There is an employee who is a man that always uses the ladies room and his name is h a m i d. Whenever I go in there to use it that is pee on the seat. One day after he came out of there it smelled so bad that I asked permission to use the men's room and asked him why he is using women's room . He said no you can't use the men's room and the ladies room is the employee's bathroom. read more

This Dunkin is the worst. I cannot tell you how many times they've gotten our order wrong. For some reason they think when you order iced tea it's supposed to be mixed with iced coffee, disgusting! Sometimes you're waiting over 20 minutes for a simple coffee order, and then it comes out wrong! Oh you want to tell them? Well they're too busy completely ignoring their customers to ask if you need something. As for the dining room? Forget it, that trash is always over full, straws and napkins are empty, they clearly need more help here but aren't getting it. Save your frustrations and go somewhere else. read more

Evidently I'm a regular at this Dunx, since I've been there twice in a week. Dunx is okay. As a recovering former Starbucks employee, I've grown to appreciate their low-brow coffee and food alternatives. Some days, I just need a shitty cup of weak coffee with some milk and sugar. The vanilla chai (a powder mixed with milk, comes in size medium only) is a tasty afternoon pick-me-up. The service is speedy at this location, but I gotta say, I don't understand their deployment- this is a franchise-wide issue for me. I never know where to get my stuff, or who makes it. read more

This is not the cleanist DD in Watertown. However, it is the only one that is open after 10 PM. The counter clerk that was working had just made a fresh pot of decafe and was rather friendly, but not chatty. The donuts were day old and they tasted every bit of being out for 16 hours. They should consider offering "After 8 PM prices". The donuts are not fresh and they had a lot that will end up being thrown out. Isn't it better to make few dollars than throwing out food? Not surpirsed, but there were a stack of people hanging out in front of one of the doors, making it impossible for customers to use that door. Management should look into security. read more

So I'm supposed to meet a customer at the "new Dunkin" in Watertown. This is considered new, I guess. The parking lot is a train wreck waiting to happen, and the DD is located literally a stone's throw from Starbucks -- which made me ask my customer, "Why didn't we meet at Starbucks?" Silence. It always tastes like Dunkin coffee should. No variation, so no unpleasant surprises. Service alone counts for three stars. For the number of people they serve at the businest times of day they don't make mistakes and move everyone along super fast. There are never any long waits here - even during the busiest rush hours. Any efficiency expert could take a lesson from the managers and the people behind the counters. Here's another reason: Although DD's no longer makes the donuts on site, this location never runs out of anything. Considering the number of people who patronize this location their supply chain management never fails. That is impressive. If you're looking for the cafe experience, this is not your kind of place. It caters to commuters, construction workers and tradesmen, and people in a hurry. There is no atmosphere here. This is not fine dining. On the other hand...if you need a quick bite to eat and something fast to drink and don't like surprises, this works every time. This place is an efficient machine. Sometimes I wish it took more time to order, pay and get my coffee -- but most times I'm in a rush like everyone else. Parking is ample and easy, it is open late, the people who work there are NICE, its clean and my favorite part? Great Dunkin Donuts. They make coffee the best in the area, and are SUPER fast! Staff are friendly and the restaurant is set up well with seating and is very clean all the time. I come here frequently, as I am in this area quite a bit, and never have an issue with anything. Orders are always accurate and quick too! Parking lot is tricky, yet there isn't ever a real problem finding a spot. And this specific location gets VERY BUSY, so watch walking in the parking lot, people driving DO NOT check for pedestrians!!! Minus 1 star because: they don't have a drive thru and literally there is not a drive thru for ten miles. Super disappointing and actually why I despise this area. I ordered a mocha and I got black coffee with a shot of chocolate-flavored creamer. The person in front of me ordered cappuccino, but I never heard an espresso machine or saw an employee anywhere near it. The staff are always very friendly, my orders have been 100% correct in five years and the taste of the products is absolutely consistent; so this D&D gets a full5 stars from me. Pretty standard Dunkies. The same selection of food and drinks that you would find at every other DD's. The customer service has never been bad here, even during rush hours. The donuts are good, if you get them fresh. I would stay away from the sandwiches though. One day, I was rushing back to work and stopped in for a chicken salad croissant. It was dripping mayo, yuck. The parking can be a bit of a pain, as the small lot services a large number of businesses and street parking in the area is slim. This Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill in the two-plus years i' have lived in Watertown. The biggest change is in the staff turnover. i find many of the staff rude and unfriendly.. They are not customer-oriented. Orders are frequently wrong. My friend who is black says he experiences racism when he goes there. I find them disorganized. I was last there on Saturday and the bathroom was dirty with overflowing garbage. The only thing good about this location is that there is parking. read more

Couldn't understand any of the workers, very poor English/communication skills. Bagel sandwich was barely edible, donut munchkins tasted like bland balls of dough and the service was very slow. No wonder they don't have these crappy establishments on the west coast. There is a great Starbucks within walking distance of this dump. read more
