Our lunch was beyond expectations! The She Crab and Tomato bisques were savory, filling, and hearty enough to eat as a standalone. Paired with the sandwiches, they satisfied our tummy with enough leftover for dinner too. The Fried Green Tomato sandwich was a perfect blend of savory and sweet with the tomato jam kissing the Rosemary Focaccia and the Boursin cheese added a nice bite. The Grilled Cheese sandwich brought us back to our childhood but better, with an adult flavor profile for refined palates. Shhh don't tell Mom.
