. This location has disappointed me for the last time. If I want Dunkin in Palm Beach, I'll go to the one on Okee and 441. They are EXCELLENT. read more

Find another Dunkin' Donuts to go to. Management must be clueless. Saturday am and line is out door inside and line into street outside, yet only one person on register inside and at least 3-4 on drive thru just standing around. Took almost 20 mins from time I walked in to time I left. And all I ordered was toasted plain bagel. How about putting someone else at other register?! We stopped at you location yesterday August 29,2015 at 5:40. The cashier was very rude, we ordered one ice coffee and one ice tea for $.99 each and was told you could no longer get them in large, that was fine so we ordered mediums. He said the total was $ 2.84 the total should have been $ 2.12 .99 x 2 x 7% = $2.12 He said it was 2.84 and that was the price and that was it. We told him to cancel the order and he said fine with him. We will go to the one on Greenwiew Shores, that was fine with him........ Hell of a way to run a business..... read more

This is the shittest Dunkin I know. The employees are the rudest people no matter what situation. I just did an online order so I wouldn't be late for work and I get their and the drive thru is packed like always, so I walk up to the door and they didn't even acknowledge my presences they completely ignored me. And yes the manager was there. Anyways I didn't get my food that I PAYED FOR already because it was too much of an inconvenience for them to walk over to the door and hand me my bag. It's really sad because this is the closest Dunkin' to my home and U will NEVER see me at it again. Considering this isn't the first time customer service wasn't a main priority for employees. I even showed them my receipt on my phone. The employees have also been rude to me and several of my family members in the past I've left the drive thru on multiple occasions because the employee started being rude to us. This DD is my favorite. I drive 25 minutes each way to buy their ice tea. It's brewed like in the South. It perfect. Thanks for being so wonderful and kind guys! (Always give me a cup of ice to mix my sweet and unsweetened without even asking). Great DD! read more

Man, I wish there was another DD closer to me, because this one is TERRIBLE! They either get your order wrong almost every time or they have NOTHING left!. For instance, it's 1:30pm now, and they have no bagels or muffins and actually said they don't plan on making any more. I don't know why they are even open! I've been coming to this location since they opened. I don't know what the managers are doing, but they need a crash course in managing. Let's start with the positives. It's usually quite clean. I have always had a place to sit. It's close to my office. The donuts taste good. Negatives, could the people that work there be any more negative and sad looking? Smile! You have a job! Not our fault this is what you are doing if it's your career choice. And the service more times than not, is slow. Almost snail paced slow. How about cleaning your outfit also?! Seriously I can't get over how dirty you guys look. I write reviews all the time and this is the first time I had more negative than positive. It's ridiculous that your establishment is just so sad. So here it goes managers. Tell your employees to smile! Make them wash their uniforms! And for goodness sake, don't throw my food into the bag and then basically toss it at me as if it is the hardest job you've ever had. Terrible customer service and I have to drink decaf for medical purposes, they almost always give me regular coffee even though I ask them to double check!!! The people at the drive thru give me mega attitude for asking them to double check and they almost always have to remake it, or just rudely say yes it's decaf (even when it's not!!) I am having serious issues today after they gave me a caffeinated drink AGAIN! I will never go to this location again for fear of ending up in the hospital! best place to get donutsas well as coffee!! There coffee is so much better than Starbucks coffee. I totally recommend this place
