This place has good bagels. You know they are fresh and they pretty much make you any type of sandwice you want. PLUs the coffee selection is large enough to make everyone happy. I ordered a Taylor have egg and cheese. They don't have Taylor ham so I opted for a double egg and cheese with ham on a roll and a blueberry bagel with butter and a cinnamon crumb cake and a blueberry crumb cake. The egg and cheese sandwich was lame. It didn't even seem like double egg and I think there was one thin slice of ham. I give the sandwich 3 stars. The blueberry bagel was excellent and gets 5 stars. The two crumb cakes were also excellent and get 5 stars. I preferred the cinnamon crumb cake. Service was good except the didn't know what Taylor ham or pork roll was. The ambiance was clean. Lots of tables. Like a deli/bagel shop. The coffee was good except there were grounds when I got to the bottom, so the coffee gets 4 stars. I will be back for the baked goods and bagels. I don't recommend getting an egg sandwich. Unfortunately I mainly went there for the sandwich and if there were half stars, I'd give 3.5 stars, so I'm rounding up to 4. read more

Baked fresh daily bagels all day every day! This place is located next to this little Rainbow daycare school thing. They even have a rainbow bagel for kids! Thought that was too too cute. Not gonna lie, I wanted to order one myself. Maybe next time I'll pretend it's not for me, wink wink. Found this place looking for a new bagel spot. Reviews looked good and the place opened up recently so I said, why not? This is their second location! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by excited cashiers that are ready to serve you, help you decide on what to get and take your order. They have MANY bagel choices to choose from as well as deli options. All bagels can be turned to breakfast sandwiches so that's pretty cool. HUGE muffins are available and other bakery items as well in case you're having a sweet tooth. Talk about sweet tooth, they have a FRENCH TOAST bagel! My only disappointment is I wanted to get the walnut cream cheese but it had raisins. Meh. No one likes raisins lol. JK! Also, plenty of coffee options available as a self serve. Dark roast, light roast, vanilla , hazelnut. All that. All the different creamer flavors available as well! If you're vegan or lactose intolerant they have almond milk for your coffee. OK back again it looks like it's under new management I think cause I could've sworn it was call Brewster bagel now it's cold JV bagels Brewster. Anyway, I got what I like of course not toasted or heated up to see if it's fresh then you will taste the real taste of a bagel. It's going to be hard because I'm from the Bronx and all the bagels in the five boroughs are usually the best. OK so this time it was not chewy. It was soft and fresh considering it was 10 AM I like what they did with the place there's a lot of different items and plenty of people on staff. So the bagel is good not great because I leave that back in the Bronx or the city or specially Brooklyn all my God, but out of all the places we get bagels in Brewster. Stopped here as our last breakfast before heading out on a long drive home from vacation. The worker who helped us was extremely friendly and patient as we tried to decide what to order, since they had so many delicious looking options. We ordered 4 bagel breakfast sandwiches and while we waited were able to pour our own hot or iced coffees from a selection of various flavors. They also had a variety of creamers and sugars and hot teas. The food came out quickly even though they were busy, and they were hot, fresh, and delicious. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The bagels were so good we ordered a dozen to take home, along with some other pastries from their bakery. I also ordered an ice coffee for the road, and they fill your cup with coffee ice cubes which is an amazing idea so that your coffee doesn't get watered down. They started to get busier as we ate, but when we went to pay, they brought out extra staff and made everyone's experience quick and efficient and all the workers were extremely friendly. I had to take my truck to Brewster for an inspection as I live out of state. Saw this little place as I was driving by and figured I'd stop in for something to eat as I was starving. I was totally surprised of how great this place is hot fresh crispy bagels they have specials that are huge and the price is right!!! The food is off the hook delicious and the owners are awesome!! FANTASTIC! We stumbled upon Brewster Hot Bagels one morning and am I glad we stopped! We are originally from Long Island, where the bagels are amazing. We have not found anything like L. I. bagels, until we tried Brewster Hot Bagels. They are baked on premise, and taste just like LI bagels. They even have WHITEFISH SALAD! In addition to great bagels and whitefish, they have a large bakery selection including fresh coffee cakes, cupcakes, turnovers, cookies and RAINBOW COOKIES! (These are the good ones). The ice tea is great, and the coffee excellent.The premises are clean and the staff friendly and eager to please. If only bagels were 10 calories, I'd eat here every day! Located near the corner of rt 6 and Drewville Rd (the plaza is next to the Mobile gas station, which is on the corner of Drewville Rd and rt 6. Tried all of the local bagel shops. This is my favorite. The bagels are well made. They allow them enough time to proof and bake them perfectly. These are bagels that don't need to be toasted to have flavor. The deli items are top grade and they have all of the popular spreads. read more

Wonderful experience! We've had many delicious breakfast bagels and this weekend we ordered platters for a brunch we were hosting.
