This spot is a convenient stop on my way to California, especially since it shares a lot with the truck stop--making parking and access easy. It always seems busy enough to keep orders moving quickly. The staff is mostly young, and unlike many places, they're still friendly and polite, which adds to the experience. Maybe it's a "Troy" thing, but I'm not sure. The addition of Baskin-Robbins ice cream is a nice touch. If I decide to cheat on my diet, their vanilla ice cream is my go-to--it's so good that resisting it is the real challenge. The restaurant is always clean. Even though I usually stay for a maximum of 30 minutes, I consistently see employees cleaning both inside and outside, showing that this location is well-managed. There's plenty of seating, and the music isn't too loud, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stop. I'm giving this place 4 stars only because they're not open 24 hours anymore. They now close around 10 PM, but I think they should go back to their 24-hour schedule--it would make them an even better option for late-night travelers like myself. read more

Unreal . So disappointed in Dunkin. I was traveling for work & drove 20 minutes for my latte. I order the same drink for 10 plus years. No flavor just almond milk. Tell me how the rude white heavy set manger is telling me that almond milk is a spec . So that is why I got what I got . This is not a Dunkin spec . As in all my years from traveling to Arizona to NYC I have never been so disturbed by rude service . And an empty cup. In NYC I would not pay 8.31 for a large drink . Never again . Get a better manager . Be better ! Seriously sad that yall are robbing people read more

Coffee good. Donut good. Customer service terrible. You can very clearly tell the employees hate their job. Want to feel pressured on time to order... have the cashier tick their fingernails on the counter while you decide? Go here.. You want to have zero enthusiasm or positive energy in your interactions, go here. Want to struggle to find a clean seat.. definitely go here. The store is a mess, not a single clean table to sit at. Sucks to the employees you're stuck working a job you take no pride in. Employees behind the counter talking shit.. all the drama read more

Sooo I came through the line today and I was absolutely blown away. The doughnuts were SO GOOD they were hot and fresh and my coffee was literally perfect like I don't know how these kiddos do it everytime. I swear the kids of the USA run the fast food chain service and let me tell you we are not giving the teens of the modern day enough credit, Sara was the one helping me today and wowowow they were so helpful. And kind and high key hilarious too. I really like this combination Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts. It's 8:15 PM on Sunday night, and maybe the cleaning crew comes in later but the facility is not clean. My ice cream sundae was great, and the food vases were fine, but they have a trash can next to the open ice machine, that has dirt all down the front of it. The bathrooms do not look like have been cleaned all day. That said, the service was great, very kind and friendly young lady sold us munchkins and ice cream. Give it chance and hopefully it will be cleaner when you visit. read more

Manager is quite rude...reason 1. She will yell at you if you question an employee making your coffee wrong for the second time instead of helping. They update the store but not the computers...reason 2. This is the only Dunkin that doesn't participate in rewards program. Why would you add ice cream but not update the computers. It's horrible location that causes traffic issues since you can't app order. Scooter and Starbucks are way better friendlier and have apps to avoid long lines. Drive 10 mins save yourself bad customer service and long lines. read more

A little pricey, but you forget about the less than $2 you spend when you bite into one of their specialty cream-filled ones, or seasonal of any kind. Unbelievable. Their hot sandwiches are great too, but its always the donuts that are always on my mind. Word of advice: I know Troy is a truck-stop town, but put one in the Glen/Ed area! I loved the DD in St Louis in the 1990's until greedy owners basically cheapskated ruined them and they closed. Last couple of year the Kirkwood ,MO location was the only choice within 40 miles and was excellent. Great customer service and always lots of varieties of donuts available. If you are going to be open 24 hrs make the donuts! Do not run out! Well 3 trys to this Troy location and they need to visit the Kirkwood store to figure it out! No donuts available(the vanilla and chocolate kreme which is a standard DD staple) BEFORE 11 am! Now they had them on my third visit but dry, stale and tasted like made yesterday! Yesterday, Sophia my little fur-baby had a vet appointment that was just a block away. Being a good dog dad, I made sure she arrived early. In fact, we were so early I had time to kill so I made a stop at, The Cup. To my delightful surprise, they had a special on two of my favorite flavors and they were combined into one cupcake. I love lemon & raspberry. The cupcake was called, Spring Fling. It was a lemon cake, with Raspberry cream cheese frosting and a raspberry filling. The cake was moist and soft. Most importantly, the frosting was not overly sweet and did not overly dominant the cake. It was just the perfect amount of topping. The lady working the counter was attentive and made friendly conversation. I was glad to see that they are part of the, Gift-A-Meal program and that they offered Student Discounts to those who attend SIUE. That's community supporting community.

Dunkin' Donuts offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxing coffee break. The donuts are consistently fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. However, I have to deduct a star for their snacking bacon. While it's a tasty treat, they often seem to burn it, which can be disappointing. Despite this minor flaw, Dunkin' Donuts remains a solid choice for a satisfying snack or a caffeine fix. read more

No masks on any sniffling employees at a time Covid cases are spiking in the St. Louis area 16 mos after the pandemic started. The donuts were fluffy and well cooked and just the right amount of flavor and sweetness. Aimee and Ceasar, the owners came out and we had a long friendly chat about the resaurant, our trip and so many other topics. They were super friendly and made us feel very special. It seemed the clientele all were regulars and knew the owners well - just like a big family in there! Of course we had to get souvenirs, and there was so much to choose from, so we ended up with 3 t-shirts and both ceramic cup styles. I use my cup at work and it gets lots of compliments! Thanks, Aimee and Ceasar for a very memorable experience! Next time we're in the area, Mister Donut will be a must-visit place for sure! BZ!

That was until, Ian Frobe the STL food critic sang its praises in a review. The next day after reading the article, I went to experience it for myself. Wow, the donut was moist, soft and cake had a flecks of Blueberries and the flavor was strong, but not overpowering. I immediately feel in love. Now, I change my order up. I'll have some donut holes, then I'll enjoy a Chocolate Long John and the next visit is the Blueberry Cake. The sign above the entry door says, World's Best Coffee. I don't know if I'd go that far to say it's the world's best, but for Donut Shop/Diner coffee it is spot on. I like that they let me bring in my Yeti and they'll fill it up to-go. Save those paper cups. The staff is super friendly. It's a hon and babe, type place, but they still keep it professional. Tipping is optional and these ladies deserve some of your change tossed in their box. When: January 8, 2026 Why: Donuts for Breakfast

So when Scooter's opened a short distance from my home, I gave them a try. To my surprise, the service was super quick and the quality of coffee was good. Typically, I just get a simple cup of black coffee, but today I went all out. They had a new drink posted on the menu and it caught my attention. I ordered, Vanilla Creme Cold Brew. It was cool, refreshing and not overly sweet. Since I was heading into work my part-time job, I also ordered an, Everything Bagel. It was a sandwich made with, spicy sausage, egg and gouda cheese. Wow! It had the perfect amount of spice and the gouda cheese was melted perfectly around the egg and sausage. I'll be ordering it again and again. The staff was friendly and attentive over the intercom and even more so at the actual drive-up window. Their professionalism shined. Not being a fan of using a drive-thru, this Scooter's has taught me that using one can be a positive experience.
