So I finally tried this spot and it did not disappoint. After talking with a team member I decided on the iced funnel cake macchiato and it was so delicious. No notes. The young lady who assisted me was very patient and kind and I was shocked at how fast my order came out. It is drive-through or walk up only so there's not much to say about the ambience but I have seen it Very busy with a line wrapped around the building. I have been going to this location for about a year and a half and I can honestly say that they have not missed. I thoroughly enjoy the awesome interaction with the staff (they actually TALK to you as part of CUSTOMER SERVICE) while they prepare my coffee to perfection and enjoying some music as well. The Americano and the Mocha are my favorites and I add a "7" (extra espresso shots) to my coffee which gives me the boost I need for the day. The coffee can be customized as much as you want and if you want a tasty snack add a muffin too to your order (Lemon Poppyseed is great). Great coffee. The long drive thru line is a testament to that. But, it moves very quickly. They are very efficient.

They are open but the sign was being worked on so one lane of Callaway Rd @ N Monroe was blocked. It's drive through only and they had more than enough people to help out with ordering. There are 2 drive through lanes. The ordering area is not covered but the pick up area is covered. Service was friendly and efficient and our drink was ready quickly. The menu shows more options than coffee and tea including iced or chiller energy drinks and shakes. Lots of customization options but, since there are no prices anywhere then I would be cautious about add ons. Ordered an iced chai latte to compare to my wife's favorite from Starbucks. Spice profile was similar but, just like Starbucks, it needs another shot of chai to avoid the more milk than chai taste. I am not sure their location off the northbound side of Monroe @ I-10 will get a lot of inbound rush hour traffic in the morning although there is a traffic light but they will probably do a good business with I-10 travelers and some of the folks heading home at the end of the work day. read more

So this time I ordered The Brunette This delectable concoction blends rich espresso with creamy milk, creating a smooth and satisfying coffee experience. Yet again another horrible interaction with these employees . Every time I go and it's this one guy who is extremely rude . Along with him one of the ladies was very snippy about our drink being messed up in size . It is not a huge deal but the fact the rude attitude was there AGAIN, is a problem . I would like to start by saying I myself am a college student and have worked service industry for years. Sadly this was a bad first impression. Stopped here to grab a coffee while on a road trip. Double drive through (Sounds nice, right?) so got into the outer lane. Appeared that a bunch of college kids were working there that didn't seem to care about customers or efficiency. There was one car in front of ours and it took the workers 10 minutes to make 4 drinks. Drive-thru worker was leaning in window of car in front and chatting (seemed as if she knew them) instead of taking our order. At this point a line of several cars were backing up. We finally get to the front and there's a bee and the worker was refusing to go near the iPad to take our order due to being allergic to bees. She goes into the kitchen and asks someone else to take our order but apparently they were all "allergic to bees". Don't have a double drive thru if workers can't be responsive and take orders standing outside of the restaurant. We decided to leave since we were already waiting several minutes at this point (for silly reasons, in my opinion). As a coffee enthusiast, I love trying local and chains but am disappointed by this experience. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I am honestly bummed! read more
