I have always liked Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, so I was really happy to see that they started offering all their flavors in many of the DD stores. The one thing I can't get used to is how pricy it is. Was it always that way? This is clearly a remodeled so there is plenty of seating space and tables. It is big and bright with plenty of room to move around. The parking lot clearly supports the size of the store, especially with the drive through traffic in the morning. I do notice that this location is always very busy when I'm here. My wife and I go to Albany often and we stop off at a diner next door. It's almost a tradition that I bring a dozen donuts with me when I come up. As long as the team here continues to smile, remain clearly positive in the face of long lines, I will continue to support this location!

It almost seems unfair that I'm forced to at least give it 1 star because that will seemingly boost its median rating. There have multiple instances where their comically inadequate service has caused me mental, physical, and even financial distress. For example this morning I ordered my standard Iced coffee and BEC on a croissant for mobile pickup, an order that I've been placing at this specific Dunkin periodically since I was in diapers. Not only do I wait over 30 minutes for a mobile pickup that should have taken 5, the incompetent service worker has the audacity to ask me if I ordered at the correct location. My jaw dropped, I was stunned from the gall of this worker to ask me that. After realizing their mistake, they quickly scrambled to get my order in and what was initially a simple pick-up turned into Mission Impossible 6. After returning home I then became 15 minutes late for a crucial meeting with the partners of my firm and now my future here looks extremely murky. The chain of events that led to a collision course that is my life can all be stemmed back to this Dunkin and I can no longer be a supportive patron here.

From the street you can clearly read both. They look less expensive than the other filling stations, and as you pull in the place is crowded. Is this too good to be true?! The caveat; You have to use their credit card to get the lower i.e. cash price. Otherwise you pay the higher price, even with a debit card. Once burned, twice shy.

Maybe weeding out bad baristas, unreliable workers, and rude and hostile workers over time would change the incapacity of this place to make a simple hot coffee the way you ask for it. They recycle their workers like Madonna recycled her boyfriends but yet can't find anyone capable of making a coffee. The workers they kept must be friends with the manager that makes smiling look like a chore. Otherwise, they wouldn't have a job. In addition to messing up your order every time, they then act like it's your fault and become hostile when you want it fixed. Furthermore, even if everything comes out the way you ask for it, it will still suck. They must reuse the coffee beans cause their is no punch in their coffee. The bagels are usually a day old and are stale. They don't toast them long enough. They are very stingy with spreads. They make iced drinks when you want them hot. They don't know the difference between Splenda and sweet n low. I drive an extra half hour each weekend morning to go to different Dunkin Donuts locations so I don't have to deal with the nonsense here. Seeing as this is the first yelp review, maybe they will start being held accountable and greeting customers with a smile and having pride and dignity in what they do and can concentrate long enough while on the clock to satisfy their paying customers. I've probably thrown close to a thousand dollars in their tip jar and am very nice despite their lack of compassion and work ethic yet still get treated like I'm a nuisance when I pull up to the drive-thru. I've told myself countless times I won't go back here but due to the convenience of their location I've drove myself insane. Unless I'm in serious dire circumstances, I will never go back here.
