I came in here today in hopes of finding a bottled water that was refreshing and cool. I didn't know if you sold any bottled water, and having had money on my DDPerks to get one I chose to try it out here. I'm glad I came in. Though I wasn't really impressed at the cleanliness of the parking lot as I exited my vehicle, I didn't notice that I had a swamp of slush and melted snowy water where I had to put my foot when I stepped out and stepped right down into it not knowing this until it "happened". The store was immaculate. I found a 20oz container for $1.99(+ tax) - that's a bargain for that size water. It took me a second to find the water in the cooler as well as the price. After swerving several times in the lines on an well mopped floor when I got to the register line, things went rather smoothly at the register. I placed the bottle down and within a few moments the employee rung me up and acknowledged my payment with DDPerks - he scanned these two in what seemed to be instantaneous (with really no difference in time) and moments later out came the receipt. I didn't want to stick around for too long - I had to travel back home and meet at home for a certain time. I'd love to come back in, but right now I don't have a chance. I'll keep you in mind; I know you are near the Perkins (restaurant), but I'm rarely ever at this restaurant or nearby. You were clean and were there when I needed you. Thank you. The place seems to run smoothly, and well organized. The line moves fairly quickly. It is busy, eat-in and take-out. Considering there are 5 other restaurants with different cuisines in that same strip mall, to choose from, they do have brand recognition. The restaurant itself and the restrooms are clean and well maintained. It's not cheap anymore; but what is?! There is sufficient tables and counter space to eat in, if you wish. I've been going to this Dunkin' for about three years since it's the closest one to where I live. Unfortunately, the reason I'm leaving a negative review is because of one particular employee. He is a short, heavyset guy who is consistently rude and clearly shouldn't be dealing with customers. After several unpleasant interactions, I've finally had enough. The people that work at Dunkin are really good. But what the heck happened to the Donuts. The same old type day after day. Where are the coconut sticks, peanuts sticks something besides the same old type day after day. No more made in the store but all come from the big giant donut machine that make the same ol type day after day. Please you have to start offering some varity. You are called DONUTS so start going back to making different and many kinds of DONUTS. You can't always depend on drive thru, get back to where you started. read more

This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Everyone is very friendly. Every time my coffee is PERFECT! Any other Dunkin donuts I go to its different every time and I never know what it is going to taste like . Love this Dunkin ! Keep up the great work guys ! read more

I always love the staff who work here - never have had bad service and the food is delicious...love the car culture that meets up here and is always something I look forward to during the summer. The service is also fast and they pay attention to what you want and have never gotten a drink that isn't exactly to what I asked for. This place is 24 hours and I live coming here late at night with friends. Overall this place is the best Dunkin' I've been to. read more

This Dunkin Donuts has been a Route 9 staple for as long as I can remember. It has been a favorite hangout spot for teenagers and young adults at least as long ago as I was a teenager (I graduated high school in 2001). The "fast and the furious" craze has diminished the car clubs from frequenting as much as they used to, but it is often quite busy and packed once spring nights bring people out of their houses after a long winter. It will often be difficult to find a spot here, and given the fact that it does not have a drive-thru, I'm not sure I would recommend this location for someone looking for a quick cup of joe. The older staff inside have been there forever, and are very hardworking, diligent and usually get the orders correct. However, some of the younger staff who are more interested in joking around with their co-workers don't always pay attention to what you ordered. That can be pretty frustrating when matched with the usual chaos of loud chatter in the tables that are usually occupied during "peak" hours like Friday and Saturday night. All in all, it's a decent DD but if you compare it to others around here, like the one in Freedom Plains, for instance, you will be sadly disappointed. It's not worth a special trip. read more

It's been about 5 years since I've been in a DD since i moved to the west coast, so of course I had to stop in. They have so many new things on the menu such as frozen drinks and breakfast items. I tried the iced hot chocolate and it was delicous. Also this location has a good amount of indoor seating, so even though it was kind of busy there was still room to sit. Also, since it's busy there is good people watching. Back in the day they used to have car gatherings here at night. Not sure if it still happens, but it'd be woth a look. Sadly Im heading back to the west coast where there aren't and DDs, so hopefully I'll stop at another before i go for a boston kreme donut! read more

Frequent flyer to Dunkies. This one, I go there most mornings on way to work. Quick,efficient and coffee always perfect! I have one closer to me but this one is the most consistent by far. Went to one close to 376 today.....staff lazy, slow and coffee lukewarm. Not going there again. read more

I've been to the Dunkin Donuts on RT9 in Wappingers (the one near Home Depot) hundreds of times. Always good service and quality (but over the top prices for a cup of Tea). Two weeks ago I stopped for a Tea. I drove south on RT 9. After about 5 miles (gave time for the Tea to cool) I started to drink my Tea only to find that it was COFFEE. So frustrating. I didn't complain and didn't return to the store. I didn't have time to do that. Today I stopped again for a Tea. Again I drove a few miles before sipping it. This time it was Tea (yeah) but it SMELLED LIKE FISH and tasted awefull. The kind of smell that is sometimes complained about with Decaf Tea bags. So frustrating. I was a regular customer for many years until recently. I bought two of the new jugs that had come the day before for my daughter who was going on a three day concert camping trip with her boyfriend I saw them on the shelf as I was buying food and thought they could use them to stay hydrated. So I bought them. The concert ended up being rained out, bands canceled and they left due to the muddy fields. They came home with the unused and now unneeded jugs. Manager in store would only take back one mug because apparently I was sold one mug without a straw in it unbeknownst to me. He said I should've checked it when I purchased it. Like I am supposed to know that it is my responsibility to check his merchandise. Well needless to say we had an argument in front of all the customers and he was very adamant that he would only refund the money for one. This from a multi million dollar company, me a poor old consumer who will never set foot in any dunkin donuts again because a manager thought nine dollars and ninety nine cents was more important than making a customer whole again. read more
