Absolute shitehole. Dirty, awful service, and unknowledgeable workers. It took 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get one order of hash browns and one drink when I was the only one in line. I asked, "what do you guys have that's new?" and was told, "Idk we have some new banana oreo stuff." Also, the workers weren't wearing gloves and were eating at the counter and drink station. If you enjoy being acknowledged as a customer or even a person and given the bare minimum, go anywhere else! read more

One of the workers was EATING THE FOOD AND BAGGING IT AT THE SAME TIME without changing gloves or washing hands? Happened today 3/11/23 around 9am. Blue shirt, glasses short facial hair. Im not coming back. read more

10/21/2016 - Road Trip Stop #2 on our way to New Orleans. This is a half Dunkin' Donuts/ half Baskins Robbins. They had it all decorated in Halloween decorations. Their "donut of the day" has a little spider made out of munchkins! Great and friendly service from the young woman working the counter. The bathrooms are super clean as well, which is a plus! Only thing was their parking was a one way coming from the road and we were coming from the gas station next door. We just parked at the gas station and walked to it. read more

Dunkin' - a display of doughnuts and pastries - Donuts Near Me - Tallahassee, Florida

See all

Made my day!! I went thru the drive thru for a DECAF Carmel coffee and was very surprised at how genuine and sweet the young lady was who helped me. There were 2, both were excellent, just is I had more interaction with the one. They explained it would be a few minutes to brew decaf which really made me happy...some places won't do that even when they offer it 24/7. Service with a smile and great coffee! Carmel flavor is really good...so glad I tried it. Especially cute was the young lady in her festive Halloween costume...happy to be there and happy to serve...this is the kind of employee I see going places in life!! read more

I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts but I was in town visiting and went to the Dunkin at 6676 Thomasville Rd and received horrible service. I drove here after two attempts to fix a RAW bagel and was greeted kindly and they immediately replaced it with a tasty bagel! read more

I tried to explain to the people that my child is allergic to quite a few things. They were very rude and kept telling me that they didn't see any allergens inside of the corn syrup filled allergy filled syrup. The teenage kids who are very rude have no idea about different allergies and try to tell me that my kid was not allergic to these things. read more

Talk about getting rushed. Every item we got it's "is that all" feeling super rushed. But we got our food very fast and it was very good. A great quick stop otw to work or just out doing activities. read more

Went in this morning because the drive thru line was out in the street. Only one customer inside. Waitress gabbed with him for 5 minutes while I stood patiently behind him. Then she just walked away without saying anything. So I'm waiting ... waiting ... waiting ... more customers come in the store.... Finally after another 5 minutes another employee comes up and proceeds to take the order of someone who came in after me. Doesn't even bother asking who's next. So I left and took the kids around the corner to Lofty Pursuits (check 'em out, they are awesome). Don't know why I didn't do that to begin with! Aside from that, DD's error rate in the drive thru is about 20% - and that's just for basic items. read more

The drive through speaker box was SO QUIET. I had a hard time hearing them. Good drive through time. Only had 2 cars in front of me. Coffee was correct. And the person at the window was friendly. read more

If I could give a Zero star I would, absolutely the slowest place to get coffee from. Lady at the drive thru asked us to wait for a total of 15 MINUTES. Very disappointed. read more

Wow. Guess I've learned my lesson now. For the third time I ordered ahead and again not only was it not ready, they had no idea I'd even ordered anything and couldn't bring the order up. And then they told me they were out of almond milk. So I asked to cancel order and they said they didn't know how to reverse the charge on the app. So... go to another DD; there are several in town and this is the only one that doesn't know how (or that they even have) an app ordering option. read more

The service inside was slow and unfriendly. The drive thru line was long but I should have stayed in it instead of going inside. The coffee was good but unfortunately the employee did not put the lid on all the way so that could have been really bad if I hadn't noticed. read more

Great selection of donuts and with Baskin Robbins at the same place fantastic. Drive through and service is quick. Right off the highway too. read more

I stop by this on my way home often. For like two trips the coffee was perfect. The past three time I have stopped and asked for an iced latte, I get milk and water with a splash (splash is being generous honestly) of coffee and a buttload of sweet. It was horrid. As I was in the drive thru with people behind me I had to leave, could not go back in as I have to get home to my family. I will just go to a different location from now on. I only went back two more times after the first thinking, errors happen. Will 3 times if not an error. It mean someone needs to tell these people coffee means PUT COFFEE IN THE COFFEE DRINKS PLEASE. read more

My wife and I live in South GA and this is the closest Dunkin to our house. We haven't been to this before but we drove almost 2 hours to get here and was thoroughly disappointed. The food and coffee was good but the service was terrible. We ordered and then went to pay on the app and it took 3 incompetent workers to come over and try to fix the cash register and then proceeded to cancel my payment which zero'd out my balance on the app but I still owed according to the register. Finally a competent worker came over and fixed it. They then made us two drinks when we only ordered one and our food took forever to come out and that was wrong as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to! They not only were rude and rushed me while in the drive thru, they didn't give us all of our food and when my husband went inside, they ignored him for a while and proceeded to say over and over that they were busy and wanted to know what he wanted... then tried to charge him TWICE for stuff that they forgot to give us in the drive thru. Worst experience ever read more

