I used to be able to order ahead and the feature is not discontinued, just always off! Second, they recently added a rewards program and make it hard to use. You have to either order ahead (which like I said is always off) or have a linked card in the app. Shouldn't be hard but my card keeps disconnecting from the app so I can never actually earn my rewards and don't want to be that person holding up the line to re-add my card. I always feel rushed ordering anyway and the baristas are solely focused on maximizing efficiency, regardless of how busy it is. I can get that but connecting with the customer is lacking here. I love the drinks but the service and experience are not it for me and haven't been for awhile.
