This spot is a convenient stop on my way to California, especially since it shares a lot with the truck stop--making parking and access easy. It always seems busy enough to keep orders moving quickly. The staff is mostly young, and unlike many places, they're still friendly and polite, which adds to the experience. Maybe it's a "Troy" thing, but I'm not sure. The addition of Baskin-Robbins ice cream is a nice touch. If I decide to cheat on my diet, their vanilla ice cream is my go-to--it's so good that resisting it is the real challenge. The restaurant is always clean. Even though I usually stay for a maximum of 30 minutes, I consistently see employees cleaning both inside and outside, showing that this location is well-managed. There's plenty of seating, and the music isn't too loud, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stop. I'm giving this place 4 stars only because they're not open 24 hours anymore. They now close around 10 PM, but I think they should go back to their 24-hour schedule--it would make them an even better option for late-night travelers like myself. read more

Tell me how the rude white heavy set manger is telling me that almond milk is a spec . So that is why I got what I got . This is not a Dunkin spec . Sooo I came through the line today and I was absolutely blown away. The doughnuts were SO GOOD they were hot and fresh and my coffee was literally perfect like I don't know how these kiddos do it everytime. I really like this combination Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts. It's 8:15 PM on Sunday night, and maybe the cleaning crew comes in later but the facility is not clean. My ice cream sundae was great, and the food vases were fine, but they have a trash can next to the open ice machine, that has dirt all down the front of it. The bathrooms do not look like have been cleaned all day. That said, the service was great, very kind and friendly young lady sold us munchkins and ice cream. Give it chance and hopefully it will be cleaner when you visit. read more

Manager is quite rude...reason 1. She will yell at you if you question an employee making your coffee wrong for the second time instead of helping. They update the store but not the computers...reason 2. This is the only Dunkin that doesn't participate in rewards program. Why would you add ice cream but not update the computers. It's horrible location that causes traffic issues since you can't app order. Scooter and Starbucks are way better friendlier and have apps to avoid long lines. Drive 10 mins save yourself bad customer service and long lines. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts recently opened so they are little disorganized. On my recent two visits the parking lot and drive thru have been packed. It takes awhile to get through the drive thru. If you love coffee and want a good donut to go with it you can't beat this Dunkin. The staff is friendly and quick. I have never had to wait long in either the drive thru or inside. I usually get a medium or large Cold Brew. I personally prefer the cold brew because of the smooth mellow taste. Currently you can get the Sweet and Salty Cold Brew which I have had and if you are a fan of savory and sweet you will love it. The donuts here are hard to beat. I loved the DD in St Louis in the 1990's until greedy owners basically cheapskated ruined them and they closed. Last couple of year the Kirkwood ,MO location was the only choice within 40 miles and was excellent. Great customer service and always lots of varieties of donuts available. If you are going to be open 24 hrs make the donuts! Do not run out! Well 3 trys to this Troy location and they need to visit the Kirkwood store to figure it out! No donuts available(the vanilla and chocolate kreme which is a standard DD staple) BEFORE 11 am! Now they had them on my third visit but dry, stale and tasted like made yesterday! Second visit fresh brewed iced tea. No Splenda. Tea tasted old and went to the trash can. Can someone form corporate help these people operate like a REAL DD? read more

Most of the staff is super friendly and it's clean. The only issue I had was the manager micromanaging everybody including the customers. Asking everybody that was waiting what they wanted and what they had ordered instead of looking at the screen that tells him what we already ordered. 12 people in there working and the manager kind of screwed up the process.