I really enjoy going to Dunkin' Donuts from time to time but, today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a frozen coffee and it was extremely sweet to the point where I had to ask for something else (something I don't regularly do). I asked for an ice coffee and again it was impossible to drink. It tasted like very sweet medicine with no coffee at all. I also ordered donut fries which tasted like oil (corn oil to be exact). The hash browns had a water taste which I can't explain. I don't like speaking badly about places but I really could not eat the food at this place. On the other hand, the people were very nice. read more

Make sure to try the new shamrock donuts and matcha iced lattes:) The staff are always super respectful and my order has never been messed up :) This location always gives out latte coupons too! read more

Two days in a row, this place can't get an order correct! First day this girl Shania couldn't comprehend the easy task of two xl-coffees 1 with cream and sugar and the other with milk and sugar - I guess that was hard to comprehend. We asked her to repeat it and she messed it up. Taking coffee orders is simple - I did it in 10th grade. Today - we asked for 2 sprinkle donuts ... We got two chocolate covered donuts without sprinkles. I do not recommend this location! I will not go there again. read more

We had gone to this DD once before and received mediocre service, but hey, it's a donut/ice cream shop. A few weeks ago, I had a donut craving and the calories to spare, so we stopped by. We walked in, and two people were behind the counter, and five of us waiting for service. The staff focused all of their attention on the drive through, ignoring the customers in the store. After five minutes, the woman and man in front of us walked out in disgust. My mate and I still had not been acknowledged when someone else walked in and was waited on! We turned heel and walked out of the store, and are never going back. We also made a point of telling new arrivals in the parking lot about the horrible service, and we have told our friends about our experience. Forget this location. Poorly trained staff, lously customer service. read more

One star because I didn't die. Unorganized, slow, horrible customer service! 4 people on a drive thru line w 2 cars in it and one on the register. #neveragain read more

I just had the best service from any Dunkin' Donuts I visited. I met with Erica who help me tremendously. She is the new manager and she went out of her way to assist me. You need to try this location on Thomasville Road. Stars up for this Dunkin' Donuts location! read more

The parking lot is a challenge, due to the construction on Roosevelt, but other than that it's a DD with the typical collection of goodies. The people are nice and it's well run - especially when you consider much of the wait staff of this sort in Key West is a bit .... well ..... lousy. read more

Waited 4 1/2 minutes before I was acknowledged by the staff. No one was manning the coffee counter, only the drive thru and the BR counter. When finally I was told to order at the BR counter Kelvisha C. was abrupt and discourteous. TERRIBLE service. I won't be back to this location. read more

What a joke. I've come here too many times and experienced the worst customer service and employee competence there is. Ignoring customers, goofing off, getting a black coffee wrong, no apology when I have to turn my car around to get the correct order...just slammed the coffee down like I was a nuisance. Please clean house and get employees that care about their job. I hope the new store manger (Erica) who politely apologized after calling in frustration can make a difference. read more

I don't know if it's an actual requirement by the management for this location that in order to be hired here, you must be: A) Anti customer service B) Free from any sort of work ethic C) Mentally challenged D) Some combination of the above That has always been the impression I've left the store with though. Usually I'm hit with the horrible service during and after the buying experience, but the latest one was before I could even order. Went up to the drive through hoping to get a couple of drinks, when I asked for just a moment to look over the menu. Immediately the gentlemen starts fussing at a coworker for taking a long break with the speaker still active. A few seconds later he starts trying to rush me to order. "What do you want? You know what you want yet? You want icecream, what?!" Because apparently needing 20 seconds was a hassle. Turns out what I wanted was to drive off and never go back. Great job Dunkin' Donuts. Needless to say, you shouldn't even bother with this place. read more

I asked for a large caramel latte. What I was given was a medium iced latte with a funky taste to it. With coffee over spilled. No napkins available. read more

The coffee was very over sweetened which wouldn't have bugged me so much if the service wasn't rude. The girl at the drive thru window didn't greet us at all and she snapped the window closed on us twice without making eye contact or speaking to us. Very disconcerting. read more

I don't usually complain about coffee or service because I understand that mornings are rough for these types of stores. The difference with this place though is the quality of service all the time. I usually put up with it because I just want my coffee and the employees just want to move on with the morning. I started off my order which was just one iced coffee with flavoring. I clearly stated what I wanted and the employee stated she understood what I wanted and told me to pull forward in line. The line usually takes a few minutes so I just parked my car in the line waiting. My Honda has a issue where the steering wheel gets caught when parked sometimes and I have to work it to get it to move. It maybe took only 30 seconds. The car by the window pulled off and I was working with my steering wheel. So I guess I wasn't going fast enough for this employee (which by the way there wasn't anyone in the line behind me, so I wasn't holding anything up) and she leaned out of the window and tilted her head at me, obviously annoyed. I rushed up to the window and she asked me again what flavor I wanted, I said caramel and waited patiently for my coffee. After I paid she gave me my coffee and I pulled off. I took a sip and not surprisingly she hadn't put any flavoring in it. I wouldn't make it a big deal if the employee had just done her job, especially if she just did what I asked and wasn't so rude. I didn't grab her name, but honestly I would have called immediately and asked her manager to reconsider her position on the team. If you don't want to be at your job, find a new one honey. I mean, if you can with that attitude. (Thomasville Rd. Tallahassee, FL Location) read more
